Hector was sitting on the sand, the beautiful view of the waves of the sea and the sunset. It was so calming and familiar.

The smell of the salt sea waves. Everything was familiar for him but something was missing.

There wasn't a lot of people at the beach due it was winter now not summer so it's like he had all the beach and view for himself. But someone is missing.

He kept his gaze on the sunset in front of him, looking at the small gaps of sunlight. "I MISS YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING."

Me and Isa had an argument last week, i thought it wasn't a big of deal and we will talk again like normal and how we do every time we argue.

But this time was different, she didn't talk to me for a week until today, not answering my phone calls, my message even when i talk to Pedri in the phone and tell him give it to her she refuse.

She doesn't even want to hear my voice or anything about me, that what Pedri told me. It's all because i told her to not talk to her friends who are boys that way.

The way she seems so caring and loving with them, not that i want to control her life and of course i get jealous about her. But it's because i see how they look at her when she treats them this way.

Im a guy like them and i know well if a girl treats me like this i will have another thoughts, that she could be in love with me or something. And i don't want to see those looks on their faces or for them to think like that about Isa.

I wanted her to be friends with them, but to take care and be careful of how she acts with them. But she thought that im trying ro control her and make every decision in her life. which is so wrong. I could never think like this.

And im not gonna lie, the idea of she thinking of me like this hit a nerve. I can never imagine Isa think like this about me, she was always the one who made me believe in myself.

She was always the one who kept encouraging me, the one who made me have confidence and be who i am right now. She is the only one who brings this side of me, the soft and caring one. She lets me show the real me not the Hector who everyone thinks is a bad guy, have women every night.

The one without tattoos too. I see my younger self when i have her company.

And for me, Isa is the most pure and sweer soul ever. She can talk all day about how much im great in my career and with people which makes me feel like.. yeah im a good person.

She makes me think differently of myself, she makes me see and admit things that im trying to deny.

I love her from all my heart, that's why i decided to not let her go, to go to her and solve things together. Let everything out.

"Pedri is she home or no?? I won't call because i already she won't answer." Hector was driving the car already in his way to her house.

"Yeah yeah.. she's upstairs in her room, look don't say that you i made this with you."

"Not gonna say anything, you don't worry." he let out a sigh as Pedri was referring to not let Isa know that Pedri knows Hector is coming.

"Good.. by the way hurry because im going somewhere with Gavi i don't have all day for your stupid arguments you and my sister."

"Im an idiot that i told you."

"Man im an idiot that i let you date my sister."

The door bell rang, Pedri made his way to the front door and opening it for Hector, he let out a sarcastic laugh as he saw that Hector has a bouquet of red roses and a small bag that seemed something fancy for Isa.

"Get inside, i have never seen a romantic Hector before. That's one from the seven wonders." he kept laughing at him as they made their way towards the living room.

"You are not funny at all Pedri. You know Isa mean a lot to me, and i want all the best and happiness for her." he rolled his eyes at Pedri's teasing words.

"Watch out, we are still talking about my sister here." he was still joking anyway.

"So.. im gonna go now and you talk to her or do whatever you two do." he got up from the couch making his way outside. "Yeah.. bye."

It was clear that Hector was different, he wasn't the one that was always with Isa or even the other one that seems to be always so confident with himself. He climbed the stairs and made his way to in front of Isa's room.

He took a deep breath collecting his thoughts together then he knocked on the door. "Come in!!" she yelled from the other side.

"Hey.." he opened the door his gaze finally met hers, the eyes that he had missed so much for this while even if it's only a week.

"What are you doing here?? How did you get in?" her tone of voice was cold and serious, she got up from the bed walking over to him as she realized a question, how did he get inside?

"I just wanted to see you Isa. I want to solve things and since you are not answering any of my message i decided to come." he took a step towards her.

"Pedri who let you in, right?"

"Well.. yeah, i can not lie." he reached out to hold her hand in his. "Just please Isa, let us talk." his tone was pleading

She took a deep breath her gaze on anything around her but his, however she accepted his offer about talking to each other, she missed seeing him. She felt that she made a problem of nothing. "Let's talk outside."

They went downstairs in silence to his car that was parked in front of her house, as soon as they got inside he started his talking. "Isa look, i didn't mean to control your every move and tell you who you talk to and not talk to. I was just worried from their looks when you acted this way with them." he paused, taking a deep breath then he continued.

"I know even if they are only friends to you but they definitely had other thoughts when you acted this loving with them and i can't stand to see them just look this way. I admit it, i got jealous but you know me so well Isa to believe i might want to control your life. This is not me. But anyway im sorry, i was just worried." all his talking he was looking in front of him.

"Oh.. Hector i know you would never think like this. I don't know why did i even let myself think this way of you. Im really sorry. I don't know why i was answering or doing anything. Actually my friend who told me to do this. Im really sorry Hector." the guilt in her eyes clear but Hector didn't care, all he cared about in this moment was her and their relationship.

"Isa you don't have ro be sorry. We both were wrong and we let our emotions control us of letting this situation get bigger. I don't want this to happen again, you don't know how much i missed you Isa." he held her hand and kissed it, her gaze lingered on hers.

"You too Hector." she leaned in wrapping her both arms around him, she hugged him as tight as she can and he didn't complain. He hugged her back.

"I forgot something.. this is for you." he pulled away handing her the bouquet which her forgot to give to her. "Oh my god! This is so cute i love this so much. Thank you Hector." she was admiring the bouquet that in her hands, she gave him a kiss on the cheek that made his face get slightly pink.

