Time skip to Next morning,

At hospital,

Jungkook was curled up on the bench in the hospital courtyard, his leather jacket barely shielding him and His hands were tucked under his arms, even in sleep, his face was creased as if he hadn’t slept properly all night, all other brothers were at home with y/n, Hwang's Parents were at home but Jungkook was still in front of ICU, Suddenly, footsteps approached to him and shook his body

Doctor : Mr Jeon! *soft*

He flinched and rapidly blinked his eyes when he saw 2 doctors were standing in front of him, he blinked again and sat up on the bench

Doctor1 : Mr Jeon! *smile*

Doctor2 : Mr Hwang opened his eyes! *smile*

Jungkook blinked again, unsure if he heard that right

Jungkook : W-what? *sleepy*

Doctor1 : Yes Mr Jeon! Just a few minutes ago! He’s conscious and Breathing better--

Doctor2 : Yeah! We’ve kept the oxygen mask for support, but he’s stable now! We’ll shift him to a private room soon! *smile*

Jungkook : Really? *excited*

He didn't even wait for a second and run to ICU, The moment he reached outside the doors, his heart thudded wildly, He pushed open the door carefully, and there he was, Hwang was lying in the ICU bed, frail and pale, wrapped in bandages, with tubes running from his arms and an oxygen mask over his face but his eyes were open, when Jungkook stopped on the entrance, he slightly turned his face to him

Jungkook stepped closer, his throat was tightening, he wanted to scream in joy, wanted to cry but all he could do was press his hand to his mouth as tears pouring down uncontrollably from his eyes

Jungkook : H-hwang! *mumbled*

Hwang blinked slowly, his lips moved under the mask, but no words came out so Jungkook did what he could, he smiled through his tears, gave a thumbs up, nodded slowly as if he was saying Hwang,' You're okay! You're safe now! I promised, didn't I?'

Hwang slightly nodded back, his eyes were weak but clear, their silent exchange carried every emotion they couldn’t say aloud, a nurse walked over and turned to Jungkook

Nurse : Mr Jeon! We’ll move him to a private room within the hour! He’s doing better than we expected! *smile*

Jungkook nodded silently, still not believing the miracle in front of him, His knees finally gave in and he sank into the chair beside the bed, He smiled and took out his phone with trembling hands, scrolled quickly, and pressed Jin’s contact number

The phone rang on the other side and after two rings, Jin picked the call, Jungkook choked on a sob and looked at Hwang

Jin : What happened? Jk? *cold*

Jungkook : H-hyung! H-hwang! *sob* H-he woke up! *excited*

Tears streamed down his face again, and on the other end, Jin instantly sat up straight

Jin : W-what? *shocked* I-I mean are you serious?

Jungkook : Yes hyung! Yes! h-he's awake and h-he's safe! We didn't lose him, hyung! *excited*

He said, smiling and crying like a child, There was silence for a moment because even Jin couldn’t hold back his tears, Jungkook on the other side, turned back to look at Hwang and his hands reached out to gently place it on Hwang’s wrist

Jungkook : He's back! Hyung! *sob* Tell that minus! That his idiot survived! *Chuckled* for her! For his baby!

He tightened his grip on Hwang's wrist who closed his eyes for a moment and a tear escaped from his eyes, he wasn't in the stage to say anything but on the other side, Jin stood up from his bed, wanted to go to y/n's room but Aesha sat straightened behind him

Aesha : Jinnie! *sleepy* what happened?

Jin stopped on his place and looked back to Aesha who just woke up from the sleep

Jin : Aesha! *excited* He opened his eyes! *smile*

Aesha’s eyes widened, but before she could say anything, Jin run to her, placing his lips on hers, and kissed her impatiently, Aesha closed her eyes and Jin pulled himself back, He clutched her hand tightly for a second and pulled her into a hug as his body trembled

Jin : He's alive! Aesha! Hwang's alive! *excited*

Aesha smiled slightly and nodded through her tears, hugging him tightly, Jin broke the embrace and run toward the hallway as he wanted to give the news to others especially y/n

Jin : I'm going to tell others! *excited*

Aesha : W-what? Jinnie but it's early morning--

She didn't even complete the sentence but Jin left, he was excited to see y/n's smile but he bumped into Jhope in the corridor, Jhope trembled back and Jin grabbed his shoulders, laughing and crying all at once

Jhope : Hyung! What's going--

Jin : He’s awake! Hobi, Hwang woke up! *excited*

Jhope froze, His lips parted but no words came out, he flipped his hairs back and for a second, the house became silent again

Jhope : W-what! *shocked*

Jin : *nodded multiple times* it's true! *chuckled*

Without even realizing, Jhope stepped forward and hugged Jin tightly, burying his face into his shoulder, His tears finally flowed and he closed his eyes

Jhope : I-I knew it! Hyung! I knew it! He can't leave our baby like that! *sob*

Jin nodded and his eyes became teary again, From behind them, Rm had just walked out of his room, rubbing his neck tiredly but he paused when he saw the two embracing

Rm : What’s going on? Hyungs! All well? Why are you both crying like this early? *worried*

Jin : H-hwang! He's okay! He's awake! *smile*

Rm’s heart stopped for a moment and he looked at jhope who nodded slowlyx wiping his face by his palm

Rm : W-what? Are you serious? *smile*

Rm didn't wait for a second, stepping forward, he pulled both of them into a brotherly hug, burying himself between his hyungs’ shoulders

Rm : T-thank god! Thank god he lived! *smile*

Jin and jhope nodded and Rm broke the hug

Rm : did you inform y/n about this? *excited*

Jin : *chuckled* no actually I'm going there!

