Extra: Lie

The morning after their wedding day.

"Discussion conference? What discussion conference?" Jiang Cheng said, confused.

"Don't lie to me. I already know. You also feel the same way towards me, so you used an excuse to see me." Lan Xichen said, smiling brightly.

Jiang Cheng's face flushed. "Wha... how dare you accuse me of lying! I never lied!" he said.

"Really? You really never lied? Then what about you said about you never being a cut-sleeve?" Lan Xichen asked.

Jiang Cheng's face became redder. "I'm - !" he said.

Lan Xichen cut Jiang Cheng off by kissing him. Jiang Cheng's eyes widened in shock and anger. However, his heart calmed down as he kissed Lan Xichen back. Goodness. I really never lied! He thought, exasperated. But... he looked at Lan Xichen whose eyes are closed, feeling their kiss.

Jiang Cheng smiled. If that's how you thought I love you back, then so be it. In the end, we feel the same way. He thought as he wrapped his arms around Lan Xichen's neck, pulling off the forehead ribbon.

This action of his has now became his habit, ever since they got married.
