Deep, Deep Down.

🔥🌹✨🔥✨🌹🔥

Days turns into weeks,Weeks turns into months.

It's been roughly 4 months after what happened, time flies even when you breathe and blink. Ever since then, Melody been more duller and emptier. Her eyes doesn't have any sparkle or colour in them like they used to be. If Sin dare say it; she looks like how she did when she was looking after Charlie when she was a baby. Her eyes are so dull you'd think it's a doll. It's enough that Melody already looks like a doll herself, alive and dead.

Melody leans on the balcony railings as she dully stares down at her smartphone in hand; eyes piercing and burning holes on the screen that displays the date of the day. Two more months and the next extermination would happen before you even notice it. Not that she really cares, she can't die from them. Her soul is locked in Lucifer's grip, she can't escape and go anywhere even if she tries to; but she can get hurt and pass out due to loss of blood if she ever crossed paths with one of those extermination angels.

It's like one of those days again. Where she lost all of her wits and will to continue on living; the lingering depression slowly creeping up her back and slowly eating away on her brain. Finally, she presses the off button of her smartphone as she shoves it inside her jacket. Despite what happened, Vaggie still stayed around to help the hotel. She had basically accept the fact that Charlie had moved on and so should her.

Akira is basically a shadow to Melody, he's all over the place but now she just doesn't get a reaction from his desperate pathetic ass. If Melody dare say; this hotel is falling apart. Angel would sneak out with Sin more often despite being threatened by Alastor. Even though Melody should do something- she couldn't. She would just catch Angel red handed but instead of lecturing him like she always does; she just blinks and walks away.

"Greetings, dear." Alastor's voice wakes Melody up from her endless thoughts, but she didn't even flinch or jump. Instead she slowly look at him with a stoic face, she looks so dead. She doesn't answer him as she turns her attention back to the tall buildings of hell. "I heard that the king is coming today, have you heard? Don't you think it's a good opportunity for me to meet him?" His ecstatic voice boomed only to be greeted with silence of the wind.

"That's good." She replies, her voice monotone. Alastor's smile that always shows his rows of teeth flats but he still smiles. It's quiet for a few seconds before he turns to look at her; eyes dull, mind is everywhere, the wind blowing her hair doesn't bother her. She looks.. pathetic.

"Dear, is there something the matter?" He asks, Melody doesn't answer. Her eyes watching the sinners down below walk around, chase and even beating each other up if she may add.

"How could I tell someone what's wrong if I don't know what's wrong myself?" Melody answers as her eyes turns lidded as she glances at Alastor which looks more like a glare instead. Alastor hums,

"Well that's a good question! Hm, I don't think I can even answer that myself!" He chuckles as he turns and looks at what Melody been watching. A minute or two passed, Alastor was about to open his mouth to say something but Melody backs away from the balcony and walks off. He watch as she walks away to notice that a limo had parked in front of the hotel, Lucifer is here.

The demon smiles widely as he walks away from the balcony himself and down the lobby. When he arrives down, Melody is standing beside Lilith as the taller demon is whispering something into her ear while giggling. The girl only smiles a fake smile as she nods at the queen.

"Dad, Mom!" Charlie calls out her parents, the two looks at their one and only daughter with their signature smiles on their faces.

"Yes, my poison bug?" Lucifer replies, Charlie smiles as she wraps her arms around Alastor's. The demon's smile almost falls off his face,

"I have a boyfriend!" She announces as Lilith smiles in happiness for her daughter. Alastor bows as he greets the royals,

"Alastor, the pleasure's mine." He greets himself as if he was new, Lucifer looks at him as he suddenly turns to look at Melody, glaring at her. The girl didn't flinch nor move, she only stare back at the demon. Clearly saying 'It's not my damn job, you didn't specify that, now did you?'.