Jhope : Hyung! I'm coming with you! *smile* I want to see her smile!

Rm : me too! Hyung! She faced a lot! Now I want to see the biggest smile on her face! *smile*

Jin nodded and they three walked towards y/n's room, at that time, Y/n was still sleeping, her face was peaceful because of the influence of medicine, There was still a trace of dried tears on her skin, her hand gently curled on her stomach, protective of the life growing inside her but the thing made it even more precious was what lay on either side of her bed

Taehyung and Suga were curled up on the floor, Pillows under their heads, one blanket shared between them, They’d chosen to sleep there not just to protect her but because they didn’t trust anyone else to watch over her, They were still punishing themselves silently for letting her get kidnapped

Suga's hand rested close to her bedframe, as if even in sleep he needed to know she was there, Taehyung's brows were knitted in his dreams, murmuring her name every now and then

Suddenly the door flung open softly and the three brothers rushed in breathlessly, their eyes sparkled and shoulders were rising and falling from the run, Jin approached them first and gently shook Taehyung's shoulder

Jin : Tae! *smile* wake up!

Taehyung pushed up on his elbows and rubbed his eyes when Suga also opened his eyes, blinking as Rm sat beside him and touched his shoulder

Rm : Hyung! *smile*

Suga : What happened? Is something wrong? *sleepy*

Jhope knelt next to Y/n, whispering softly so as not to startle her

Jhope : Something’s right! Hyung! Hwang's alive! *smile*

Taehyung’s hand flew to his neck as his eyes widened and Suga sat up fully, covering his body with his shirt

Suga : He's what?? *shocked*

Taehyung : He woke up!? *excited*

Taehyung whispered as his eyes darted from one brother to another, Jin nodded with a teary smile

Jin : Jk called! He opened his eyes and he's okay! *smile*

Taehyung dropped his head, hands covering his face as sobs escaped silently, Suga leaned his forehead on the bed, letting his smile wide, They didn’t care how they looked anymore, They’d wanted him gone once but now They were crying for him, For the man who loved their sister unconditionally, The man they hurt and pushed away, The man who still chose to live for her

Jin wrapped his hands around Taehyung who hugged him back and Jhope & Rm hugged Suga, one by one , they joined the group hug and stood in a loose circle around their baby sister, not speaking loudly, just being there

There were no loud declarations, no heavy dialogues, Only shared silence, tears streaming down silently as they looked at their little sister, the girl they raised, protected, argued with, and once unknowingly hurt with their anger and choices

Jin : *smile* I-if Hwang hadn’t survived today, if he hadn’t fought back--

He stopped when his throat dried and he couldn't complete the sentence, he cleared his throat and Jhope rubbed his back who was standing next to him

Jhope : H-hyung! Hwang is strong! *smile* H-he survived for our princess! Please don't be sad!

Jin ruffled Jhope's hairs and they all looked at y/n's sleeping figure, they were smiling after this mess when suddenly Suga lowered his eyes, wiping a tear with the back of his sleeve got all of their attention

Suga : I still see his blood on my hands! *sad smile*

His eyes became teary again and Taehyung looked at his shaky hands, he took a deep breathe and put himself on Suga's shoulder

Taehyung : I-I was scared! H-hyung! *crying*

Suga's body tensed and then relaxed, He smiled and gently rested his chin on Taehyung’s shoulder, tears falling freely now from their eyes, Jin and J hope stepped closer, and their arms reaching out to join the embrace, Rm too, silent but emotionally wrecked, pulled them all into a tight, quiet group hug, their bodies trembling with a mix of relief and regret but they found a different peace in each other's arms

Taehyung : *sniffed* W-we almost lost him! Hyung! we almost lost the man our princess loves! *sad*

He slowly broke the hug and looked at y/n's sleeping figure, Rm nodded and looked at y/n

Rm : But h-he fought, Tae! and because he did, he saved all of us! *sad*

Suga : He freed us from this guilt That we couldn't protect our sister! Rm! he gave us a second chance! *smile*

Rm & Taehyung nodded happily when Y/n changed her side to them,Her eyes fluttered open and her brows furrowed when she saw the red eyes, the tear stained faces, the trembling shoulders of her brothers around her, she blinked and pushed herself up quickly

Y/n : W-what happened? W-why are you crying? *shocked* A-and hwang? Where's he? *worried*

She threw the blanket off and tried to stand up in haste, her hand clutched her stomach as her breathing turned fast but in the very next second, she was caught, Taehyung stepped forward and wrapped his arms around her securely from the side, preventing her from collapsing

Taehyung : Princess! Easy! *shocked*

Y/n : O-oppa! I-I fell asleep! *crying* I fell asleep when he was fighting for his life, I should've been there! I should've--

Taehyung : Shhh! Y/n! Calm down! *soft*

He caressed her hairs and all brothers took a step near her, Y/n looked at them with terrified eyes and held Taehyung's hand tightly

Y/n : I-is Hwang okay? Oppa! W-why were you crying? *sob*

Jhope smiled and kissed on her cheeks to get her attention

Jhope : He's fine! *soft*

Y/N blinked and looked at him, It took her a moment, Her brain caught up slower than her heart, she gulped and again looked at Taehyung

Y/n : H-he woke up? *mumbled*

Taehyung chuckled and nodded, he took y/n's hands and put him over his heart

Taehyung : He's breathing! Princess! For you! *smile*

Y/N's body fell in his arms as relief flooded through her like a crashing wave, Her legs gave up, and Taehyung held her tighter, she sobbed against his chest, trembling in his arms, behind them, the brothers watched, their hearts breaking all over again, but this time with gratitude because they still had time, they still had family

Jin : *smile* Princess! Come on! Freshen up so we can go to him!

