Chapter Five

"Yeah, its me." Evie replied as she got close to Mal.

" That....That hooded thief knows how to do mom's spells." Mal shakingly said.

" You mean-" Evie asked without the need of finishing her sentence.

" Yup." Mal replied.

" The thief caused all this mess?" Evie asked.

" Yeah." Mal answered.

" No wonder Auradon High's hallway is blocked by thorns." Evie said.

"What?! the thorns reached the hallways?" Mal asked in a loud tone.

" Yeah....But, don't worry I froze them all with my magic mirror." Evie answered.

" That's good, but I think the hooded figure is not yet done with us. My mom and I witnessed her use a teleportation spell, so she could be anywhere here in Auradon High." Mal said.

" So, what now?" Evie asked.

" First off, where's Ben and the others?" Mal asked.

" By the Tourney field." Evie replied.

" Why are they there?" Mal asked.

" They chose to go there instead of helping me break through the thorns that were blocking the school entrance." Evie answered.

" What about the others like Audrey or Doug?" Mal asked.

" I have no clue......." Evie answered.

"Would you two stop talking?! You guys aren't bothering getting out of this blasted thorns!" Maleficent whined.

" Oh, right. Hang on Mal, it may get a bit cold." Evie said.

" Uh, okay..." Mal replied.

" Magic mirror freeze these thorns." Evie commanded.

The thorns froze and broke into pieces, releasing Maleficent and Mal.

" Thanks, E." Mal greeted.

" No prob, M" Evie replied.

Maleficent rolled her eyes.

" Come on, E. We've got to find that thief!" Mal exclaimed.

" Right on!" Evie answered.

Just as they start heading inside Auradon High, the hooded figure is already on the move of leaving.

" Hahahaha! See ya losers!" the hooded figure shouted.

" Gah! The thief has the Fairy Godmother's wand!" Mal frantically screamed.

" Wha? How's that possible?" Evie questioned.

As the hooded figure flies through the air,Ben,Carlos,and Jay are seen running from a distance.

" Wait, stop!!!!" Ben shouted.

" Give that wand back!" Jay and Carlos added.

" Why should I?" the hooded figure asked while flying.

"That's private property!!!" Carlos screamed.

" Oh, shut up dalmatian boy." the hooded figure smirked.

"Hey......" Carlos whined.

" Later, morons." the hooded figure smirked while flying through the air.

" No, you don't!" Mal yelled.

Mal shoots green fire from her hand,but, as it hits the hooded figure, it had no effect.

" Wha? It had no effect." Mal said in shock.

The hooded figure laughed at her attempts.

" Did you guys see that ? It's as though the mysterious person is immune to magic." Carlos said.

" Yeah. It's like impossible to defeat this person." Ben answered.

" Yeah, dude. That's an ouch for us." Jay agreed.

Maleficent's POV

"Impossible,this creature is immune to magic.Could it be my magic won't work at all against this creature?"

"How.....Intriguing."

"Who are you? I wonder."

" Try all you want, but your magic won't work against me." the hooded figure said.

"Ugh,darn...." Mal muttered.

" Well, I must be off. See ya later." the hooded figure said.

" No, come back!!!" Ben screamed as he ran quick to stop the hooded figure.

Before he was able to stop the hooded figure, he/she already disappeared while in the air. Due to that, Ben crashed onto the ground with a large thump.

" Ow...." Ben mumbled.

" Now we know we can't stop that thief using magic." Evie said.

" Yeah." Mal agreed.

" Question is what will?" Carlos asked.

" For now, we just take a break from all this. Then, we try planning again." Mal said.

" Really? Is that all you could do Mal? I know you more than anyone." Maleficent contradicted.

" Mom, clearly you saw that.So,we shouldn't bother just yet." Mal replied.

"Hmph. Fine." Maleficent grumbled as she walks away.

" Whoa,whoa,whoa, where is she going?" Carlos asked.

" Pretty sure she just need to cool off." Mal answered.

" So.........What should we do now since we can't deal with that person just yet?" Evie asked.

" That, I'm not sure...." Mal replied.

(Meanwhile, near the Isle of the Lost....)

" Oh, goodie! You've got the Fairy Godmother's wand." Jafar shrieked with glee.

" Weirdo." Evil Queen muttered.

Cruella De vil shooks her head.

" I got the wand, so what now?" Malice asked.

" Try chanting Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo while striking the wand to the air." Jafar offered.

" Uh, okay...." Malice replied.

" Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!!!!" Malice chanted while striking the wand up the air.

Boom! There was a lightning strike that hit the force field. It caused a tremendous earthquake,though, in the end, it broke the force field.

"We're free at last!" the three villains cheered.

" Good for you." Malice greeted.

" Now we can finally have our revenge!" Jafar cheered.

" As our thanks, what is your name darling?" Evil Queen asked.

" To you three, call me Malice." Malice replied.

" Malice, thank you for freeing us." Evil Queen greeted.

" No problem. Anyways, I was planning to head for my mother's castle." Malice replied.

" Wait, hold on. Why do you look like Maleficent's daughter?" Cruella asked.

At the thought of the question, Malice smiled.

" That's because I'm her daughter. I'm Mal's twin sister." Malice confidently answered.

" Malice? I've heard that name before.... No wonder why you're so familiar!" Jafar exclaimed.

" Were you that little girl I saw ten years ago running away from your home?" Evil Queen asked.

" In your case, yes. I was that girl running away." Malice replied.

" What happened? Why'd you run off just like that?" Cruella asked.

" It's personal so I can't tell you." Malice replied.

After minutes of silence, green flames appear near the group;once reduced,Maleficent is summoned.

" I saw that lighting strike hit the Isle so anyone tell me what just -" Maleficent cut her sentence once laying eyes on a girl that looked exactly like Mal.

" Wha? Who are you?" Maleficent asked.

" And why are you holding that wand?" Maleficent added.

" That's none of your business." the girl said.

" Oh, it is and-" Maleficent cut her sentence once more when laying eyes upon a freed Jafar,Evil Queen,and Cruella De Vil.

" What's going on?" Maleficent confusingly asked.

" She freed us." the three villains cheered.

" Huh?" Maleficent reacted.

" You're not gonna believe this, Maleficent! She's your daughter!" Evil Queen shouted.

" Whaaaaaaaaaaaatttttttttttttttt?!" Maleficent reacted.

" And she's that hooded figure that came to Auradon to cause some havoc!" Jafar added.

" Whaaaaaaaaatttttttttttttt?! " Maleficent reacted.

" But, let us tell you what you don't know." the three villains said.

But, before they were able to say anything, Malice shut them up.

" What just happened?" Maleficent blinked.

" Doesn't matter. Enough information as it is." the girl said as she begins to leave.

Maleficent looks at her with a confused look.

"Now wait just a minute. Who exactly are you?" Maleficent asked.

" You may not remember." the girl said while walking away.

Maleficent was then left alone confused while her three villain friends were still frozen like a statue.
