Chapter Three

TIN'S POV

I went home with a coffee stained shirt

Tin: "jesus he's so clumsy, he ruined my favorite shirt. It doesn't matter i'm gonna confront him tomorrow eithier way"

Tin: "but...looking back at it he looked pretty funny, freaking out like that, he looked sort of innocent" 'wait no, why am I even thinking about him? He doesn't mean anything to me'

I went to bed and decided to go up to him tomorrow

Next day

I went to class and waited for pete to get there

Pete: "hey tin" I loked at him but said nothing

After a couple minutes of silence I decided to ask him about can

Tin: "so........" he looked at me

Pete: "yes?"

Tin: "do you know where I could find that boy??"

Pete: "who?" I hesitated to say it thinking whether it was a good idea or not

Tin: "can"

Pete: "uh well i'm not really sure, he spends most of his time playing with his teammates in the field, so I think you should go there after school"

Tin: "alright, thank you"

3 hours later

After classes were finally done, I went to the other side of the school to find him

As soon as I walked into the field I could see can playing with the other thai program kids

Ae: "Wait! What are you doing here?" he ran behind me and stopped infront of me

Tin: "Move, I don't have any buisness with you"

Ae: "yes, you do"

Ae: "you're always trying to pressure pete into dating you and it's annoying"

Tin: "what, is it my fault that I'm better looking, I have more money and I own more things than a beggar like you?" I could see he was angry but I didn't care

Tin: "now, move" I pushed past him and went to find can

Ae: "You f*cker! You're lucky that an emergency came up, if not I would have beat your ass!" with that he started walking away

I walked to the field and went near can

Tin: "hey"

Can: "what do you want??" he asked, clearly agitated

Tin: "don't you remember? You owe me" he looked confused

Can: "I don't owe you anything so leave"

Tin: "then who was the guy that spilled $3 coffee on my $4,000 versace shirt?"

Can: "oh...right......"

Tin: "so? How are you gonna pay me?" I could see him grow uneasy

Tin: "I have an idea" he looked up at me as I headed closer

Can: "what?"

Tin: "you could.....satisfy me" I whispered into his earCan: "What the fu-" before can could finish someone landed a punch in my face

???: "you better lay the f*ck off right now, I don't care that you're a millionare and have all this money, that doesn't allow you to treat other people like sh*t" I looked up with a bloody nose

Can: "Techno...."

Techno: "let's go, and you, you better be lucky and pray that I don't see you hanging around him" can looked back at me then walked to the locked room with all his members

Can's POV

We made it into the locker rooms after Tin said that to me

Techno: "who the hell does he think he is? Seriously."

Teammate: "how did you even get involved with someone as powerful as him?"

Can: "I don't know, we just bumped into eachother and fell"

Teammate 2: "Ooooo, like the romance dramas"

Techno: "shut up and go get changed" techno said playfully

Techno: "sheesh but really, if you ever need help with him give me a call."

Can: "alright."

At home

I went home earlier than usual and suddenly thought about what happened earlier that day

Can: "seriously, what the hell was that??" I remembered what I felt at that moment

It was strange, I was pissed off by him saying such a thing but I felt my ears get hot and I could feel my heart beating through my chest, It was almost scary because that had never happened before

Can: "ugh whatever, I should forget about it, I probably won't even see him again"

Tin's POV

I felt stinging from how hard that dude punched me

I looked in my car's mirror and saw a little cut along with my bloody nose

I got home and saw my brother 'great, just what I needed'

Tin's Brother: "Oh! What happened there? Are you okay?" he said sarcastically

Tin: "mind your own goddamn buisness, I know you've never liked me or cared about me so why should you now?"

Tin's Brother: "because I love my little brother!" he said it as if he was amused but I ignored him

I went to my room and locked the door

Tin: "they better watch their backs, I'm not forgiving them this time"

I procceded to clean my wound and put some ointment over it

I just thought 'why would that kid help someone like can? He's so annoying"

After doing some school work I went to bed

~2 weeks later~

Can's POV

I haven't seen that IC kid in awhile, I honestly still felt bad because I did ruin his shirt so I decided to talk to him the next time I saw him

Afterschool

I took the bus home and as soon as I got there I overheard my parents talking

Can's mom: "why did they fire you? I'm sure there was a mistake, there has to be, you've been working so hard for so many years at that company"

Can's dad: "I know but the thing I don't get it that the manager of the medthanan company directly fired me not the manager of the branch I work at"

Can's mom: "*sigh* what are we gonna do about our kids and the bills?"

Can's dad: "I dont know but I promise we'll find a way"

I didn't want them to know I heard their conversation so I went to a nearby convinience store

I got instant ramen and started eating to help me take my mind off all the stress I had

???: "oh hey! You're that kid!"

I heard someone yelling behind me as I sat down

I set down my ramen and looked back to see who it was, it was a kid that looked older than me and handsome, really, really handsome but I had never seen him before

???: "you're can right?"

Can: "my answer depends on what it is that you have to tell me" I looked at him suspisiously

???: "haha, my name is Mark" mark? Iv'e never heard someone named mark since that seemed like a foreigner's name not a thai one

Can: "mark?"

Mark: "yeah!" this guy radiated some type of energy, similar to me, so I guessed he was fine to talk to

Can: "oh, well....what do you need from me?"

Mark: "so you are can?" I nodded

Mark: "aww awesome! I've seen you during the soccer plays"

Can: "really?" it made me happy that atleast someone acknowledged my effort unlike techno T^T

Mark: "yes, especially the one where our school played against thammasat"

Can: "thanks, how come i've never seen you around?"

Mark: "i've been living in the U.S. for most of my life but I recently moved back to thailand"

Can: "ohh what grade are you in? I'm a sophomore"

Mark: "I'm a junior" it shocked me because he looked like a graduate, he didn't look old, he just looked mature

Can: "woah"

Mark: "Yeah, I usually get that reaction" he laughed 

Just as he laughed my phone buzzed, it was a text from lay, 'can come to the house mom said she has to tell us something'

Can: "hey sorry but I should get going"

Mark: "aww, that's okay I guess I'll see you soon"

Can: "yeah, see ya around." I started walking away and headed towards my house