"Dear that's so wonderful!" Lilith walks up as she hugs Charlie, the girl does the same to her mother. Lucifer turns to Melody as he has his hands behind his back,

"Melody, a word." He says as he mentions her to follow him outside the hotel which she obeyed. The two steps outside as Melody closes the door behind her, she turns and looks at Lucifer with raised eyebrows. Lucifer have one of his eyebrows arched as if asking 'What's the meaning of this?'.

"What?" Melody spoke out, "You didn't tell me I should control dear Charlie's life, did you?" She dares give him sass now that she doesn't give a single care about anything. Lucifer sighs as he rethinks, she did have a point.

"Don't you feel envy?" He suddenly asks, not looking at Melody. That question throws her off so bad she almost accidentally scoff and laugh in disgust.

"Why should I?" She asks as her eyes slowly travels down to her boots. Suddenly feeling a harsh tug on her empty heart,

"Oh how should I know, Karma?" Lucifer calls her by her title as he turns to look at her. "When I see a pathetic emotion lingering around, I know it's real." Lucifer quietly sneers. Melody's lips slowly frown but it wasn't really visible. "But you wouldn't break my daughter's heart and crush her hopes and dreams now would you?" He chuckles as he comes closer to her face, she stayed still.

"I swore my loyalty, Luci." Melody reply as she glares at Lucifer back in his golden eyes. "And I recommend you don't stand too close to me." She adds as electric current slowly sparks, close to electrocuting the demon. Lucifer notices it as he backs away, yes; he had been hit by it before and it hurts more than it hurts when he fell from heaven. "Shouldn't you be happy that your daughter is at least happy?" Melody suddenly turns the table.

"You know how much you've put her under pressure, I'd say.." Melody grins as she brings her fingers up to her chin in thought. "You're worse than my abusive father." She chuckles darkly as she turns on her heels and walks back inside the hotel; leaving Lucifer in silence. The second the door closes, he chuckles as he shakes his head.

She's not afraid of death like she did before. Just what is this girl trying to do? Lucifer only smile as he enters the hotel himself right after.

"Oh, Melody! We're going to have a party to celebrate Charlie and Alastor. Would you like to come with me to buy you a dress?" Lilith suddenly turns to the girl who been staring off into space, she blinks; processing.

"Lilith- I think my closet is already full of dresses from you.." Melody mumbles as she rubs her arm,

"Nonsense!" Lilith shuts Melody up as the girl can be seen kind of uncomfortable.

"You're just trying to doll Mel up, right mom?" Charlie smiles, Melody looks at Charlie with a "why" look. Lilith nods, then there Lilith go.. talking about how Melody should show her skin a bit more because everyone would swoon over her. The girl only slowly escape from there as she hides by Husk behind the bar. The cat demon glances at the girl and chuckles,

"I want to die twice." Melody whispers as she leans her back on the cabinets behind the bar on the floor. She slowly blink as she looks at the time, her mind slowly wonders.. 'What are you doing right now?'

"Have mercy!" The angel cries as Marcy stops playing her violin that creates waves of magic to her opponent. The blue haired angel been practicing her music instruments in order to be prepared for the next extermination and find her best friend. She already talked to God about it but God didn't say a single thing but only sighed in defeat.

"That's enough for today." Mary says as she watch Marcy drops her arms to her sides and walks off to the side to rest off. Marcy been really determined to do anything she could to meet her again, she would even risk her life for it. But, why can't everyone see that? They just don't understand.

"I miss hearing you sing.." Marcy whispers to herself as she holds up the blue amulet around her neck as she talks to it. The jewel shines as it reflects the girl's face. Marcy would always play the piano and her best friend would always sing for her, they created songs together and even spent late nights just singing together like there was no tomorrow.

But that one night, her best friend showed up at her house with long sleeved shirts; she had stopped wearing those victorian doll dresses like she used to do. Marcy found out that what's hidden under those sleeves were cuts and bruises. When she had asked her about it, her best friend only shook her head and said it was the cat behind her house. Marcy knew it was a lie because her best friend is good with animals and she really loves cats.

The girl sighs as Mary sits down beside her on the bench.

