Blood Bath

Melody closes her umbrella as she runs faster towards the hotel, she needs to get there fast and defend everyone. She knows how dangerous Alastor is and when he says something, he means it.

Adrenaline rushes through her veins as she runs faster, seeing the hotel up in her view of vision. When she arrives, she bursts the door open and alerting everyone around her.

"Mel, what's wrong?" Sin asks but Melody runs up to Charlie and holds her hands.

"We need to leave." She says, but Charlie is confused as she narrows her eyebrows.

"W-What do you mean? Where's Al? Did you find him?" She asks, looking at Melody's eyes seeing that it's a bit panicky.

"Charlie, listen. What Vaggie been saying this whole time is true. Alastor is not who you think he is, he can't be redeemed and he's the most dangerous person. And right now-" She tries to explain but the front doors opens, she froze.

"My, my, dear." He chuckles, Melody turns around to him. He have his staff in his hand, everyone could feel the amount of negative energy that is floating around. "You ruined the fun." He says, smiling wider as he snaps his fingers. Melody tries to summon her weapon but is interrupted when Alastor's tentacles merges out from the floor and grabs the black haired girl around her waist.

"What the fuck, Bambi?!" Sin shouts as her black feathery wings appears on her back in anger. She summons a wolf shadow to attack but the tentacle smacked it away and alongside Sin.

Vaggie pulls out her spear and Slither lashes out his chain but they both gets smacked away and out of the hotel windows and doors in such a brute force.

Melody looks around, her eyebrows narrowed; hating to see everyone in pain. Alastor walks up to Charlie as she slowly backs away in fear.

"Oh my little charming demon belle, isn't this what you wanted?" He says Charlie backs up to one of the couches and falls on it, sitting. Her eyes are widened in fear and terror, looking up at Alastor who have his eyes slowly turn into radio dials.

He holds up his microphone and puts it under her chin, lifting up her face.

"S-Stop this.. please.." She begged, tears threatening to fall from the corner of her eyes as she frowns. Alastor chuckles.

"Karma bites back, bitch." Alastor hears as he snaps his head towards Melody who summons her scythe and cuts throw the tentacle that's holding her. She drops to the floor and immediately runs towards Alastor, aiming straight for his throat but he teleports away using his shadow manipulation.

She turns around and defends Charlie who's behind her.

"What a show, dear! Teach me your ways!" He jokes as he laughs, his mic letting out that audience laugh alongside him.

"I don't get it why you're doing doing this. But if you want to kill me, do it." She says as she positions her scythe, "But I'll die when FAT PIGS FLY." She shouts the last three words as her eyes turns black and white, black substance flows out like a river as she lunges forward. She is so fast it looks like she's teleporting, the two fight until they're all the way outside of the hotel.

Alastor dodges every time, he tried to attack but she's just too fast that he can't do much. He then summons the flying demons to attack her but she jumps back and cuts down every single one of them.

Before he could do anything else, his arm that is holding the microphone is pulled as he turns to the side to see spiky sharp chain wrapped around it and digging into his flesh, Slither.

A dim light comes from under Alastor as he looks down to see a demonic circle lights up; purple light shots down from the skies and hits him.

Vaggie and Angel helps Melody with the flying demons, the demons manage to cut Vaggie and Angel here and there which made them bleed a little.

"Princess!" Angel shouts, Sin looks over to see a gun being thrown to her. She catches it as she aims at the other demons around.

Once the smoke clears from around Alastor, he is not done. He looks damaged but he's still standing. Slither pulls his chain away and slashes it towards Alastor but he dodge every single one them.

The demon teleport using his shadow manipulation and appears in front of Slither which made the blue spider gasp in surprise, but that's over. He coughs out blood as he noticed that Alastor had plunged a big knife into his stomach.

Alastor smiles at him as he pulls out the knife, watching Slither fall to the ground and holding the wound.

"Have a little nap, my friend." Alastor snickers as he kicks his face, making him fall to the ground face first.

Melody sees this as she kills the last flying demon, her eyes widened.

