Chapter Six

" Whew. What a rough day." Malice says.

Malice smiled at the thought of her mother still in disbelief about her second child.

" Funny, she still has no clue especially at the fact I was that hooded figure." Malice says to herself.

" What a funny coincidence." Malice cheerfully mutters to herself.

" But......" Malice added.

" Why is it I too have forgotten about my family? And only managed to remember it all just today?" Malice finishes her question.

" I don't understand..... Could it be I was too deep in learning magic for ten years?" Malice asked herself.

Poor Malice, she has so many questions to ask that she can't even think of anything else anymore. Though, just as she was able to head for her little hut, a voice was calling for her.

" Malice!!!" Jafar shouted.

" Where are you?!" Evil Queen asked in a loud tone.

" Darling, we need you!!!" Cruella shouted.

" Ugh, I'm so tired. I don't want to help them.... I've got other problems." Malice muttered as she runs quickly towards her little home.

Once Malice finally made it to her little hut, she casted a spell.

"  A forest of thorns shall be their tomb,form from a sky in a cloud of doom. Round the intersection cast my spell!" Malice commanded.

A dark greyish cloud came heading for the intersection that the three villains will assumingly pass through and blasted lighting bolts at the ground, summoning a forest of thorns across the area. When the villains saw this, they stopped dead in their tracks.

" What the?! Is this Maleficent's doing?" Evil Queen shouted.

" Wow, that's so... Prickly." Cruella compliments.

" It's almost as though, Maleficent doesn't want us to go anywhere at all." Jafar says.

" Oi! I see something!" Cruella says.

" What?" Jafar and Evil Queen asks.

" There's a little hut up north." Cruella says.

" A little hut?" Jafar asks.

" Must be one of those houses built by those blundering fools known as dwarfs." Evil queen muttered angrily.

" It seems, it's made out of steel." Cruella says.

" What?!" Evil Queen reacts.

" Let me see that." she added.

"oof!"

"What was that for?" Jafar asks while on the ground.

" You were in the way." Evil Queen smirked.

As the Evil Queen looks at the hut that's up north, she was dead on shocked.

" This hut is made of steel! It doesn't look like a dwarf would make it." Evil Queen shrieks.

" Do you two maybe think that's Malice's home?" Cruella asks.

" Why ask me? I have no clue." Evil Queen smirked.

" Probably not. Let's try searching for her somewhere else." Jafar says.

Since the three villains saw no hope of getting across the thorns, they decided to find Malice somewhere else. While them gone, Maleficent shows up inspecting the thorns.

Maleficent's POV

" How was this here?"

Maleficent had so many questions floating through her head, she feels dizzy.

" Argh! Why is it someone knows how to learn my spells?!!!" Maleficent yelled.

" Only Mal has learned my spells. I don't get what's going on!!!" Maleficent screamed while kneeling down in anger.

Malice's POV

" If only I can  urge myself to tell her..... None of these complications would happen." 

(Back in Auradon...)

" Is everyone alright?" Ben asks.

" Does it look alright?" Audrey asks furiously.

" Yeah, Ben." Chad argued.

Ben and the gang looks at all the people especially their classmates and they are all injured.

" We were all hurt by those thorns!!!!" Audrey whined while falling down her knees with tears.

Everyone all agreed.

" Alright, alright. Just calm down!" Ben frantically shouts.

But, Ben's shouting doesn't seem to help...

" We really need to get them medical attention." Mal says.

" Yeah, definitely." Carlos agrees along with Jay and Evie.

Ben thinks for a while until his parents shows up.

" Ben, dear. Are you alright?" Queen Belle asks in worry as she hugs him.

" We heard the news, son." King Adam says.

" I'm okay mom. And aren't you suppose to be at home?" Ben asks.

" We heard the news, so we decided to come here quick." Queen Belle replied.

" That must be catastrophic isn't it?" King Adam asks.

" Yes." Ben and the three villains replied.

" Wha? What happened to the people?" Queen Belle asks as she looks at the crowd.

" They too were affected by the disaster." Ben replies.

" It seems this stranger is no doubt a criminal." King Adam says.

" No matter what you do, this criminal causes a lot of destruction. I shall stay and assist you and the people's safety." added King Adam.

" I'll stay here too." Queen Belle offered.

" We couldn't help but overhear your conversation. I guess the whole family is here." Mal says while the other three villain kids nodded.

" Yeah, and they're going to stay and help." Ben says.

" Though, we still need to recover first." Evie says.

" Agreed." Everyone nodded.

" Guards!" King Adam called.

"What is it you're highness? " the guards ask as they quickly make through the crowd.

" Bring all these people to the health centre for medical attention." King Adam commanded.

" Yes, sir." the guards replied.

" Alright, everyone. Listen up! " the guards commanded.

Everyone in the crowd silenced and faced toward the guards.

" All of you injured shall be escorted to Auradon Health Centre for medical treatment!" the guards say.

Without further or two, everyone started heading out with the guards without question while Ben,his parents,and four  villain friends stayed behind. Though, to their surprise, Doug stayed behind.

" Doug, what are you doing?" Ben asks.

" You should be going with them. You're injured." Evie says in a worry.

" Don't worry about me. I want to help you guys." Doug says.

" What?!" the five kids reacted.

" Doug, you're hurt. Why would you risk your life?" Queen Belle asks.

" I'm okay. I can handle myself. In fact, I.... Want to protect Evie." Doug says with a flushed face.

Evie blushed.

" Are you sure?" King Adam asks.

" I'm sure." Doug replies.

" Then welcome to the group... Are you still sure you want to do this? " Ben asks with no confidence.

" Yes, Ben. No need to worry so much my friend." Doug says as he puts his arm around Ben's shoulder.