"What's on your mind, dear? You seem troubled." She smiles sadly towards the girl, Marcy smiled back as she looks away and rub her thumb on the smooth surface of the violin.

"I really miss her, Mary." Marcy's soft voice almost crack as she holds back tears. "She doesn't deserve to be down there." She says as she looks at Virgin Mary. The woman blinks as she looks off to the blue skies of heaven. "What did she do to even be down there?" Marcy asks, trying to cover her sadness with a question.

"She was a murderer, Marcy." Mary says, Marcy looks up at her. "It was all self-defense because those people tried hunting her but she killed every and each one of them as much as she could. Kill after kill, she lost the feeling of fear and guilt of all the lives she took." Mary explains as she rubs her hands together in sadness. Marcy flatten her lips as she looks away,

"It was self-defense." Marcy repeats to herself as she nods. "Then I'll prove that she's innocent." Marcy suddenly makes up her mind as she stands up from the bench and walks off from sight. Mary sighs as she shakes her head,

"Stubborn little angel.." She whispers as she looks up to look at all the other angels. There's little children from the youngest of age to adults even. It's sad seeing these children up here, they died too early. Most children that dies early would always end up in heaven but there are some that would end up in hell, it's either a vengeful soul with a lingering regret or someone else had chosen to drag them down to hell with them. Whatever it is, it's both so sad to hear.

"Nobody ever tries to help, at all!" Marcy mumbles to herself as she closes the case of her violin with anger. She zips it close and sits down on one of her soft cushioned chairs, looking up at the ceiling. The chandelier glints beautifully because of the bright sunlight, in heaven it's everything you ever wanted. The air is peaceful, everyone is nice and kind, you get to do things you've never done before when you were alive and you can even fall in love and get married here.

But for Marcy, heaven is not perfect. She always sees Heaven as this masked person who pretends to be nice and hide away all the dirty and dark secrets. It's also not perfect because.. she's not here.

Marcy whines as she throws her arms around, annoyed. The childish girl stands up from the chair, grabs her violin case and heads out of her room. She's going to take a peek of how Hell looks like but she'll make sure that she's careful. The girl looks around, making sure no one is around as she runs to the back of the buildings.

She walks off in a straight direction, far from all the other angels around. The place became quieter and quieter every each step she takes, that's when she sees the edge of heaven, where the infamous Lucifer was thrown off after betraying God.

Marcy walks up to the edge as she kneels down, holding the ground to make sure she doesn't fall as she peeks her head off the edge. Her eyes widened, there's a lot of dark colours of red. It reminded her of her best friend's eyes, red, deep and easy to get lost in. There's so many tall buildings but one building caught her eyes, the structure looks so weird and um.. breaking the law of physics if she could say. There's a big sign that she barely could read but there's a peak of being one of God's Golden Angels, you're perfect.

Marcy could read the bright red sign that glows, as if trying to pull any kind of attention towards it.

"Haz..bin.. Hotel?" Marcy reads out loud, her eyebrows narrows. "Doesn't that mean useless hotel in ancient greek? Huh, it's hell what did I expect it to be?" Marcy blinks, but something about that hotel kind of intrigued her to look out for more. Maybe her best friend is in there!

Marcy smiles excitedly as she backs up far enough and pulls out a small notebook from her pocket dress, noting down the name of the hotel.

"Marcy?" A soft male voice calls out, the girl screams in surprise as she accidentally drops her notebook. Even the boy widens his eyes in shock, the said girl turns around to look at the angel behind her.

"Oh for heaven's sake, Jay!" Marcy holds her chest where her beating surprised heart is supposed to be. Beside the boy is a little girl holding his hand, Marcy immediately smile upon seeing the girl. "Oh hello Rosie!" The girl waves back with her free hand with a big bright smile on her face.

"What are you doing here?" Jay asks as he walks up to her and sits down on the grass with Rosie doing the same. Marcy stammers as she notices the notepad on the ground; she immediately snatches it up and hides it.