"SLYVAN!" She shouts as she once again runs fast to the point she looks like teleporting, attacking Alastor with her scythe above her head. Alastor was surprised as he barely manage to dodge her, she continue to throw more powerful and fast swings of her weapon as it barely cut Alastor here and there.

She backs away as she grips her scythe but Alastor holds up his microphone as a bright red light slowly emerge from it and directing towards Melody. She widens her eyes because it's happening all too fast, but before it could even hit her;

A blur of black comes up to her as the person hugs her, their wings covering her completely and securely. A loud scream wakes Melody up from her trance to see Sin on her,

"Wait no-" Melody chokes out as she holds onto Sin's arm. "Aratani no- please-"She begged but Sin only smile, blood slowly coming out of her lips and staining onto Melody's cheek.

"I'm sorry for everything, My Little Nightshade." Sin says as her eyes slowly rolls to the back of her head as it closes, collapsing her body onto Melody. Her rich red eyes widens as she holds her best friend's body,

"Wait wait! No! You can't just do this to me! ARATANI NO." She says in panic and shakes her friend but she doesn't move as her body slowly falls to the side. Melody turns to her, quietly gasping at how damaged her wings are. Blood is splattered everywhere, her wings are torn as her black feathers flies everywhere around the two.

Melody looks down at her friend as shadow looms over her face, she slowly stands up as she fixes the skirt of her dress.

"Angel." She calls out, the said spider looks her away as he shoots away another demon and throws the gun in it's face.

"Holy fuck!" He shouts as he runs over and kneels down beside Sin in worry.

"Take her into the hotel, protect her at all costs." She says, not looking at him but the ground. Angel only nodded as he carefully picks up Sin and her wings, running into the hotel.

"Vaggie." She calls, the grey haired girl looks over.

"Help Slither then go inside and protect Charlie." She tells her, the girl questions nothing as she runs over to Slither and picks him up even though he is laying in his pool of blood. Vaggie turns around and walks back to the hotel with Slither's arm on her shoulder.

Alastor watch as one by one of them disappears into the hotel. Melody turns around but her head is still hung low, she grips her scythe as she raises it up and brings it back down onto the ground, multiple holes opening up as demons crawls out of the holes.

"Protect the hotel. I don't want a SINGLE damage on it and everything inside it." She says and all the demons circle around the hotel. Melody looks up at Alastor her eyes are flooding with the black liquid, "Let's dance, dear." She says as she brings up her scythe and lunges forward, Alastor wasn't prepared as she hits his arm

He jumps back as he holds his bleeding arm that was about to literally fall off if he haven't backed away.

"I'll break you to the point you look like my broken heart." Melody says as she swings her scythe as it cuts through the air and towards Alastor which he dodge but it still cuts him in his face, creating a deep cut.

Melody keeps attacking until Alastor find the opportunity to attack back, he swings his knife and tries to jab it to her. But like a dancer, she dodges every single one of them.

She doesn't know what she's doing, why is she fighting him? Didn't Lucifer told her to respect his as much as she respects the king and queen of hell? What's happening?

Why is she thinking all about this now? She never cared about what Lucifer tells her to and not to do. She have served him for eternity, she knows him like the back of her hand.

But Alastor; she doesn't understand. He's the worst demon to exist but she can't help but be.. drawn to him. She hates it, she hates it that she can't understand her feelings. She hates that she can't feel her emotions. She hate that she can't protect Sin. She hate that everyone gets hurt because of her.

She hates him. She hates everyone.

Alastor manage to knock Melody off her feet as she stumble backwards and fall on the ground, she been dodging Alastor's swings of his sharp knife but the more she dodges; the more cuts she gets. From her arm, to her body, up to her shoulder and collarbone to the point it's on her cheeks.

Instead of bleeding red, more of the black substance seeps out from the cuts. She grips on her scythe as she tries to get back up but freezes on her spot once she sees the infamous red microphone pointed straight to her face. Her eyes slowly and shakily travels up to Alastor's face, he's bloody and so is she.

They were dancing on death's doorstep, slowly letting themselves bathe in their own streams of blood.

"Guess this is where it ends, dear." Alastor says as he smiles down at her, Melody only chuckle and hangs her head low.

