Chapter Two

Can's POV

It was afterschool and me and Ae were helping put some of pete's stuff in his car

Pete: "thanks for helping me carry this to my car"

Ae: "it's fine, i'd do anything for my beautiful wife~" he said as pete blushed and gave him a quick peck

Can: "blehh" I said as we walked towards pete's car

Ae: "you should get a someone too can, you're pretty cute so a lot of guys and girls would want you if you were open" he said as he chuckled

Can: "no way! Food is all I need in my life, I don't need anything else" I said

??: "no wonder you look so lonely" we heard a voice and looked back

'Really? This jerk again --_--" I thought and sighed

Pete: "tin please don't start again" pete said but tin ignored him

Can: "who the fu*k do you think you're talking to" he looked around

Tin: "hmm I don't know you tell me, who's the idiot i'm looking at right now??"

Ae: "you asshole, get out of here before I break that pretty little expensive face of yours"

Tin: "if you even try to touch me you'll be dealing with my lawers, so go ahead" he said with a smirk on his face

Tin: "and by the looks of it, you won't even be able to afford a lawer"

Pete: "tin....please just go" he scoffed

Tin: "why do you even defend these rats? All they want is you money, as soon as they get what they want they'll drop you"

Ae: "you fu*cker!" ae threw a punch at him but tin moved out the way

Can: "ae! Stop, this jerk isn't worth our time" I said as pete and I held him back.

Tin: "whatever, i'm not gonna deal with rats like you, pete it's your choice to hang around them but don't come to me when he takes all your money, I warned you" with that he walked away

Pete: "sorry ae, can, he sometimes says stuff he doesn't mean"

Ae: "you don't have to defend him, everyone knows he's a jerk"

Ae: "shit! I forgot I have to go with my niece somewhere today! See you tomorrow! Bye can, pete i'll text you later"

Can:" alright bye! I'm probably gonna leave now too"

Pete: "okay, that's fine, see you can"

Can: "see ya!" I headed towards the field to play some soccer

After playing for a couple hours I laid on the benches and closed my eyes

I felt something wet going on my face and woke up

I opened my eyes to see the dark sky above me

Can: "huh? What time is it??" I looked at my phone -10:48PM-

Can: "shit! It raining too" I decided to just walk since I was gonna take a shower eithier way

I walked throught the rain and got home

Can's mom: "can!!! Where were you!!? Me and Lay were calling you"

Can: "what? Ohh" I said as looked down at my phone and saw 5 missed calls

Can's mom: "sheesh, just go take a shower and go to bed, it's already late"

I walked to my room after taking a shower and fell asleep

It's been a week since iv'e seen that IC jerk

I don't know whybut that day when I saw him when I was with techno he looked really miserable and hopeless

For some reason it made me feel weird, It kind of made me feel bad remembering how he looked

Next morning at school

Good: "Hey.......Can.....Have you.....eaten....yet?"

Can: "no, not yet I was waiting for Ae and Pete to get here"

Good: "Oh....Today.....they aren't......coming.......Ae caught a.......cold so.....Pete stayed.....with......him"

Can: "awww, I was hoping to practice with Ae afterschool, but can you practice with me instead?"

Good: "sure..."

Can: "okay well, I got to go to class see you afterchool" good nodded and I walked away

Can: "Dangit I also wanted to ask pete about his friend....wait....no, why should I care about that jerk?"

2 days later

Can: "how are you feeling? I didn't get a chance to see you guys this morning, techno made me run some errands"

Ae: "I'm feeling a bit better, my throath still hurts though"

Can: "ohh, um also, pete? Can I talk to you for a second? Like alone?"

Pete: "yeah sure, I'll be back Ae" he said as he gave him a quick kiss

Ae: "don't take too long!" I directed pete towards a corner near the food stalls

Pete: "what do you want to talk about?" I didn't even know what I was doing, I didn't know why I was concerned about that guy

Pete: "why? Is something wrong??" I shook my head

Can: "uh no.....I just wanted to ask about....your friend" he looked at me confused

Pete: "which one??'

Can: "well....tin"

Pete: "well what do you want to know?"

Can: "well a couple days ago I saw him and he didn't look too well and I haven't see him around campus for like almost 2 weeks now and I know I shouldn't be concerned but I was just wondering if he was fine...."

Pete: "haha yeah he's fine, you know if you like him you can just tell him"

Can: "what!?!? No, Iv'e just been wondering if he was fine" pete laughed

Pete: "alright, if you need anything just tell me, i'm gonna go back with Ae"

'I wonder if he's really fine' I brushed it off and went to class early

A couple days later

Lay: "mom! Me and can are gonna go to the mall!"

Can's mom: "okay, come home by 8" me and lay we're gonna go to the mall since she wanted to buy a gift for her friend's birthday

At the mall

Can: "lay can you hurry? I want to go play soccer with my friends"

Lay: "well too bad, just go tomorrow, this is more important that that" I sighed and followed her

Lay: "let's go get some coffee" we walked towards the coffee shop and got 2 iced coffes

We went to a couple stores and stopped at victoria's secret

Can: "uhh i'm not going in there, i'll wait for you at the bench" she nodded and went in

She was taking a long time so I stood up to go in the store but I bumped into something hard and spilled my coffee

Can: "oh my god! I'm so sorry, I didn't-" I look up to see who it is and I see an angry tin

Can: "tin! I'm sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going"

Lay: "can!! I got my stuff, let's leave now" lay walked up to us

'What perfect timing -_-'

Lay: "oh my god what happened??"

Can: " I just spilled-" I was talking but tin interrupted me

Tin: "nothing, just a little accident, but don't worry it's fine" he said in a calm voice

I was so taken aback by the sudden change in his tone that I didn't know what to say

Lay: "here, have some napkins" she smiled at him and he smiled back

Tin: "no worries, it's fine, i'll just rinse it with some water"

With that he walked away

Lay: "you dumbass! Why would you spill coffee all over him?? He was cute too. Ugh! So embarassing!" we went back home while I thought about tin

'He seemed so caring and sweet when he talked like that, usually he's a dick but seeing him talk like that made him cute?- gosh no what am I thinking!?-'