"Oh, nothing.." Marcy couldn't think of an excuse, she's always been a really bad liar. Jay looks off to the edge to see what's down there,

"Whoa, you can see hell from here." Jay whispers as Rosie pops up beside him to look down too, the guy panics as he pulls the little girl away for her own safety. "Why are you here?" Jay asks but he suddenly have a thought of maybe why Marcy could be here, "You're not planning to leave Heaven are you? You're one out of twelve god's Golden Angels!" Jay shouts, Marcy shushes him down.

"What? No!" Marcy shakes her head, "I guess I can tell you since it's related to Ava too.." She says another girl's name so softly as she slowly looks up at Jay to see his expression. He sure does look pained but he wants to listen,

"Ava? Then tell me!" Jay urges, even Rosie looks up from the mentioning of 'Ava'. Marcy nods but holds her finger up, signaling them to be quiet. Even though they're far from all the other angels, it's easy to be found here because your voice can echo throughout the place.

"Do you know Kana? Ava's best friend?" Marcy asks, Jay nods slowly.

"Well I never met her before but yes I've heard of that name. Ava told me about her a couple times but she never really gets onto it." The brown haired boy says as he crosses his arms, thinking back on it. How did he not notice?

"Well, Kana is my best friend. She's the one I've been looking for this whole time! But Virgin Mary said she ended up.. down.. there.." Marcy trails off each word as she glances at the edge of the heaven in front of them. "Thinking about that, don't you think Ava might be down there too? You been looking for her too but couldn't find her, right?" Marcy says but Jay shrugs his shoulders.

"I-I really don't know, Mars. That could be a possibility but I want to think that she's up here safe and sound." Jay mumbles sadly as Rosie frowns and rubs the boy's hand in comfort. He smiles at her, telling her that he's fine.

"But would you help me?" Marcy suddenly asks, Jay looks up in confusion.

"With what?" Marcy pulls her violin case that is around her body to the front, hugging the case.

"I'm going down there with the extermination angels this year for the yearly cleansing of hell-" Marcy explains but Jay interrupts,

"Whoa, whoa- You're going down there? Marcy that's a death wish!" Jay blurts out. Marcy nods, knowing exactly what she's doing.

"I know! But I at least want to see her, just.. once. Please." Marcy begs as she pulls Jay's hands, holding it as she begs. Jay looks between Rosie, Marcy and off the edge. He thought for a moment as he sighs and nods, Marcy cheers.

"You're stubborn, you wouldn't take a no as an answer anyways. But!" Jay holds up a finger as Marcy blinks in surprise. "I'm not going down there, it's too dangerous for dear Rosie. I'll try to help you up here if anything were to happen." Jay crosses his arms over his chest, "But you're a Golden Angel, you're perfect. I doubt you'd need any help and if Kana is down there, I'm sure she won't let anyone lay a finger on you too." Jay smiles, Marcy smiles back.

"Okay! I'm gonna go back and practice more music instruments for preparation, see ya!" Marcy immediately stands up as she waves at the two and runs off. Jay and Rosie waves back at the girl as she watch the girl disappear from sight. When Marcy left, Rosie notices something as she crawls up to it and picks it up. It's a notebook.

"Hawbin.. Howel.." Rosie tries to read, Jay looks up as he takes the notebook from the little girl.

"Hazbin Hotel." Jay reads it properly, thinking too hard about it; not noticing that Rosie went to the edge as she looks down.

"Jay, look!" Rosie points, the boy panics as he scurries to the little girl. He can't see anything besides tall buildings, he's can't see far off. That's when Jay remembers, Rosie is one of God's Golden Angels too. "Hawbin Howtel!" She points, while smiling. Jay looks at Rosie as he stitches his eyebrows together in confusion, whatever it is; Jay pulls Rosie from the edge as the two stands up.

"Let's go back, we don't want to worry Mary." Jay says as he holds the little girl's hand, Rosie only smiles and nods.