"Give me a rest already." She says, defeated. The demons that are protecting the hotel watch in fear, if their master is dead; so are they. They'll vanish into red smoke and disappear into the thin air. They desperately wanted to help, for their own sake but they can't go against her orders as they stand there helplessly.

Alastor's microphone shines like how it attacked Sin, Melody stays there; embracing and accepting what's going to happen.

A loud violin plays and in a split second, a terrifying big thunder shots down towards Alastor as he managed to jump back in time. Melody looks up in surprise as she looks in front of her to see the dirt turn deep black and a deep hole had been created from the lighting.

"Don't you dare touch my gal." A voice calls out, Alastor and Melody looks to the side to see a girl standing on an abandoned car. Her light bright colours did not match the red background of hell, her halo shines bright like the stars as it shows everyone around her that she is an angel.

Alastor stood there with his eyebrows narrowed in disgust. Melody stare, in shock. Her eyes are widened as her lips are parted.

"If ya think you can hurt me, try hurting me." She says as she holds up her instrument and plays the violin in such a fast pace, more lightning attacking Alastor as he tries to dodge it.

Meanwhile he is busy with that, the girl jumps off from the car and runs towards Melody. She kneels down as she tries to hold the girl but Melody backs away, making the angel confused.

"D-Don't touch me. I'm impure." She stutters out, but the girl only shook her head as she lunges herself onto Melody; hugging her tightly.

"I miss you, so so much." She says as her shoulders slowly shake and tears goes down her cheeks. Melody's eyes widened as she feels something.. warm. It's likely her heart is warm, like it's beating and it's.. happy.

Melody's face turns flushed, not pale like she used to be but her skin is still a bit white but more humane. Her eyes turns back to it's normal rich glistening red and her hair slowly turns red in it's end.

"I miss you so much, chocola." Marcy cries, that's when it hits Melody; a huge rush of emotions wash over her as her eyes starts to sting. Instead of the black substance, real tears start to flow out as she hiccups and hugs the girl back.

"Oh, dear. Is this the girl Lucifer been threating you about?" Alastor asks, the two break away from the hug and looks at him. His eyes widened for a second when his eyes landed on Melody, she looks different in so many ways.

"Hey you better shut your mouth before I make you into a strawberry mochi!" Marcy threatens but it sounded like a pipsqueak. Melody smile genuinely at her best friend, making Alastor blinks.

"Yeah, I'm craving for that." Melody jokes as Marcy stands up and helps her up to her feet. The ombre purple-blue haired girl chuckles.

"Let's end this gentleman and have teatime!" She cheers making Melody giggles. The black haired girl turns to Alastor as she picks up her scythe,

"Our dance isn't finished yet, love." She grins, Marcy gasps.

"You never called anyone that before!" But Melody turn to her with a stare which she just giggle in response. "Alright, let the dance begin." She smiles as she sets her violin on her neck as she plays it.

Melody takes a deep breath as she finally decides; there will be the truly right time to use her Music Voice since it's connected with Marcy's Music Instrument.

With the two of them, they are unstoppable. But, something in Melody tells herself to not use it right now. Alastor is injured enough and he will soon be defeated if she poke him here and there.

She holds her scythe up and jumps forward, slicing through the air as she attacks Alastor. Marcy helps here and there by summoning traps and more lightning thunders to slow the radio demon down.

The two goes on and on without knowing that they been watched this whole time.

The intro music for the infamous 666 news could be heard from the screen of the television as it displays it's name.

"Welcome back! As you all may know, today is the extermination day! Angels from the fucked up heaven is coming down to kill us all in order to get rid of the overpopulation of hell!" Katie Killjoy starts off as her necks cracks here and there in anger.

"Breaking news! There's a war happening nearby, let's go to the live feed." Tom Trench says as both of them turns to the side to see the screen displaying Melody and Alastor clashing weapons and cutting each other, it's almost hard to catch up to them because of how fast they are moving.

"Oh what is this?! The infamous radio demon is fighting with.. who the fuck is that?" Katie says as her eyes squint, she turns to Tom but he shakes his head. "Whoever this bitch is; she's got some guts to fight him!" She tries to cover up,

"Seems like the radio demon is actually losing, what a surprise!" Tom announces. Every single demon in the whole hell is on the edge of their seat, if they could get there; one of them can kill the Radio Demon and claim his place as an overlord and that is not going to be such a good news for the black haired girl and her best friend.