"Im gonna take you somewhere, you alright with that or you have something to do?"

"Nah.. im free. Lead the way." he started the engine of the car and began to drive to his destination.

"We arrived Iz." he pulled up in front of the entrance of the beach she looked around and she knew now. "You took me to our favorite place, huh?" she laughed.

"Well yeah. We have all of our memories here, besides you the one who made me know this amazing place." he got out from the car seat and made his way over to her opening the door for her, her hand quickly found his as it led her out the car.

"Thank you gentleman." she teased him but he didn't complain and just smirked. "It's a pleasure, my lady."

They made their way over the sand and sat their on it, their gazes on the sea in front of them with the beautiful waves and the small shells there.

"We will wait to watch the sunset, okay?" she told him. "I already brought you here for this." he smiled at her as he wrapped his arm around her waist, her head resting on his shoulder. "You are amazing Hector."

He smiled as his cheeks got warmer, it was strange for Hector to be this shy and embarrassed by a girl. But it wasn't any girl, it was Isa.

They kept sitting there in silence only the sound of the sea waves was heard and they kept enjoying it, their gazes on the beautiful sunset in front of them. He knew Isa adored sunsets that's why it's her favorite place and surprisingly it's his favorite place now too.

"Wait a second.. i want to capture this amazing view." she pulled out her phone and started to take photos of the sunset.

He took out his phone too and took photos of her from behind while she was taking photos too but of the sunset, she looked so pretty for him.

A while passed and they realized it was getting late after a while of talking, they decided they should leave now. They got in the car and he started to drive to her house.

"Don't drive me all the way to my house, you can stop in fron of yours." she didn't want to tire him, as his house was close to hers. "Are you sure Isa? I can drive you it's fine."

"Yes im sure. I want to have a little walk by myself to the house." she insisted.

"You sure.." she quickly cut him off. "Yes Hector yes. Im sure, stop asking."

Minutes passed by and they were right in front of his house, she got out from the car and went over to his side and kissed his cheek giving him a little poke. "Im gonna miss you, love."

"Yeah.. me too." she laughed at his expression as she saw the redness on his face and knew that he was shy right now. "Don't miss me so much then because i see how much it's affecting you right now."

"See you tomorrow Hector!"

And those were the last words he heard from her before she walked away making her little walk she told him about. After that he went inside after he saw her walking and putting on her airpods.

But then not long after that, he heard a loud crash a scream outside in the street, loud voices of people outside. He quickly went outside to see what happened and it looked like a car accident. He went over there his heart beating hard in his chest as he kept passing through the sea of people now.

He tried his hardest to catch a glimpse of anything, all he saw was the car near a pillar and people around some on the ground. He only saw a brown hair which means it's a girl.

But then he saw her arm lying there with a bracelet on it.

The matching bracelet.

His heartbeat got faster as he knew now, it's Isa.

He rushed through the people and sat beside her, he tried to not believe his eyes that the girl on the ground was Isa lying down in her blood.

He tried to shake her and make her look at him, she was breathing but it was really small and little air. He was hugging her, his both strong arms around her. "Isa look at me! Isa.. please don't close your eyes! Please stay with me." he saw her eyes slightly opened looking at him. "Hec.. Hector.."

"Anyone hurry and calls the ambulance! Isa stay with me please don't go!"

"I was listening in.. my airpods.. i didn't see.. the car.." she tried to talk to him, he tried his hardest to understand her but he did, guilt was running inside of him for leaving her walk this alone.

"It's alright Isa, you will be alright. We will be fine. Just try to breathe. Please Isa." he looked around and saw her phone lying down beside her, the screen was broken but he saw the song that was playing. Francis forever. The bouquet was away, all the flowers on different places on the ground.

"I.. i love you.. Hector." her hand was on his cheek, she saw the tears in his eyes. But then he felt her hand fall from his cheek, no longer breathing and he felt himself fall.

Isa is dead.

She died in his arms.

The love of his life, the sister of his teammate was GONE.

"That what happened in september 2023. I can't move on from her doctor. I can't forget her, the weight of the feeling that it's all my fault. That i let her walk by herself and didn't insist more to drive her, it's all eating me. Each time i see Pedri i can't look at him. I see her in him."

"It's not your fault Hector. That what god wanted to happen. There was nothing in your hands to do. Maybe you drove her but that still happened to her in different day. Look Hector.. try to stop all the things you two used to do together, and stay regular and take your pills." my therapy wrote down some things in the papers.

"Next session is after two weeks." he gave me the paper, i made my way outside to my car.

I started to drive to the the training session, still the same scenario repeating in my head everyday, i looked beside me where it was where she sat before.

Im thinking about selling it, i don't want anything to remind me of her.

I made my training and i was walking to the locker room to change my clothes but then i saw Pedri walking there with Gavi, i couldn't help myself and the feeling inside me.

I made my way towards them. "Hey.. Pedri." i was so nervous the words couldn't even leave my lips. "Oh hey Hector. How are you doing?" he responded with a slight smile.

"Im fine.. can i talk to you for a second?"

"Yeah sure." he walked away with me, i stood there not knowing what to say or do. "Im sorry Pedri.." i began with this.

"Hector please.. don't say this again. It wasn't your fault." i saw that Pedri was trying to control his emotions. "I don't want you to be upset with me."

"You did nothing so i be upset with you. It wasn't your fault. Come on.. let's go come hang out with us." he wrapped his arm around my shoulder trying to laugh with me as we made our way to the lockers.

I still look at the stars hoping to see a glimpse of you.