Y/n : *excited* let's go then!

She stood up suddenly and Taehyung held her wrist tightly, y/n's smile dropped and she turned to Taehyung

Taehyung : You're pregnant! Y/nah! be careful! *Stern*

Y/n realized her mistake and nodded at him, The brothers looked both of them and shook their head as they knew Taehyung was little possessive about the pregnancy, Y/n nervously smiled and turned to bathroom as she knew the whole big lecture was coming to her

Y/n : I'm coming--

Taehyung : Princess! *stern* I'm not finished yet!

She didn't wait for his reply and shut the door behind them, Taehyung crossed his arms and Jin put his hand on Taehyung's shoulder

Jin : *chuckled* let her go! Tae! She's just happy! And she should be!

Taehyung : *annoyed* But hyung--

Suga : Stop it! Tae! Keep your possessiveness to Alice only! *annoyed*

Taehyung : *blinked* w-what? But--

Rm : *sighed* I still remember how he bothered Alice all the time when she was pregnant with Taehyan and Taewon! *annoyed*

Taehyung : What! I bothered her? *scoffed*

Jhope : *sighed* Poor Alice! I can't even imagine how she'd manage her with this man! *annoyed*

Taehyung : Hyung! *annoyed*

Jin : *chuckled* Stop it! Everyone! Go and get ready to meet that boy!

Suga : *nodded* Sure Hyung! We've a long conversation with him! *cold*

Time skip to hospital,

In Hwang's room,

Hwang was laying on the bed with crossed arms, though his body ached but his heart was calm finally at peace after a storm of pain, betrayal, and survival, his life was stable but someone was ruining his peace, He turned his head beside him and looked at the man in disbelief

Jungkook was sitting beside him, a tray of medicines and water in his lap but his hands were trembling, His eyes were red and he was struggling to hide the silent sobs that shook his shoulders, Hwang rolled his eyes and sighed

Hwang : Jk! you need to stop crying! *annoyed*

Jungkook : *sob* I thought I'd lose you! *sob* I-I thought you'll be dead and My sister--

He set the tray down and lowered his head, covering his face with his palms, Hwang looked at his state and sighed, his hand reached out his shoulder and he slightly caressed his back

Hwang : It's okay! Jk! Look I'm here! Alive! *smile* You saved me! You saved Y/n from a life of misery And You saved your niece! *chuckled*

Jungkook : Shut up! *sob*

Jungkook let out a soft laugh through his tears and sniffled, wiping his nose, Hwang smiled and slowly his smile turned into serious face

Hwang : Jk! *soft*

Jungkook : Hmm! *looked up*

Hwang : Thank you! Thank you for choosing me! For trusting me with your sister’s heart and for becoming my brother! *smile*

Jungkook froze for a second, his grip on the bedsheet tightened as he wasn't sure what he did was right or not, The murder of Mingyu was right or not but he didn't think more and leaned in, gently hugging Hwang while being careful of his wounds, Their bond, once born in conflict and tension, was now stronger than blood

Hwang caressed his back and a tear escaped from his eyes

Hwang : I'm sorry for your loss! Jk! It might be so difficult for you to take that decision! I'm sorry!

Jungkook closed his eyes and shook his head

Jungkook : Don't be sorry! Y-you gave me a second chance but he failed! *sniffed* He failed as a friend and you're not responsible for that! I ordered to kill him! Because.. I chose y/n! I chose my sister! I chose you! I chose to protect the right people, I chose my family! *sad*

Hwang : *smiled* Thanks Jk! But actually you're standing too close to me! *nervously*

Jungkook opened his eyes and realized that he's still hugging Hwang, he got embarrassed and pushed him back with a force that made him growled in pain

Hwang : arghh! *closed his eyes* what the fu*ck! Jk! *angry*

Jungkook rolled his eyes and was about to yell back when the door opened, Jungkook and Hwang looked back and saw y/n stepped in carefully, quietly clutching the handle of the door, her breath was catching in her throat as her eyes locked onto Hwang, He was awake,was alive and when he saw her, a bright smile came on his face, Her knees almost gave in when she looked at him

Y/n : H-hwang! *sob*

Hwang : *chuckled* Hey sweetheart!