Melody steps her feet as a hole opens up behind him and a demon crawls out, holding Alastor which make him struggle to get out of. Marcy plays her violin as a lightning goes down and hits him directly, Melody covers her eyes from the bright light as smoke covers around them.

Once it clears out, Alastor is on the floor and bleeding. There's cuts all over his body and his clothes are torn here and there. I could say the same for Melody; her sleeves are torn and there's cuts everywhere on her.

Melody orders the demon to go away as it goes back into it's hole, she walks up to Alastor who's on the ground and defeated.

The two of them breathe heavily from how tired they are, it's probably been hours but it feel like forever for Melody. She never had to fight this hard before because she would always leave before disaster happens but in this situation; she can't run away, not anymore.

Melody gathers her last few bits of energy as she holds her scythe up, ready to bring it down.

The front door opens as arguing could be heard but it stops once whoever is at the door stepped out. Marcy turns to the people and see a demon with silk blonde hair and a succubus with purple and black ombre hair.

Both of them stares at Marcy like she had just done something wrong which made the girl say nothing but looks back at Melody and Alastor.

The two looks forward too as their eyes widened.

Melody's hands trembles as she grips her scythe tightly in her gloved hands. Memories of her and him start flooding her head, the times they laughed, the times she was actually enjoying her time the time she could finally relax her tensed shoulders.

She closes her eyes as she gathers the courage to bring her scythe down and end his life.

But instead, her hands drops to her sides and she falls to her knees in front of him. Alastor looks up in confusion, his face is bloody as he looks at her.

"I.. I can't do it." She whispers, as she grips on her scythe handle. "WHY?!" She screams at herself, making everyone jump. She covers her face as her shoulders shake, "What have you done to me?!" She looks up as she yells at Alastor.

Her eyes are glistening with tears as it streams down her cheeks and drops to her lap.

"I don't understand! Why must it be you?! You're so unfair, I hate you! I hate you! I hate you!" She shout repeatedly as she slams her fists on the ground. Melody hiccups as she choke on her tears, her eyes flooding with the salty water that she tries to wipe away as much as she could but they keep flowing out.

Alastor stare at her with widened eyes, he doesn't understand it either. Why is she so hard to decipher? Why is she the only demon in the whole hell; that he doesn't know about?

Alastor holds out his shaky hands as he holds one of her hands that are wiping her face from the tears.

She looks at him with blurred vision as she cries even more.

"I love you." She whispers as she drops her head, looking down as she watch her tears fall on the ground.

"Oh, darling." She hears him say as he closes his eyes and fall onto her shoulder, making her jump in surprise. She hesitates to hold his arms but she eventually did as she slowly shake him,

"Wait, don't die on me!" She cries out, but Alastor shakes his head that's still on her shoulder.

"Let me take a break, dear. I'm tired." He chuckles and Melody relaxes as she wipes away her tears.

But that rest couldn't last long as other overlords and demons suddenly shows up. She looks around in confusion as they look like they're ready to fight,

"Guess they came for me, huh..?" Alastor laughs weakly but he only starts to cough up blood. "A man's too tired for this." He says as Melody feels his weight even more on her then silence.

"Al?" She calls out as she softly pushes him back, he had passed out instead which made her sigh in relief. She looks around her to see the angered and blood thirst eyes of sinners. The black haired girl rolls her eyes as she picks up her scythe and opens up a hole, a demon crawls out.

"Take him down and let him rest." She orders as he bows down and helps Alastor down into the hole as it closes. The girl slowly stands up as she reaches for her hair tie and pulls it off, letting her hair flow in the wind.

She looks around and stop when she sees Vox standing in the crowds of Overlords. He stared back at her but he have hatred in his eyes but she looks away as she spins her scythe in her hand.

"Let's dance, my lovelies!" She says as from the bottom of feet, her skin turns black as it travels up all the way to the top her head and her horns appears. A small satanic circle symbol appears on her forehead as her eyes turns black and black substance flows out again,

Marcy holds up her violin and readies herself,

"I pirouette in the dark, I see the stars through me.." She starts as powerful energy flows through her body, the violin is played beautifully as Marcy starts moving around.

