Chapter 3

Hinata's POV

The bell rang announcing the start of the class.

"Saved by the bell" Tenten grinned.

"You're just procrastinating; you are so going to tell me everything at lunch" I said walking towards the room waving them goodbye.

I love literature and I love Mrs. Kurenai but this was the longest and most boring lesson I've ever attended to. Until she said: "The school is starting a new program for the young wanna be actors. Acting classes – it's not necessary to go if you don't want to. If you do, then tell me after we finish."

This is a dream come true and you should definitely go. I should and I want to but- I'm too scared to embarrass myself in front of everyone, and what if they tell me I suck at it. And what if they tell you you're an amazing young actress. But I- Stop being such a scaredy cat. You are signing for it. It won't hurt to try.

I was in my head for the rest of the lesson not able to hear a thing the teacher said. And finally the time came. I waited for everyone to get out and then headed towards Mrs. Kurenai's desk.

"So it's just the two of you from this class" She noted. Confused I looked around just to see Naruto.

"I guess we are" I murmured.

"Talk. Now." I demanded sitting at the lunch table. "Wait, no! Um, guys I don't want to be mean but can I and Tenten talk in private for a minute."

"It's okay Hina, they actually know." She told me and Ino, Sakura and Temari all looked at me with apologizing look.

"How comes that only I didn't know that, Tenten – my dear best of all friends friend?" I asked emphasizing the 'best friend' part.

"I'm sorry, but I was so happy and I didn't want to hear the 'why he is no good for me' lection." I felt offended by that.

"Is this what you thought I would do?" This was exactly what I was going to say to her if she told me about it sooner but eventually I was going to give up and just be happy with her.

"Just stop, I know you, I'm one hundred percent sure you were going to react like that."

"Then you should've know that I was going to be skeptical about it at first but at some point I would've just let it go and be happy about you, after all people change and it's in the past"

"What is 'in the past'?" Tenten asked. I widened my eyes as I realized I said that out loud.

"Um...my anger towards him?" I tried to convince her but it came out more like a question.

"So you don't mind me dating him?" She raised an eyebrow.

"I'm not your mom, do whatever you want to but if you want to play with fire be prepared to get burned."

"How insightful, thank you, sensei!" She made a little bow and chuckled.

"L-o-l you're so funny." I told her sarcastically. "Now let's eat. Itadakimasu!" I said with a huge grin on my face.

"Will you ever stop saying that, it's really embarrassing when you shout it while we're in the restaurant with other normal people who have never watched anime or been to Japan and don't know what that means" She asked me rolling her eyes.

"Never!" I smiled at her.

"So Ino, you have a boyfriend too?" My bestie started her interrogation. "Who is he, where does he study, do we know him, is he smart, is he handsome, does he treat you right cause otherwise it'll get ugly?"

"Yes, Sai, here, yes, yes, yes, and yes." How did she even remember all of her questions I could have never.

"Sai? Oh Ino, that's so sweet, I'm very pleased to hear that and I hope he makes you as happy as Naruto makes me. He's the best I could have ever ask for." Her pupils expanded as she started talking about him.

"I'm no better than you are, babe" He said from behind and kissed her cheek. Yay, he's here again. Note the sarcasm.

"Talking about the devil" I said under my breath focusing on my food.

"That's not true, you're better." She answered him sweetly.

"You're so sweet you're gonna make me a diabetic. Think I need to throw up." I interrupted their little argument with disgusted face.

"You really don't mind us, huh?" Tenten's raised eyebrow and smirk were telling me 'I know you better than you do'. I have to think of a good comeback.

"So you're taking the acting class too, aren't you?" Naruto interjected turning to me and I was more than happy he did that because I surely don't like to be left speechless.

"I certainly am. And you are coming too, right?" He doesn't need to know how scared I am for this. No one does.

"Definitely, dattebayo" It was easy to tell he was very excited. "Do you have any idea who the teacher will be?"

"All Kurenai said was 'You'll see' so no. But if I have to make a guess I'll go with my favorite actress Jolene Peters, a girl can dream." I sighed.

"I loved her in "Broken wings"!"

"No way you watched it, it's my second favorite ever after "My sweet Daren" of course!" We were talking lively staring into each other eyes with curiosity. I am actually surprised he has watched these movies.

"And here I thought I was your girlfriend" Tenten chuckled. "I'm so very happy you two finally can have a normal conversation!" She clapped her hands.

"I guess the she-devil's period is lighter today, that's why."

"No, I'm not on my period, but if you keep talking to me like that, there will be blood!" I said harshly and saw Tenten shake her head in disapproval.

"You're such a lost cause" She then said.

"Anyways, what are our plans for tonight, sweetie?" Her boyfriend asked her as I stuck my tongue out because of the gross nickname.

She didn't even look at me and answered him. "I would love to hang out with you BUT I think your private teacher wouldn't be exactly fine with you skipping classes."

"Oh believe me, if it was up to me there would have been an ordinance saying we're not allowed to talk to each other-"

"You kind of make me feel as if you don't like me." He said with a fake surprised look.

"Oh really, what makes you think that?" I pouted tilting my head. "Don't bother answering that I'm already tired of this conversation. I'll see you at 14:30 at the main gate so we can both head to my house." I commanded.

"If you insist to go to your place, m'lady" I smacked him on the shoulder.

"First of all I didn't mean it that way you perv and second don't ever call me that again. We're going to my home because all my notes and books are there. I'm heading back to class, see y'all later." I took my things and go.