And that was all it took, Y/n felt the butterflies in her stomach, she wiped her tears by her palm and run to him. across the room, past everything, past Jungkook who stood up with a small smile, stepping aside from that couple, Y/n crashed into Hwang’s arms and tears streamed down her face, sobbing against his chest, He closed his eyes to feel her hug but didn’t let her go not for a second, His arms wrapped around her tightly, like she was the oxygen he had been gasping for all this time

Y/n : Y-you scared me! *crying* Y-you left me alone! Hwang! I-I thought I lost you--

Hwang: *smile* You didn't! Sweetheart! You’ll never lose me, not now, not ever! I promised I’ll be with you, remember? *soft*

He gently caressed her hairs and y/n pulled herself back

Y/n : B-but you were dying and I wasn't there---

Hwang : you weren't with me?? Seriously? *chuckled* You were with me! in every heartbeat that told me to survive, In every breath I fought for, I held on because I had to come back to you! *smile*

Her lips trembled as she placed her hand over his, Their foreheads touched gently as they both cried silently, overwhelmed by emotions, behind them, Jungkook wiped his tears quietly as his heart feeling lighter than it had In last 2 days, He turned around, leaving the room without a word giving them the space they deserved

When Jungkook quietly left, Hwang slid his hand behind y/n's waist and gently pulled her on his chest from the chair, Y/n tried to resist and looked into his eyes

Y/n : H-hwang! Y-your wound! *worried*

Hwang : *chuckled* I can manage my sweetheart's weight! Don't worry!

Y/n smiled and closed her eyes before hugging his body more tightly, Hwang also caressed her hairs and kissed on her head when she was laying on his chest

Hwang : Sweetheart! *soft*

He whispered and Y/n looked up resting her chin on his chest, She looked like a fragile porcelain doll, broken from nights of fear, pain, and loneliness, Her cheeks were stained with tears, and even now, in front of him, she was trembling as if afraid he might vanish again, their eyes met and His heart broke at the sight of her red, swollen eyes, he gently caressed her cheeks and kissed on her forehead

Hwang : are you happy? *soft* with t-the baby I-I mean...

He softly brushed the hair away from her face, tucking them behind her ear, admiring the softness of her skin and the innocence in her gaze, She looked years younger at that moment, like the sweet girl who had once fallen in love with a mafia man without knowing he’d someday become her entire world

Hwang : are you ready for it? Sweetheart? *soft* do you want it?

She looked at him but didn’t say anything which made Hwang nervous more than before

Hwang : L-look if you're not ready then--

Y/n : I'm so happy! Hwang! *smile*

She nodded her head slowly and Hwang gave a small smile, pulling her closer, he wrapped an arm protectively around her waist as she leaned into him, finally letting out the emotions she felt

Hwang : You’re going to be an amazing mother! Sweetheart! *smile* but mom needs to be strong, our baby will grow inside you and I want her to feel happiness, not fear! So be happy, okay? *excited*

Y/n didn't answer and looked into Hwang's eyes with tears

Y/n : Then don't leave me again! *sniffed* I-I can fight anything Hwang! But not the thought of losing you! *sad*

Hwang smiled and cupped her face in both hands, pulling her forehead to his

Hwang : Never! *smile* sweetheart! You and this little angel are my whole world now! I don't care anything but you two! *soft*

He placed his palm gently on her belly, and a tear escaped the corner of his eye not from pain, but overwhelming love, He pulled her into a soft kiss, She kissed him back, clinging to his hospital shirt as if to assure herself he was really there

After a long passionate kiss, she rested her head on his chest and Hwang wrapped his arms protectively around her, he kept wiping away her tears, whispering gentle things, cherishing the tiny life growing inside her and the innocent soul who’d stolen his heart the day she smiled at him for the first time

Y/N was curled up beside Hwang on the hospital bed and Hwang played with her hair, admiring her every second like she was the most precious treasure, Just as their emotional moment was beginning to shift into something softer and more romantic, a series of soft knocks on the door disturbed them

Before Hwang could even react, y/n slowly got up from his bed and sat on the chair, the door opened and one by one Y/n's every brothers stepped inside followed by Jungkook and Jimin

Jimin : Sorry to interrupt but your moment won’t end in a lifetime anyway, so we thought we’d cut this episode short! *winked*

Hwang blinked, sitting up a little and Y/n looked at them in confusion, Jin turned to Y/N with a gentle smile and caressed her hairs

Jin : Princess! Hwang’s mom has been asking for you, She needs to talk! *smile*

Hwang confusingly looked at her brothers and grabbed y/n's wrist when she was about to leave

Hwang : Hyung! *nervously* My mom can wait! Sweetheart! Please don't go--

Y/n : But hwang! I didn't even meet her since yesterday! *pout*

Jin : Yes! Mr Romeo! We’ll give you back your Juliet in a while! Okay? *sarcastic*

Hwang frowned and gulped, his grip tightened on y/n wrist and he shook his head

Hwang : N-no! She will talk later--

Jin : Nope! Your mom needs her now, and trust me, when mothers call, we don’t delay! *sarcastic smile*

Jin replied instantly, patting his shoulder with mock sympathy, He forcefully removed his hand from y/n's wrist and Y/N looked between them all, feeling awkward, but eventually nodded

Y/n : It’s okay, Hwang! I’ll be back in a few minutes!