"Tired mechanical heart, beats til the song disappears.." She breathes in as she looks up, and starts attacking any demon that comes up to her. Cutting through them like butter as her swings are more harder and ruthless than before.

"Somebody shine a light, I'm frozen by the fear in me!" She shouts as she feels blood splatters into her face but she ignores it as she keeps cutting through every demon without hesitation.

"Somebody make me feel alive and shatter me! So cut me from the line,dizzy, spinning endlessly." She sings as she stops and swings her scythe around her as other demons tries to close only to have their body detached from their legs.

"Somebody make me feel alive and shatter me!" She shouts as demonic wings grows from her back and knocks any nearby sinners. Marcy plays her violin as she dances around gracefully, seems like she's going in a very big circle as she dodges any demons that tries to attack her like they're nothing but flies.

Her violin did not just help Melody in her war but it also summons lighting and hurt some demons' head until they pass out from the headache pain.

"Shatter me! Somebody make me feel alive and shatter me!" She sings as she jumps and cuts through the air and sending blows towards the demons on the ground under her. She lands down on the ground as she looks around and lunges her scythe on the ground that creates a disturbance on the ground as the ground shots up like rocks and throws all the demons around her away.

"If only the clockworks could speak, I wouldn't be so alone.. We burn every magnet and spring and spiral into the unknown." She stops as she holds her scythe on her back and runs forward into the crowd of her enemies.

"Somebody shine a light, I'm frozen by the fear in me! Somebody make me feel alive and shatter me!" She sings loudly and fully with her heart, pouring her pain and sorrows into her music. Flashbacks of her past self plays with her vision, her parents, her friends, memories with Marcy, memories with Ava, memories with Mr.Brown.

"So cut me from the line! Dizzy, spinning endlessly. Somebody make me feel alive and shatter me!" She shouts the last few sentences as she holds her head, two pink stars start appearing on her collarbone. It lines up like a meter.

"Shatter me!" She shouts as she pulls her enemies closer and cuts through them, feeling more and more blood drench her like the water in her bath."Somebody make me feel aliveAnd shatter me!"

"If I break the glass, then I'll have to fly. There's no one to catch me if I take a dive, I'm scared of changing, the days stay the same." She sings as she turns around and looks up at the skies, where heaven could be seen.

She sings as she remembers all of the months she spend to find her friends down in hell only to be lied to, manipulated and played with her trust like it's a toy for a dog. Marcy finishes up dancing in circles she turns to Sin, the girl is confused but then looks at the ground.

Marcy been dancing around, even when Melody is fighting to create a big spell circle for Sin to throw down one of her powers.

She nods at the angel as she holds out her hand, the whole place shakes as Melody jumps back and stands beside Marcy who's still playing her violin.

Purple and black meteor looking stars start showering down and hitting every single demon in the big circle.

The ground around them shake as the powerful objects collide on the ground and taking anyone down with it. The smoke clears out as only half of them are left,

"Somebody shine a light, I'm frozen by the fear in me. Somebody make me feel alive and shatter me!" Melody continues to sing as she charges forward into the demons.

"So cut me from the line. Dizzy, spinning endlessly! Somebody make me feel alive and shatter me!" She sings again as she cuts through them, that's when she notices her next target is Vox which he summons his electric wires but she's way faster as she cuts through him.

"Shatter me! Somebody make me feel alive and shatter me!" Melody finishes as Vox blows up in an explosion behind her.

Its done. It's finished. It ended!

Melody turns to look at her friends with a weak smile on her face, Marcy cheers as she jumps up and down.

Angel who's behind Sin and Vaggie who's behind Charlie smiles. But oh dear, it didn't end there as everyone's smiles drops into a horrified frown.

A sharp weapon plunges through Melody's stomach, she freezes as she slowly looks down. A spear.

Her vision blurred as black spots appears in her vision. It's an angel spear.

Her eyes rolls back into her head as Melody drops down and falls to the ground. The last thing she heard was a dreadful scream.
