Black Friday is crazy in New York

Sabrina's povI heard that black Friday is dangerous. My mom would tell me about it when we lived in New York. She said that one year, she saw a lady throw up in the middle of an aisle and keep in going. She also saw two people beat each over up over a barbie doll.And here we were driving to New York so we can get some Black Friday sales for Christmas. Its December 5th and Mom , Dad, and Uncle Jake thought it would be a great idea. I had saved up $250 dollars for 7 months just so I can buy some decent presents for everyone. So the only perk I had was good sales.But my biggest fear was all the people. There will be thousands of people in one mall pushing and shoving for just some holiday sales.  Uncle Jake was driving with Dad in shotgun. Mom was in the back with Puck and I. Granny was at home watching Red, Daphne, Pinocchio, and Basil. I wanted to come for experience and sales, Puck wanted to come just to see all the crazy people, and adults are just adults.Once we passed over into New York, Relief washed over me. I hated being cooped up for to long. Especially with Puck and my dad in the same car. That was just bad energy. Woo. It felt like both the south sides of two magnets being forced on one another.It was 3 in the morning. We wanted to get a good parking space. But when we pulled up to the mall, we figured out some other people had the same idea. It took us forever to find a space. But we did find one eventually.Once we pulled in, Mom set an alarm on her phone and we all passed out. We wanted some sleep before we shop and the mall isn't open yet.--------------------------------

I woke up with Puck drooling head on my shoulder. " Ah!" I said before Pushing him off. Hid head fell on my moms and they both woke up. " Gah!" They both said. That woke my dad up. " Whats going on?" He asked." Puck just fell on me." My mom said. " Oh. What time is it?" He asked. " 30 seconds till 5." She said. " Here watch this." She leaned the phone next to Jake's ear. We waited. Then. BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! The alarm went off and Uncle Jake woke up doing karate chops. " Hey! What was that for!?" He asked. We all laughed. " For the fun of it." She answered. " Also, its time to get up." I said.He grumbled then got up.  We all grabbed our magical Marry Poppins like bags. We found them in the magic mirror. Once I got out of the car I stretched. I shivered at the cold air. We started walking to the store. We were some where in the middle of the parking lot so it wasn't to long  of a walk.Once we got in the mall I breathed out with relief. Warmth.We went strait for the stores we wanted to shop at. We didn't have time to get breakfast, we needed to get our shopping over with as fast as possible because people were already piling through the doors and we don't want to get in a big crowd.

Mom said it was safe enough to go shopping by ourselves for about an hour. So I didn't waste time in going to all the stores where I'll get all the people who are with me's presents. I wanted to get them where they can't see me.First I went to the store where I can get Puck's present. I had to do it fast cause who knows who he's watching. I went to the prankster store. I looked through it. I wanted to get him some thing he liked, but not to dangerous to me. Once I did a whole look through of the store, I finally found something. A marsh mellow gun. Perfect. He can't shoot anything sticky or gloopy at me but its still fun. Win Win. Once I left the store I went to the men's wear store. I learned all of the family's sizes by heart so I was fine. I looked and looked and I finally found what I wanted for Jake. I found a large overcoat with many many pockets. It was black and leather. It even came with a hood!I went up to the counter and put my stuff on it. The man looked at me and smiled. " Aren't you a little young to be buying men's clothing?" He asked. " No. This is for my Uncle." I said. "Ah. Christmas." He said.

"Yeah."I said. " Mm. That will be 55 dollars please." He said. I handed him the money. " Can I get it rapped?" I asked. " Sure." He said, and got to work. After he finished I thanked him and left to Marices.

I was going to get mom and granny's presents here. I looked through and found the hats. I think Granny needs something other than a sun flower so I'm going to get her something different. I found a Bright pink hat with a blue rose on it. She's going to love it.

Then I went to the jewlery. My mom's favorite color is yellow so I looked through it and saw the perfect thing.  It was a gorgeous Silver and carnelian bracelet for only 25.99! Score! I grabbed it off the shelf and barely turned my head when something caught my eye.

It was Clairs. Me and Daphne used to love that store. I'm sure I can get her and Red something there. After I payed for the stuff I found I went to Clairs.  I walked in and the perfume smell hit. Everything was so shiny and sparkley.I went to the jewlery and found a beautiful set of earings. But then I remembered Daphne doesn't like earings. So I moved on. Then I looked at the necklaces. They were all so gorgeous. I looked through them and saw a lovely set of best friends necklaces.

I searched through them and found the perfect set. It was gold chain with  yin and yang sign charms. One half of the sign said best and the other friends. And they were mood charms. Red and Daphne will love these.After purchasing them, all I had to do was get presents for Dad, Basil, and Pinocchio. Easy. I went to Toy'R'Us. There I found a Barney the dinosaur toy, a 500 piece puzzle, and a Build your model airplane set.After I finished I went to the food court with 10 dollars to spare. I got a chocolate shake and some strawberries. I sat down and watched as all the people started filling in and taking everything. Wow, its a good thing we got done early.I kept scanning the crowd until I saw A familiar face. Puck came bursting through the crowd with a big paper bag in his hand. He saw me and came and sat down. " Hi. Man, that's a tough crowd. I got elbowed in the stomache!" He said.

" Wow. I finished about 20 minutes ago. " I said. " Wow.Your fast." He said. " Dude. I got more than you and I fiished before you." I said crossing my arms. "Ok. I stopped for about 45 minutes to watch everyone." He said.

" I believe that." I said. " So what'd ya get for me?!" He asked excitedly. " You won't find out till christmas." I said. He pouted. " Don't be a baby." I said. " Fine." He said. We waited  A while longer before everyone else arrived.

After we checked if everyone was there we headed back to the car. And after we finished loading all of our stuff in the car, we headed home. You know, this turned out better than I thought.---------------------------------