Taehyung : Good decision! Baby! Now go and take time as much as you want! *smile*

He wrapped his one hand around her shoulder and dropped her at the door, Hwang gulped and shook his head, watching her step out of the room as the brothers closed the door behind her

Hwang : W-what? No, don't leave me with these--

Before he could complete the sentence, every brother turned in synchrony to face him, Like mafia bosses gathering for a family meeting, Only this time, it was personal, Hwang, sensing the vibe, let out a dry laugh and immediately laid back, pulling his blanket over himself

Hwang : O-oh no! I forgot I'm injured! I need rest! Good night everyone! *nervously*

He closed his eyes but Jimin, being the mischievous menace he is, walked straight over and yanked the blanket off

Jimin : Nice try to avoid us! Hwang! Oscar winning act! Wow! *sarcastic*

Hwang : act? *nervously* Hyung! I'm seriously injured!

Jimin : sit up! Come on! *cold*

He glared at Hwang who sat up slowly, scratching the back of his neck and laughing nervously at them

Hwang : S-so how's going? Where are noona? Aren't they worried for me! *pout*

Suga : Stop this drama before I throw my hands on you! *cold*

Hwang : *coughed hard* I-I was just  breaking the ice--

Taehyung : You know, we were this close to breaking your bones when we found out about your relationship with our sister! *cold*

He walked forward, moving his face near Hwang's face who closed his eyes and covered his face

Hwang : Y-yeah sorry! Sorry! Leave me! *scared*

Taehyung grabbed his chin and made him forcefully looked into his eyes

Taehyung : By the way there’s something we need to talk about! *cold*

Hwang : T-talk? *gulped*

Jin nodded and stepped closer to his bed with arms folded like a disappointed father

Jin : Yes! talk! Talk about y/n! *cold*

Hwang : Y/n? *confused* what about her--

Before he could even come up with a diplomatic question, Suga stepped forward, looking deadpan serious made Hwang curled back on his bed

Hwang : *gulped* H-hyung! You're scaring me--

Suga : Your marriage isn’t even a month old and you already made her pregnant! *cold*

Hwang's eyes widened and he looked around helplessly, trying to find an emergency exit in a room with zero escape routes when Taehyung suddenly put a dramatic hand on Hwang’s shoulder, leaning in slowly like a soap opera villain

Taehyung : are you a monster or what? Did we marry our sister off to a pervert? Huh? *angry*

Hwang : *gasped* W-what? Taehyung hyung! N-no! What are you saying? I'm very respectful husband! I-it's j-just...*pout*

He scratched his back, finding words to explain his brother in laws when Jhope crossed his arms and stepped forward to him like a high school principal

Jhope : You know, Jiah and I dated for ten years! TEN! And after marriage, we still took THREE years just to plan our Ji-hye! *angry*

He moved his face near his Face and narrowed his eyes

Jhope : and you! You just...*angry*

Before he could complete the sentence, Rm stepped in with his commanding Aura for his sister

Rm : Do you even realize what she’ll go through? Huh? The pain, the risks, the sacrifices? Did you even think once before putting that responsibility on her so soon? *angry*

Hwang : H-hyung! L-look! *gulped*  okay! I'm sorry! But that wasn't planned! I-I didn't think much! I-I was in love, we were in love and hormones--

Taehyung : Shut up! Just shut up I said! You're clarifying this infront of her brothers? Huh? Do you even realize what could be consequences? Hwang? *angry*

Hwang : *widened his eyes* N-no! No! I mean I-I know I did mistake! Hyung! *pout* but...I’m already in a hospital bed with broken ribs and stitches! Why would you want to increase my stay here by beating me again? *puppy eyes*

Taehyung looked at him and slowly removed his hands from his collar, all brothers took step back and Hwang sighed

Taehyung : you're lucky you're in bandages! *cold*

Jimin : Or we would've arranged your second honeymoon in the ICU! *cold*

Hwang : *nodded multiple times* yes! Thank god I'm on hospital bed! *nervously*

Hwang scratched his back nervously but Taehyung wasn’t done yet, he wanted to Punch him but Rm & Jhope held his hands and Hwang gulped

Taehyung : Leave me hyung! I want to kill him! *angry* I told him! I told him clearly! Don’t do anything to her for at least a few months! Let her settle! Let her adjust!

He turned with a glare and Hwang flinched, holding the blanket closer  with a pout

Taehyung : But no! You had to go full Romeo on steroids mode, huh? Do you wanna die? Hwang? *angry*

Hwang : *gulped* Taehyung hyung! I'm already near death! Give me a break! *annoyed*

Taehyung : SHUT UP! *angry*

Hwang flinched and looked down, Taehyung pushed Rm & Jhope aside and walked closer, pointing a finger toward Hwang’s forehead

Taehyung : You know what! How much I'm dominating in my relationship but still I gave her 2 months to adjust herself and you--

Hwang : But hyung! your sister is too cute! How could I handle myself! *annoyed*

Hwang pouted like a kicked puppy and the room went silent for a second, Jimin, Jhope, and Rm all looked at Taehyung with wide eyes and Jin tried not to laugh, Taehyung blinked at him and then dramatically rolled his eyes like a dad dealing with a rebellious teenager

Taehyung : Control your emotions! *angry*

Suga : *rolled his eyes* Oh god! He's 2nd Taehyung!

Taehyung & Hwang : WHAT? *shocked*

Taehyung : W-what do you mean? Hyung? *embarrassed*

Hwang : yaah! how can you compare Taehyung hyung with me? *annoyed* we've no match! I'm far better--

Before he could complete the sentence, Taehyung turned his glare to him and he nervously smiled

Hwang : I-I mean y-you're far better than me! I'm nothing infront of you! *nervously*

Taehyung : Be in your limits! Hwang! *angry*

Hwang : *pout* Okay!

