The Real White Angel

08:09, 28 August 2014

The two  blue tails reminded you of   warmth  and  love.  For  some  reason,  they  filled  you  with  hope.  Not  the  kind  of  "hope  you  get  what  you  want  for  your  birthday."  But  the  kind  of  hope  that  makes  your  heart  stop  for  a  moment  when  you  see  that  person.  Suddenly,  a  bunch  of  pictures  flooded  into  your  mind.  Michael  showing  you where  you'd  be  staying  for  the  next  few  months.  Him  taking  you  to  dinner  for  the  first  time.  Oresa  Park.  His  eyes.  Mostly  green.  His  smile.  His  wings.  Lastly,  his  tattoo  of the  sparrow  with  the  blue  tail.

You woke up immediately and realized you were wrong. Your white angel wasn't Skylar. It was Michael.

You pounded on Luke's door and Calum answered yawning. You were taken aback because you haven't seen Calum in days. "Y/N? What are you doing here at four in the morning?" He growled. You rolled your eyes. "Just wake up Michael would you?" His eyes flashed the red orange and slammed the door in your face. You stood there for a moment before Michael opened the door while pulling on a black v-neck. "What's wrong Y/N? Did Skylar hurt you or ask you to do something you didn't want to do?" He spoke quickly and inspected your body for wounds. You slapped his hands away. "No Skylar didn't do anything to me! What's wrong with you?" He took a breath of relief and relaxed. "Nothing I'm sorry. What do you need?" You took a moment to take in his presence and smile. It felt right. He was the one you've been looking for all along. "Michael? Um can we take a walk?" You asked fumbling with your hands. He was silent and he went back inside the room and closed the door. You were shocked and a bit hurt. You were about to go to Oresa Park alone, when the door opened again and he pulled on a jacket and handed you one of his sweaters. He smiled and his eyes turned green. "It's cold outside. I suggest you wear that so you don't get sick."

The air was cold and clear. It was still dark outside but it wouldn't be for long. Michael led you around a pile of glass and took your hand. The first time he's ever held it. You both felt the electricity and Michael tightened his grip. You glanced at your hands and his tattoo glowed.

The fountain looked the same and flowed beautifully. The leaves  on the trees seemed to rustle just for you and Michael. You pulled Michael to the fountain and sat down on the edge, your hands still intertwined. He looked at you with his vibrant green eyes. "What's going on Y/N? Are you Ok?" You nodded and bit your lip. "Yeah I'm good. I have something really important to tell you. And you have to promise you won't freak out." He raised his eyebrows and urged you to go on. You took a deep breath and held up his hand. "You're the white angel Michael. Last night I had a dream and I noticed something I never paid attention to. Your sparrow tattoo. With the blue tail and everything. I don't know how I missed it, but I understand now. It was never Skylar. It's you." He withdrew his hand and coughed. "Th-That can't be possible. I'm a darkie! I don't have those precious white wings or blue hair! This has to be a mistake. I'm not your angel Y/N." He ran his hand threw his hair and stood up and his wings spread. He faced you and held his arms out. "This is who I am Y/N. I will never be the guy in your dreams. I'll never be the one that gets to hold you in my arms. Or kiss you and make you feel loved. I'm not good enough for you. And I'm never going to be the white angel." His eyes glowed aqua. His wings folded and he looked at the ground breathing heavily. You stood up and walked towards the angel. You put your hands on both sides of his face and made him look at you. "You're the one in my dreams. I know it. I feel it. And when I look back into my dreams, I recognize you. It took me this long to realize it's you. And when you took my hand, I know you felt the shock too. I know you don't have white wings or blue hair, but you know what? That doesn't matter to me. What matters is that you'll always be on my side. You'll help me figure out what to do. And you'd protect me. The color of your wings has nothing to do with it. And when your eyes turn green, it takes me back to my dreams. Michael, you are my angel. And I...... I have feelings for you. I always have."

He stared into your eyes with his green ones and pulled you close and smashed his lips to yours. His hands wrapped around your waist so tight like he never wanted to let you go. You let your emotions out and kissed him fiercely and clasped your hands around his neck. You didn't notice but it began raining and you were both getting soaked and didn't care. When you finally pulled away to breathe, Michael placed his lips to your forehead. His hair was wet and falling in his face, making his eyes even greener in the rain. The black v-neck clung to his chest and the rain drops rolled of his wings. He looked beautiful. He put his hand on your cheek and looked in your eyes. "I hope that proves how I feel about you." He murmured. You smiled and hugged his waist. "My dark angel."

Around seven o'clock, you found your way back to the castle, holding hands and giggling at your conversation. You forgot but Michael always made you feel happy and important. He made your heart race. Everything about him filled your lungs with air. How come it took you so long to find him? Why couldn't you see it until now? You were too busy trying to find the perfect angel when he was right beside you. "Penny for your thoughts?" He asked squeezing your hand. You smiled and leaned against him. "I was just thinking about how you were my angel in disguise." (Get it? xD) He grinned and kissed your temple. "Well you were mine Y/N."

Luke was excited to hear the news that you had found the white angel. He was a little surprised to find out that it was Michael, but he was happy nonetheless. He also took notice to the way you and Michael were acting around each other. In a way, he knew you'd two end up telling each other your feelings. Come on! He already knew of course. Luke has always been so wonderful to you. He's your best friend. He put his arm around you and smiled. "I'm glad you found him Y/N. If you ever need help with any more dreams, you can always come talk to me. And if Michael gives you any grief, I'll straighten him out for you." He said with a smirk. Michael nudged Luke out of the way and linked his pinky with yours. "Yeah I don't think so Luke." He chuckled. Luke shrugged and winked at you before his eyes turned silver. He stopped smiling. "Guys I'm going back to my room for a bit. My allergies are acting up. I-I'll meet you later." He started coughing and he sprinted back to his room. You looked at Michael with a concerned look. His eyes were black. "C'mon Y/N. Let's go get some breakfast."

You both ordered Belgian waffles and hot chocolate. This time the tables were covered with white tablecloths and red roses in the vases. And specific to your table, black and violet ribbons tied around the candles and stems of the roses. You raised an eyebrow and smirked at Michael. "I'm guessing you had something to do with this?"  You asked. He smiled and took a sip of his hot chocolate. "I was going to take you to breakfast anyways. So I talked to Alessa about the colors." As if on cue, Alessa showed up with a small box. "Sorry to interrupt, but this came for Y/N. It basically appeared out of nowhere." She handed you the box and left you two alone. You glanced at Michael before opening the black and gold box. Inside was small palladium dagger with red stones on the end of the handle and a folded piece of paper. You opened it.

"Ms. Y/L/N.  I  have  warned  you  several  times  already.  This  is  your  last  chance. The  dagger  is  for  Michael,  to  remind  him  of  weakness  and  that  he'll  never  be  strong  enough  to  challenge  me.  This  note  is  for  you.  Be  aware.  No  angel  can  save  you.  I  am  coming."  -A
