Jealous

"First watch is over. Go relieve Monroe on the south wall." I told a camper who gave a simple nod as a response before exiting.
I crossed my arms, glancing around at my surroundings of busy campers, shifting watch for any signs of Grounders coming to attack just as Octavia said they would.
I saw Bellamy just a few feet ahead of me at the top of a hill, staring blankly ahead. I walked over to him, capturing his attention, "Hey."
He turned his head at the sound of my voice, meeting my eyes, "Claudia, hey, what are you doing out here?" He asked curiously.
I rose an eyebrow with a chuckle, "I could ask you the same thing."
He brushed off my comment, "I'm fine. Clearly." He pointed to his face, "No bloody nose."
I nodded, "I can see that. Others are starting to feel better back at the camp, too. Besides, I wanted to see you." I gave a small smile that he returned before I stared out into the open space he was just doing, seeing nothing but an empty field of green, "Anything?"
He shook his head before speaking, "It's been two days." I watched as his eyes wandered.
I shifted in my position, "Maybe the bomb at the bridge scared them off for good."
Bellamy looked over to me, raising an eyebrow, "You believe that?"
I sighed with a bite of my lip while I shook my head, "No."
Bellamy took a deep breath before turning on his heel, heading down the hill while he spoke, "Jasper thinks he can cook up some more gunpowder, if he gets some sulfur. And Raven says she can turn that into landmines.."
He trailed off turning to me and grabbing my hand, helping me down the hill before he smiled, "so be careful where you step." He teased.
"Funny." I gave a sarcastic eye roll before letting a smile slip.
"What we really need is a thousand of her tin can bombs I can roll into their village and blow those grounders to hell." He muttered.
I stopped in my tracks, looking over to him with an unimpressed glance.
He shrugged innocently, "That's what they want to do to us." He defended.
I shook my head, "We did not survive 100 years just to slaughter each other." I told him, "There has to be another way."
...
"Hey, spacewalker." I greeted Finn with a grin, walking past him as he exited Raven's tent.
He pushed back his hair, flashing a smile, "Hey, Hensley." He paused his movements, "Where you headed?" He questioned me once I continued my trails.
I stopped, turning around, "Dropship. Seeing if we're getting anything from the ark." I answered, pointing behind me.
He shook his head, "Dead silence. Monty thinks they've run out of air." He informed me as I frowned, "We're on our own."
I took a deep breath, running a hand through my hair, trying to change the topic. I glanced over to Raven's tent before walking closer to Finn, "How is she?" I asked him after hearing about their official split.
Finn raised his eyebrows before inhaling deeply, "Not sure." He answered honestly, "I think she's trying to keep herself busy with her hands to avoid punching me in the face."
I couldn't help but let a chuckle slip from my lips, "Yeah, we do that sometimes."
Finn shook his head with a smile, "Then I can't imagine the amount of times you've refrained from giving Bellamy a shiner."
"Only a few." I teased as he laughed.
"Fire!" Somebody yelled out before people began to scramble, running into each other as they panicked.
I furrowed my eyebrows, running over to the smokehouse that was in a mountain of flames.
"Oh my god." I mumbled watching Bellamy rush out with Octavia by his side who was hunched over with a cough from the smoke.
"Are you okay?" I rushed over to where Bellamy sat her down on a large rock.
She nodded weakly glancing up at the blaze.
Murphy, who was an arm's length away from us, got up suddenly, marching over to Del who had also been in charge of working in the smokehouse, "This is all your fault." He shoved him back, "We told you it was too much wood!"
"Get the hell away from me!" Del pushed him off until suddenly punches were being thrown.
"Hey!" I ran over to the two boys, pulling them away from each other with Finn's help until they were separated. "Stop!"
Octavia sat up from the rock with worry, "Now what the hell are we gonna do? That was all the food!"
Finn and I traded glances before looking over to Clarke who was just as scared and speechless as the rest of us.
...
I stood looking over the burned down aftermath of the slaughterhouse, watching the smoke rise in the air after the fire had been put out.
I bit my nails anxiously before turning to Bellamy and Clarke, "We're going to have to hunt."
Clarke glanced over, silently, meanwhile Bellamy opposed, "With the whole Grounder army out there?" He rose an eyebrow.
I shrugged, "Clarke said it herself, the wild onions and nuts are only gonna last us one or two weeks."
Clarke sighed, finally speaking up, "Claudia's right. We can't defend ourselves if we're starving."
Bellamy swallowed, realizing we were right before walking to the dropship as Clarke and I followed, calling campers along the way until we reached our destination.
He walked over to the corner of the dropship, grabbing a large blanket and setting it down, revealing the multitude of weapons that consisted of rifles and spears.
"Each group takes someone with a gun." He announced with his arms crossed, watching as the campers began to line up to grab a weapon, "They're for killing Grounders, not food. We don't have the ammo. Use the spears for hunting."
As they began to grab what they needed I elaborated before anyone left, "Get what you can by nightfall. No one stays out after dark."
Bellamy turned to me after a while, nudging my arm, "Partners?" He asked with a small smile.
I licked my lips before flashing a smile, "Obviously." I teased, tying my hair up into a ponytail.
He nodded, before pausing, his eyes watching Raven closely as she exited the dropship in a hurry.
"Hey, uh, get the stuff and I'll catch up, okay?"
I opened my mouth to agree until he left before I could even get a word out.
I closed my mouth, pressing my lips together before shaking off the scene that just played out, walking over to the weapons where Finn stood with Clarke.
