Sana had called her mother to her room. After consulting Irene and Seulgi, it had ended up in a draw, and it made her dilemma even worse.

"Mum..." Sana whined. "Which one do I wear?"

Mrs. Minatozaki rolled her eyes in amusement.

It was Saturday, which meant it was Sana's first date with Jun. She was a nervous train wreck. She didn't even know what to do with her hair, and she was stuck between two outfits.

"It's my first date, Mum, help meee..." Sana mumbled, going over to hug her mother. Her mother sighed.

"Look, I'll have to go soon, but I can spare you about forty minutes." Mrs. Minatozaki told her daughter. "Now calm down and just let me handle it."

There were sparks in her eyes and she flexed her fingers, wiggling them around her daughter's face.

She made Sana wear this:

Then she did Sana's hair up:

And selected a pair of shoes:

With a sigh she looked at her daughter in the mirror. Sana was grinning from ear to ear.

"Thanks Mum!" she squealed, squishing her mother in a hug. Mrs. Minatozaki pried her daughter off.

"I need to get to work now, honey." She told her daughter and gave her a kiss on her head. "Enjoy your date – be yourself and have fun." Her mother waved at her and hurried downstairs and out of the house.

Sana breathed in. She studied herself in the mirror with a smile, then used her favourite perfume. Jun would pick her up in seven minutes, so she grabbed a small white purse to keep her phone and other stuff. She'd already done a light, natural makeup and added the finishing touch of her best lip tint. Then she put on these earrings:

The doorbell rang and her heart leapt. Taking in deep breaths, she descended the stairs and went to open the door.

Both of them were surprised by each other's appearance. Jun was dressed in this:

He'd actually dyed his hair a cool grey and it really fit him.

Jun was admiring how chic and pretty Sana looked when someone called from inside the house. It was Sana's father. He'd been working in his study and heard the doorbell ring. He was now out in the living room.

"Who is it?" he asked his daughter. Jun was slightly surprised because he didn't expect Sana's father to be around.

Sana, who'd gone a little pink whispered hurriedly to Jun, "Don't worry, he'll just look at you funny and maybe ask a few questions. Just...try and look innocent." She winked at him.

Sana opened the door fully to allow Jun to step inside. Jun bowed 90 degrees to her father with a "Good evening Mr. Minatozaki. It's nice to meet you."

Sana's father acknowledged the greeting with a nod, then scrutinized the boy for a second. "How old're you?" he asked Jun gruffly.

"17, sir. We're the same age." Jun replied politely with a slight smile.

"Um, Dad, Jun and I are...just going out on a date...so..." Sana began, watching her father's expression. He merely nodded.

"Seem like a good kid. And I know Sana better than anyone; she's wouldn't go out with just anyone." Mr. Minatozaki said.

Jun stretched out a hand and his father shook it briefly. Jun bowed to him again, this time with a "Thank you sir. I'll take very good care of Sana. Have a good night."

Once they were out the door, Sana felt Jun's pulse by pressing her fingers to his neck. She chuckled. "You were super nervous, weren't you?"

Jun nodded vigorously. They talked for a bit as they walked to the bus station, then Jun realized he wasn't holding Sana's hand.

He swiftly took her small hand in his larger one, lacing his fingers with hers. Sana smiled and her cheeks reddened slightly.

"Your hands are kinda cold," Jun told her, then put their entwined hands in his coat pocket. Sana giggled.

"That is actually, a lot better." Sana said sincerely. "Thanks."

Jun winked at her. They reached the bus stop quickly, but the bus wasn't there yet. The bus stop was empty so the pair sat close to each other, chatting as they waited for the bus. It arrived in a few minutes and they got on. Jun squeezed in next to Sana, his long legs at a disadvantage in the rather small space.

"Were you nervous?" Jun asked her suddenly. "About the date? Coz I know I was."

Sana nodded, and a smile crept onto her face. "Yes. Very." Sana confessed, squeezing Jun's hand. It was very warm and she loved that.

"Your hair is awesome though," she told him, fully admiring the new colour and style beneath his black hat. "It fits you well and makes you look even more handsome." Jun smiled at her compliment.

"You look amazing – as always," he complimented her back.

Sana blushed.

The bus soon reached their stop and Jun led her off the bus. The street was quite busy. There were many food stalls selling a range of foods from different countries. The whole event was supposed to be international, and many of the graffiti artists that had filled up nearly three kilometres of road and wall with their work were from all over the world.

"Wuah~" Sana gasped when she saw the scene. Jun nodded. "I know right," he said. "Come on!" With an excited expression on his face he tugged Sana towards the graffitied walls.

At a first glance, they looked like a giant messy explosion of colour. But after a few seconds, you could make out the individual works. Each artist had been given approximately the same amount of wall space each, and there had been so many artists that even some parts of the street were graffitied on. The pair would admire one wall of spectacular snow figures and Arctic animals, then look to another and explore a vast expanse of a starry night sky that had been painted to seem as if the stars were being poured out of a basket by a peculiar looking owl.

The crowd was moderate; not so many that it was suffocating, but not too little so the place looked empty. West African artists had graffitied women with large afros that held words like "Hip Life" and "Love" and "Peace", others of people with colorful cloths and headscarves and traditional wooden masks and hats.

The food vendors from different countries sold their goods in front of the graffiti art of the country the came from.

"Let's take pictures!" Sana said excitedly, and ran over to an artwork of a colorful angel. "Go stand between the wings."

Jun did as he was told, then they switched places. The continued their walk along the street, taking the unique scents from the different food stalls they passed and the sounds of something frying in hot oil or boiling in a pan. They took in the sounds of the excited crowd and shutter sounds as photographers captured the scene with HD cameras and the viewers themselves took pictures of each other.

They got to an artwork of a woman surrounded by leaves holding a bright white heart in her hands when Jun said, "Couple photo!" And dragged Sana over. He put an arm around her shoulders and smiled. Sana also posed, and Jun counted down to take the photo. At the last second, he turned to kiss Sana on the cheek as he took the photo, earning a punch from her.

It was past 11:00 PM when Jun decided to take Sana home. They'd been so into the artwork and the food and the atmosphere and each other that they hadn't noticed the time slipping by.

They ran to the bus stop to catch the earliest night bus and arrived back at Sana's place twenty minutes before midnight.

They walked slowly up to the house. Most of the lights were off, but the light in Mr. Minatozaki's study was still on.

Sana hugged Jun when they reached the top step. He smiled. "Is that all I get?" he asked slyly, a grin widening on his face. Sana rolled her eyes.

Then she grabbed his coat collar and pulled him down for their lips to meet briefly. Jun chuckled when she let him go. She straightened out his collar then hugged him again. "I had an awesome time, Jun," she told him. "Thank you..."

Jun nodded with his genuine smile.

"Be careful on your way home...it's really late," she warned him.

"Yes ma'am." Jun replied.

"See you in school...bye." Sana waved at him and went inside.

He stared at the door and then watched hershadow's slow progress towards the stairs before he walked back down the stepswith his hands in his pockets on his way home.