He looked down when Taehyung was still glaring at him, Jimin who had been observing quietly, squinted at Jungkook who was silent all the time

Jimin : Jk! What happened? Why are you so quite? *confused*

All eyes turned to the youngest, who had been standing near the window, resting hands in his pockets, He looked startled at the attention and stood straight

Jungkook : H-huh? Me? *blinked*

Jimin : *nodded* You’re the most protective about Y/n! Jk! Why haven’t you said anything? Are you even happy with this news?

Suga : is anything serious? Jk? *cold*

Jungkook shook his head and came to them

Jungkook : No hyung! It's not like I'm happy about what he did with y/n! Not at all but.. *looked down* but last night, when the doctor said Hwang might not make it! *gasped* I froze, All I could think about was Y/n, She’s just a kid, still learning how to be a wife and now she's going to be a mom! *sad*

He glanced at Hwang, who was biting his lip as guilt washing over his face and Jungkook sighed heavily

Jungkook : If Hwang died.. how would she handle all this? Who would be with her when she wakes up at 3am crying in pain? Who would hold her hand in the delivery room? Who would love her more than her own brothers do? Hyung? *sad* I’ve never felt this scared before, For her.. for that baby! *looked up to Hwang* I hated him for what he did but last night I was praying he’d live, Just for her, just for my minus! *sad smile*

The brothers were stunned into silence, Jin blinked hard, J-Hope’s lips parted, trying to say something but failing,Even Taehyung lowered his gaze, the anger from earlier now washed away by the weight of Jungkook’s words, Hwang’s eyes welled up and the guilt thick in his throat. he grabbed Jungkook's hands and smiled

Hwang : J-jk! *smile* Bro! I promise I'll never let her feel alone! Ever!

Silence fell after Hwang's words and the brothers exchanged a look except Jungkook who was still stunned by hwang who was holding his hand

Jin's arm was squishing Jhope’s face, Rm was resting his hand on Taehyung's back who had one leg up on the bed for no reason, and Jimin was somehow under Suga’s armpit but it was a hug, they were smiling until Jungkook pulled his hand back and suddenly smacked the back of Hwang’s head, not hard, but enough for Hwang to let out a dramatic yelp

Hwang : arghh! *in pain* what was that for? *annoyed*

Hwang pouted, clutching the back of his head and Jungkook rested his hands in his pockets, still not looking at him directly, but his words made it clear

Jungkook : *cleared his throat* T-then be there! F-for her, For the baby and don’t make us regret giving our sister to you! Understand? *annoyed*

Hwang rolled his eyes and instantly turned to the biggest hyung in the room with betrayed puppy eyes

Hwang : Hyung! Did you see that?! Jk hit me on the head! I’m an injured patient! Your ONLY BROTHER IN LAW! And this is violence! I want justice! *annoyed*

Jin : *chuckled* Jk! Don't hit him! He's Injured! *smile*

Hwang : Yes! look Jin hyung is on my side! *proudly* he cares for me, He--

Jin : But if you touch my princess again without protection, I’ll hit you harder than that, understand? *cold*

Hwang : *nodded and gulped* U-understood! N-noted! Thank you! *nervously*

They smiled and Jimin flopped onto a chair nearby which got everyone's attention

Jimin : Okay! but seriously We’re gonna be uncles, guys! *excited*

Suga tapped on his shoulder and smiled, rubbing his own forehead

Suga : God help that child with eight dads and seven chaotic uncles! *chuckled*

Jhope : *excited* I’m gonna teach her how to dance as soon as she learns how to walk! She’ll be a star by the time she’s three! *proudly*

Taehyung : And I’ll teach her how to pout and get what she wants with just one blink! *smirk*

Jimin : That's what you did all the time when we were kids! *rolled his eyes*

Taehyung : But it works! *laughed*

Rm : We’ll all spoil her rotten, I'm telling you! *excited* what could be the best university for her? MIT or Harvard, nothing less! *proudly*

Jimin rested his hands behind his head and leaned forward in mischief

Jimin : No offense, but I hope she’s just like our baby sis! All cute, shy, and not like Hwang at all! *annoyed*

Hwang : *disbelief* Oh excuse me? I would be her dad--

Suga : So what? We'll make sure that she only gets Y/n's genes--

Hwang : W-what? *disbelief* how can you even do that? Are you crazy? Hyung! *scoffed* do whatever you want to do but my princess will be smart and cool like her dad--

Jungkook : Yeah, and emotionally unstable like her dad too! *rolled his eyes*

Hwang looked around and rolled his eyes, crossing his arms on his chest

Hwang : Why is no one appreciating me?! *annoyed* I’m the father! The source of the baby?

