Chapter 30: kidnaped

Gene's PoV

It was late at night and I sat in my dark room, crying my eyes out.

The rain outside poured heavily.

I heard Dante call me from downstairs.

"Gene come here!" He shouted

"Coming," I managed

I wiped my tears and sat up.

I didn't want to leave my bed I just wanted to stay there for the rest of my stupid life.

I reluctantly flung my legs over the edge of my bed, so they made contact with the floor.

I stumbled downstairs where I saw Dante, Garroth and Vylad?

Why are they here this late?

"What?" I asked

I'm sure they could tell I had just been crying but I tried to act cool.

"Can we ask you a few questions?" Dante said

"Sure," I shrugged, sitting on the couch next to them

"so, what do you want to ask?" I asked

"It's about Zane," Garroth butted it

"O-oh," I said

"So, um Gene do you know where he might be?" Dante asked

I thought a bit before shaking my head.

"Wait, what exactly are you to Zane," Garroth asked

I gulped, garroth knows what a bad person I used to be.

"I-um, he's my b-boyfriend," I stuttered on accident

"So you're telling me you're dating my baby brother?" He said

I hesitantly nodded.

He thought for a moment, before looking back at Dante.

"Well where was the last place you saw him?" Dante continued to ask

"Uhm..."

I thought for a moment, then I remembered something.

The last place I saw him was...

Walking out of the school, with Travis. After that he didn't show up to school the next day, or go home. Maybe Travis has something to do with Zane disappearing.

A few days ago I got a text, it was from Zane, but maybe it wasn't really Zane, maybe he doesn't hate me.

My eyes went wide.

"What!" They all exclaimed

I didn't answer as a bunch of thoughts flooded my head.

If he did take him, What was he doing to him?

Tears formed in my eyes at the possible thoughts of what he could be doing to my poor ZuZu.

"Gene?" Dante asked

"T-Travis..." was all I could say

"What about Travis!" Garroth demanded

"Do you know what happened?"

"Gene?"

"Gene??"

They asked me a bunch of questions, until I broke down and started to cry.

Of corse I didn't want them to see me cry, but I couldn't help it.

Dante sighed.

He pulled me into a hug.

"Gene it'll be okay," he said

The room went silent, all that could be heard was my sobs.

Zane's PoV

Travis hit me around the face, than forcefully kissed me.

I pushed him away, But he kissed me again, this time his grip was tighter.

I started to cry.

"Stop being such a baby!" He demanded

He licked my bottom lip, asking for an entrance, but obviously I denied.

He hit me again, until I opened my mouth, allowing him to explore it.

When he pulled back he smirked.

"I'll kill Gene," he said

"N-no don't!" I exclaimed

"Love me then!" He kissed me against

This time I reluctantly kissed back, not wanting him to harm Gene.

"Good Zaney~" he pulled back

I started to cry even more.

"Shhhhh ZuZu it'll be alright,"He held me in his arms, trying to comfort me, but it was only making it worse

Soon I fell asleep, in his arms.

Gene's PoV

After I calmed down a bit, Dante looked at me.

"Gene, do you know what happened?"He said

"I-I think," I said, wiping tears from my eyes

"Can you tell us?" Garroth said

I hesitantly nodded.

"So..." they said, impatiently

"I-I think, T-Travis has Zane," I stuttered

"What!" Garroth and Dante shouted

"why would Travis have him?" Vylad finally spoke up

"B-because he loved him and Z-Zane didn't love him back," I said

"So he kidnapped Zane," Garroth asked

I nodded.

"B-but Travis is my best friend, he would never do that," Dante said

"He kept saying Zane is going to be his," I started

"And?" Vylad asked

"The last place I saw him was walking out of the school with Travis, but he didn't go home or come to school the next day, then I got a text it was from Zane saying he hated me but I don't think it was Zane," I continued

"n-no, w-why?" Dante stuttered

I saw Vylad get up and walk over to Dante. Vylad pulled Dante into a hug.

I wish Zane was here to hug me.

"So Travis kidnapped Zane?" Garroth asked, worry evident on his face

"I-I think, yeah," I said, questioning if I was even right

After that I went back to bed.

It was still raining and I wondered what Zane was doing right now. I hope Travis isn't hurting him.
