...A few hours later...

"Okay (Y/N), you ready?" Gene asks me, I nod. He helps me out of the hospital. Travis follows us to Gene's car, I hug him and give him a quick peck on his cheek. Gene helps me get in then drives away, I stare out the window for most of the time. Gene looks over to me and starts to talk. "How you feeling?" "Fine, just sore." I sigh."I have a question..." he pauses and I nod. "Have you and Travis had sex?" I freeze at the question. "N-no! Why do you ask!?" I try to stay calm."I don't know, I just don't want you to become pregnant before you finish high-school, and Travis can get a little touchy at times." He shrugs."...I know..." I mumble, I turn back to the window.

...At Gene's house...

I walk through the door and immediately hear Dante's voice, I cross my arms. "I forgot you had a brother." I sigh, Gene smiles at me. "Yup, he's a pain." He walks into the kitchen and I follow behind, Dante looks at me weird."Why is (Y/N) here?" He asks Gene, I look at Gene then back at Dante. "She's here cause (Y/N) needs somewhere to live." Gene says crossing his arms."Ohh... so she's not part of your little Shadow Knight group?" Dante says looking at me."Kinda... I guess, I do skip with you and I did spray paint that one thing." I answer turning to Gene, he just smiles. "True, I didn't think about that." He playfully elbows me."What!? You do know that's against the law, right!?" Dante says surprised, I roll my eyes."Ohh.. really I didn't know that." I say sarcastically. "Of course I know that idiot, I'm not stupid." I snap at him, he puts his hands up in the air.

Gene and I walk away and I follow him to his room.