Taehyung : *scoffed* Okay, that sounded weird! Never say that again! *annoyed*

He smacked on Hwang's head and Hwang looked at Jin in disbelief

Hwang : Hyung! *whined*

Jin : Tae! Why are you all hurting him? Stop it--

Hwang : Yes please! Behave! What would my daughter think? That her dad has no respect in front of her uncles--

Taehyung : It's true though! *smirk*

Hwang : Hyung! *whined*

They all burst into laughter again And Hwang folded his arms, feigning offense, but a soft smile tugged at his lips when he imagined his little princess in his hands

Hwang : Still I can’t wait to hold her! To see her little hands..her tiny feet! *excited* arghhh! I've to wait for 9 months! *pout*

Jin : *nodded* She’s going to be our everything! *smile*

Suga : Hyung! She already is! Even before she’s born! *smile*

Hwang : Hyung! My thoughts are okay because I'll be the dad but why do you think that our baby would be a girl? *confused*

Jungkook : *scoffed* because we can't afford your second version, a total chaos! *rolled his eyes*

Jimin : *Chuckled* that's true! I can't even imagine Junior Hwang! *laughed*

Hwang : *rolled his eyes* yeah yeah! But you don't even need to imagine because I'll be the girl dad! One hundred percent! *proudly*

Taehyung : *scoffed* that's what I thought too! *smile*

That one sentence dropped like a bomb and Taehyung leaned back on his chair, Hwang confusingly looked at him and tilted his head

Hwang : W-what do you mean? *confused*

Taehyung :  When Alice was pregnant with Taehyan and Taewon, I knew I mean..I knew in my bones that I was having my girls, I already picked out names, bought princess theme blankets, Even practiced those tiny braids with a ribbon but what happened? *scoffed* Those two crackheads and also with totally different personalities--

Jimin : *laughed* They don't have different personality! Tae! They're just like you, do you remember when we were in school, you were a cry baby just like Taewon but when you entered in mafia, you became fearless just like your Taehyan! *chuckled* you should be happy, you don't need to worry about Taehyan's future! *laughed* he'll be a mafia for sure--

Taehyung : *rolled his eyes* Damn sure!

Jin : Okay Jokes apart but I got the same girl dad feeling when Aesha was pregnant! *smile* but it turned out Jihun!

Hwang : W-what? No no no! That can't happen to me! I-I have girl dad vibes and I usually wear pink hoodies and I know how to braids--

Jimin : But what if you're blessed with a boy? *smirk*

Hwang's confidence began to crumble and he shook his head

Hwang : it's not like I'd have a problem with a boy but I can't handle a tiny version of me running around! *nervously*

Jungkook : Look I told you! *laughed*

Jimin : *rolled his eyes* he can't even see himself! Oh god!

Taehyung : That's why I'm telling you! second version of Y/n but tinier and more dramatic! *chuckled*

Jin smiled and leaned against the wall, crossing his arms, watching the whole scene with soft eyes

Jin : We’ll protect her, Just like we always protected Y/n! *smile*

Hwang : And I’ll protect both of my girls! *proudly*

Taehyung : *scoffed* You should protect yourself first! Why do you always end up on hospital bed?

He rolled his eyes and looked at Jungkook who was smiling at Hwang, Taehyung suddenly remembered about Kwisha and he narrowed his eyes

Taehyung : Kook!? Did anything happen between you and Kwisha!? We had seen her crying last night! *confused*

Jimin : Oh! Yes! She was crying last night and when we asked her, she left without an answer, what happened? *confused*

The atmosphere changed like someone flipped a switch, Jungkook’s smile instantly disappeared, His shoulders tightened, His eyes dropped to the floor

Jungkook : U-umm h-hyung! *looked down*

He stopped in mid sentence and everyone looked at him, Jin raised an eyebrow, Suga sat up straighter, Taehyung’s eyes were waiting for an answer and  Hwang tilted his head like a confused puppy

Suga : Jk? *cold* what happened?

Jin : Jk! Did you scold kwisha for no reason? Huh? I know you were worried for hwang yesterday but--

Jungkook : No hyung! I didn't say anything! Infact I...

He stopped mid sentence again and looked down which made the atmosphere tensed again

Jin : Jk! Why are you hesitating? You can tell us if you both are upset with each other--

Jungkook : No hyung! That's not the matter--

Jhope : then what happened? Jk? *confused*

Rm : Jk! If she was crying then you must did something wrong! *stern*

Jhope : Namjoon! Please! He's already not saying anything and you're scaring him more--

Rm : but hyung--

Jhope : Jk! Tell them if you didn't do anything wrong! *annoyed*

Jungkook didn't answer but took a deep breath, closed his eyes and finally, in a low voice, he decided to say

Jungkook : H-hyung! *looked down* S-she's pregnant! *tightly closed his eyes*

The air got sucked out of the room, No one moved, no one blinked , even Hwang, who was in a dramatic pillow hugging position, froze mid hug and widened his eyes,Rm’s jaw dropped, Jimin choked on air, Taehyung blinked, Jin looked like he saw a ghost and Jhope stumbled on his feet

Jungkook didn't even dare to look up and the brothers slowly stood up from their places just as Jungkook was expecting a collective scolding or maybe a slap from Jin, suddenly a laugh echoed through the room and It was none other than Hwang, now rolling on the hospital bed, holding his stomach, despite all warnings to not move, brothers looked at him and Jungkook also looked up

Hwang : O-oh my! *laughed* oh my god! Really? *laughed* Jk? And father? *laughed*

Jungkook : *gritted his teeth* Hwang! Behave! *angry*

Hwang : *chuckled* I'll behave when you learn to behave with your girlfriend! *laughed* Papa Jeon! *laughed*

Jungkook : Shut up! Hwang! *angry*

Jin : You shut up! Jk! *angry*

Jungkook stopped glaring at Hwang and immediately looked down, Jin took a step forward and Jungkook tightly closed his eyes ready to feel the slap on his cheek, Hwang stopped laughing but Jin hugged Jungkook with a smile

Jin : Congratulations! Kookie! *excited*

Hwang widened his eyes in disbelief and Jungkook slowly opened his eyes

Jungkook : H-huh? Hyung? Aren't you angry on me--

Jin : No way! You’re gonna be a dad! That’s huge! Jk! *smile*

Suga : Our golden maknae grew up so fast! *smile*

He ruffled Jungkook's hairs and Jungkook looked at them in shock

Jungkook : H-hyung! You're acting right? I'm sorry--

Rm : Why are you being sorry? Kook! You're gonna be parents! *smile* we're so happy for you!