"What's that about?" Finn nodded over to where Bellamy chased after Raven.
I glanced over to the exit of the dropship where he had just left from before shrugging loosely, "Don't know." I turned back to the rifles in my hands.
Finn raised a brow before cracking a small smile.
"What?" I asked him in confusion.
He shrugged, still containing his smile.
"What?" I asked again, pushing as he continued to be stubborn, "Tell me."
Finn took a deep breath, raising his shoulders, "I just wonder what business Bellamy has with Raven. That's all."
I furrowed my eyebrows, "It's probably just about gunpowder or radios or something. She's really good with that stuff, you know."
Finn looked over at me with a look that read, 'yeah, right.'
He simply nodded, grabbing a rifle, "Yeah. Probably." He said sarcastically, leaving along with Clarke.
I knitted my eyebrows together before shaking my head, not wanting to let my thoughts run wild when I should be focusing on things that are more important.
...
I groaned as I walked backwards with a struggle, carrying in all that we obtained from the hunt, as Miller helped me carry in the other half of the large and heavy blanket.
We placed it down once we reached the camp with a deep breath of relief as I sat back on the floor with a sigh, resting my arms on top of my knees, "I was clearly doing most of the work." I teased.
"Yeah, right!" He exclaimed with a smile while I laughed, watching the other campers enter the gates of the camp and set down their weapons.
I stood up, brushing off my clothes, "Is that everyone?" I asked out loud as few nodded in response.
I nodded slowly, "Good." I placed my hands on my hips, "Have any of you seen Bellamy?"
"Last I saw, he's in his tent." Murphy answered from behind me.
I turned around, seeing him beginning to cook up the food we had just brought in.
It seemed, since he had returned, that Murphy actually did insist on sticking to his word of letting bygones be bygones. As much as I wanted to believe that Murphy was a changed man, a part of me still kept my guard up.
"Thanks." I told him, ready to head that way before he spoke again,
"Raven's in there, too, I think." He added smugly, making me pause, "They seem to be getting pretty close lately, don't you think?" I could practically hear his smirk.
I turned back to Murphy, seeing that I was right as he held a smirk across his face. I scoffed, looking away before glancing back at him, "You're never going to change." I shook my head as his smirk began to fade, "And I should've known better than to even think for a second that you could."
"Wait, Claudia-"
I ignored his call, walking over to Bellamy's tent before entering, seeing that Murphy was right as Raven and Bellamy both stood face to face with each other until Bellamy glanced over.
"Claudia." He walked over to me while I glanced between the two of them, seeing I had interrupted something.
"What's going on?" I asked slowly.
"Nothing, she was just leaving." Bellamy answered quickly, turning back to Raven who wore her hair down instead of the same ponytail she's kept since her arrival.
"Yeah." Raven agreed half-heartedly, "I'll see you around, Bell."
I rose my eyebrows at the nickname, turning to Bellamy who seemed flustered as Raven exited the tent.
"Bell?" I quoted with a raised brow as he shrugged, "Nickname basis already? How cute." I said sarcastically getting ready to leave before he grabbed my arm.
"Claudia-" He stopped me as I sighed, avoiding his eyes, "nothing is going on between me and Raven."
"You say that and yet she's in your tent and your intense one-on-one staring contest tells me you weren't having a conversation about gunpowder and radios." I scoffed at my previous excuse, sitting down with a huff.
Bellamy sighed, sitting down next to me and grabbing both of my hands, "Claudia, look at me." He spoke softly.
I hesitated before obliging, meeting his brown eyes as he began to speak, "You have to trust me. Do you trust me?"
I nodded, taking a deep breath, "Of course I do, Bellamy." I answered before shaking my head and letting out a dry chuckle, "I'm sorry, I guess I just got-"
"Jealous?" He smirked, raising his eyebrow making me roll my eyes playfully.
"Yeah, jealous." I mumbled as he continued to tease me, leaning forward and cupping behind his ear,
"I'm sorry what was that? Did Claudia Hensley just admit that she's.. jealous?"
I pushed him away from me with a laugh before he began to laugh as well, "Don't flatter yourself, Blake." I turned to him with a wide smile.
"Too late." He said before leaning forward and pressing his lips against mine.
I wrapped my arms around his neck, moving my lips against his as I began to lean forward, causing him to fall backwards as I was now on top of him.
I broke the kiss momentarily, lifting my shirt over my head as he watched in admiration.
I was now the one smirking, using this opportunity to tease him back, "Hey, Bellamy, you've got a little bit of drool-"
"Shut up." He squinted his eyes, shaking his head with a small smile before pulling me down for another kiss.
...
"Hey, what the hell's going on?" I jogged up to Octavia, Bellamy behind me as the both of us had just exited from his tent. There was a loud commotion and sudden eruption of worried chatter among the campers. Once I had come out of Bellamy's tent, I saw Raven and Octavia carrying a stretcher with a kid- by the name of Myles- laid out on it.
"Clarke and Finn have been missing ever since you guys came back from the hunt." Octavia answered, glancing between the two of us, "We went out to look for them but.." Octavia trailed off, not needing to finish since Clarke and Finn obviously weren't with them.
"We found Myles." Raven spoke up, "He was with them when they were attacked by the Grounders. They left him for dead but took Clarke and Finn." Raven exchanged glances with Octavia, swallowing and opening her mouth to say something but paused.
I furrowed my eyebrows as Bellamy noticed this as well, questioning her, "What is it, Raven?"
She glanced over to him, "They took Monty, too."
