Chapter 19

After their date, they came back to Vegas's apartment and decided to watch a movie named "crazy little thing called first love". They were in the living room couch watching the movie when at the end Vegas turned towards Pete and asked

"Was it hard Pete?"

"What? Vegas" Pete asked with confusion

"Waiting, waiting for 5 years without even knowing if I'll come back or not."

"Yes it was hard but it was the only thing I could do. I wanted to come to States to meet you so many times but I couldn't because grandma wouldn't let me go. So I found ways to pass my time. I helped grandma in her garden, dad with the business and sometimes went to visit mom. I also studied hard and sometimes helped Saint with his shoots and notes and with that time passed.

But you know it was very hard for me at first I always had my eyes on the door in case you walk in through them and whenever cars stopped in front of our house I always thought it was you and ran out to greet you but it was never you who I met. You know I was so happy when your dad called us to tell that you were moving back and then when I saw you with Tawan I was heartbroken." Pete said and stopped talking, tears start flowing down his cheeks when he remembers how hard it was

"I'm sorry Pete, I hurt you so much" Vegas said and wiped Pete's tears

"It's okay Vegas, everything's fine isn't it" Pete said and smiled

"I promise that I'll never hurt you again Pete" Vegas said and kissed Pete

Pete kissed Vegas back slowly, it wasn't a kiss filled with lust but instead a promise. Promise to love each other and cherish each other for a long time.

Vegas got on top of Pete and unbuttoned Pete's shirt when Pete back away a little.

"Ummm.... Vegas" Pete said

Vegas looked at Pete

"What Pete, are you uncomfortable. If you're then I can stop, we don't have to do it today. I can wait" Vegas said worried

"It's not that Vegas, I want to do it but not here. Can we go to your bedroom?" Pete said shyly

Vegas smiled fondly at Pete and carried him to his bedroom. They spent the whole night in each other's arms, making love. And slept cuddling each other.

When Vegas woke up the next morning he didn't find Pete by his side so he got up and came downstairs to find Pete in the kitchen cooking breakfast. He slowly walked up to him and back hugged him and put his head on Pete's shoulder

"You're up, Vegas" Pete said surprised

"Yes I'm, what are you doing here you know I was worried when I didn't find you next to me when I woke up" Vegas said whining

"When I woke up I was hungry, you were sleeping so peacefully so I didn't want to wake you up, so I decided to come down and cook breakfast. I was gonna wake you up after I finish cooking" Pete said

"And now since I'm already wide awake do you want any help" Vegas said

"I'm already done cooking, so can you help me in setting up the table" Pete said

"Okay anything for you" Vegas said and release Pete and pick up plates and started setting up the table. That's when Macau opened the door and walked in

"Wow my brother is setting up the table, it must be a miracle" Macau said

Vegas looked up to see his brother standing at the door and said

"What are you doing here so early?"

"Early? It's already 11 in the morning phi and by the way did you forget that I also live here, I can come back anytime I want" Macau said

"But still weren't you gonna spent time with Saint and Perth?" Vegas said

"Yes but they were being so lovey dovey in front of me that I just decided to head home" Macau said

Pete walked out of the kitchen and saw Macau and said

"Macau you're back come have breakfast with us"

"Okay phi Pete" Macau said and sat down with Vegas and Pete to eat breakfast.

"Let me feed you Pete you must be tired" Vegas said and started feeding Pete

Macau looked at them with an annoyed expression and said

"People in love stinks, I better go eat my breakfast in my room or else I'm gonna puke" Macau said and pick up his plate and left

"Yeah that's what single people who can't get a date say" Vegas said teasing Macau, Pete hit Vegas and said

"Vegas you shouldn't tease him like that"

"It's okay Pete, that's what he get for interrupting our moment. Now let's finish our breakfast before it gets cold" Vegas said and they both started eating their breakfast.

After breakfast Vegas was sitting on the couch in the living room, when Macau came out of his room and sat down next to him and asked

"Phi where is phi Pete?"

"He is sleeping, he must be tired from last night" Vegas said with a smile

" Whatever" Macau said

Vegas smiled looking at Macau who looked at him seriously and said

"Phi I want your help"

"Why? What did you do?" Vegas asked

"I didn't do anything phi, but I want your help in finding a person" Macau said shyly

"Who is that person? Your crush" Vegas said looking at Macau's face

"How did you know? I didn't tell you anything " Macau said shocked

"Well I guessed and bingo I got it right at the first guess." Vegas said 

" By the way who is this person I have to find" Vegas questioned

Macau fetch out his phone and saw Vegas a photo of a person and said

"It's him, I could only find this photo of him with the little time I had. And since I'm returning to States next week I won't be able to find him, so I want your help in finding him and keeping an eye on him while I'm away" Macau said

"Okay I'll do it but what if he already has someone or if he isn't gay, what are you going to do then" Vegas asked

"Then nothing I'm not gonna force him to accept my feelings for him, if he has someone or he isn't gay then I'll stop pursuing him but if he doesn't then when I move back here next year I'm gonna hit on him seriously" Macau answered

"Wow I didn't know my little brother was so serious about this stuff" Vegas said

"I'm very serious phi so, are you gonna help me or not?"

"Okay okay I'll help, you helped me so many times with Pete. Atleast I can do this for you" Vegas said

"Thank you phi" Macau said and hugged Vegas. Then he went back to his room to pack his stuff.

Vegas smiled thinking about his brother's crush and about Pete, he was really happy. It feels like finally every piece of the puzzle is falling back in it's rightful place. He couldn't be more happier.