Jhope : Yes! The baby is gonna be so pretty with your & Kwisha's genes! *chuckled*

Jimin : Looks like you’re catching up to Hwang real fast! *laughed*

Jungkook : W-what? *confused*

Before Jungkook could react, Taehyung gave him a quick brother hug

Taehyung : When will you grow this much? Bunny! *smile* congratulations!

One by one, They all chimed in with pats on his back back, nods of approval, and wide smiles, Jungkook smiled when his brothers accepted him, when suddenly the sound of someone clearing their throat dramatically filled the room

Hwang : EXCUSE ME? *disbelief*

Hwang was sitting upright on the hospital bed, his smile gone and he crossed his arms with his deadly serious expression, he slowly raised one finger and pointed at the entire group like a dramatic judge in a K drama

Hwang : When you got to know that y/n is pregnant, you guys were ready to throw me into a volcano! You gave me lectures, threats, near death stares, and emotional damage! *angry* Taehyung hyung called me a monster and When it was about Jk and Kwisha, you guys happily congratulate him! *annoyed* why? They don't even get married!

The brothers chuckled, avoiding eye contact but Jin finally gave up and looked at Hwang

Jin : it's not like that! Hwang! Our Jk is so calmc Mature and responsible boy--

Hwang : What? Jk? *scoffed* He cries more than Y/n! Mature?! Really! *angry*

Taehyung : Atleast he didn’t end up in the hospital the day after knocking someone up! *rolled his eyes*

Hwang : WHAT SO EVER! but he got congratulations and I got threats! *whined* I'll complain to Y/n!

Jimin : He's going to be a father! *scoffed* Grow up Hwang! *annoyed*

Hwang : But he--

Taehyung : Jk? What happened? Why are you so quite? Aren't you happy that you're going to be a dad? *confused*

They stopped talking and turned to Jungkook again, this time more serious, Jungkook hesitated, his fingers started fumbling nervously before he finally decided to explain to his brothers

Jungkook : H-hyung! W-when Kwisha came to comfort me last night... I didn’t even hug her! *looked down* I was so frustrated, scared, overwhelmed that I didn’t even smile at her, I didn’t say, ‘Yes, I want this baby', I just sat there like a cold idiot! *annoyed*

He ran his hand through his hair and Jin held his shoulders to get his attention

Jin : what do you mean? *confused*

Jungkook : H-hyung! I-I was scared that I didn't smile on our good news, she must be hurt---

Jin : what? *shocked* Jk! That girl has only you in her life, Just you! And you... you didn’t even care how she felt! *worried*

Jungkook : *shook his head* No hyung, I was--

Rm : Kwisha isn’t someone who does emotional blackmail or fake tears! Jk! If she cried... she was in pain! Real pain! And you weren’t there when she needed you, kook! That’s not okay! *worried*

Jhope : Are you serious, kook? Did we teach you this kind of emotional negligence! Huh? *annoyed*

Jungkook swallowed hard, his eyes were looking down, guilt visibly crawling over his face but instead of saying sorry, his gaze snapped over to Hwang

Jungkook : I was already messed up with fear! Hyung! Hwang was on a hospital bed, Y/n was crying, and I.. I couldn’t think straight! I was scared for both of them! *annoyed*

Hwang shrugged carelessly from his bed, munching on a banana

Hwang : You can’t blame me for your mistakes! I didn’t know you’d copy me! *scoffed*

Jungkook scoffed and fired back, almost immediately, shamelessly infront of his brothers

Jungkook : Excuse me?! We had our make out before your marriage! So technically, you copied me! *annoyed*

He hadn’t even finished the sentence when Jin’s hand made full contact with the back of his head

Jin : You’re not even married yet! Stop normalizing this like it’s a playground rule! *angry*

Jungkook : H-hyung! It hurts--

Jin : LET IT BE! *angry* and now go! Apologize to Kwisha! Comfort her, Hug her, Kiss her, Tell her you’re ready to be a father! We don't know how she's suffering right now and if I find out she’s crying again tonight, I swear Jk, you’ll be the one in the hospital bed! *angry*

Rm : Yes! so go and apologize, tell her that you're ready! *stern*

Taehyung : *nodded* Hyung is right! Jk! Seriously though, go! She needs you!

Jungkook didn’t argue further and nodded quickly, Without wasting another second, he turned and rushed out of the room like a man on a mission and the brothers watched him leave

Taehyung : *sighed* Mini Jk? Oh god! *closed his eyes*

Jimin : *gulped* Or Mini Kwisha? Oh fu*ck! *shocked*
