Chapter 2
03:32, 2 February 2021Hinata's POV
Today's the first day of me being Naruto's "personal teacher". Great. Note the sarcasm. I barely had the time to go out before and now with this my social life will be over. As I got ready I heard a knock on my door and then Hanabi entered the room.
"Good thing you knocked but next time wait until I tell you to come in." I greeted my baby sister with a smile.
"It's not like you have something to hide" She said with a smirk saying 'you're an open book to me'. Gosh, this kid can be scary sometimes.
"Anyways, what's up?"
"Dad won't be able to take us to school so we should walk. Be ready after exactly 3 minutes or we'll be late."
"How did you - you know what, don't tell me. Kuso, I've got only three minutes to have breakfast! Who am I kidding I'll just starve until lunchtime, yay!" I said sarcastically. Can this day get any better?
-------------------------------------------------------------------
I was just opening my locker when I heard:
"Hinaaa, hi!" Tenten greeted. "How is my bestie?" She hugged me.
"I've been better but how are you, is the cold gone" I asked and hugged her back.
"Of course of course, now spill the tea sis, what are you waiting for!" She was so enthusiastic I just couldn't resist smiling.
"Okay, let me think... Sai called Sakura 'ugly' which led to him being knocked down, a certain someone may or may not wants to ask you on a date and Ino has a boyfriend... I think that's all."
"Ino. Has. A boyfriend. Tell me who it is and...wait...WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!" Her jaw dropped. "Please tell me this "certain someone" is Naruto." Tenten started to get excited. I hate it when I have to kill her mood but what I hate even more is to give her false hopes. This crush she has on Naruto is very unhealthy in my opinion but we were already in so many fights because of this and I decided it was best to just leave it be and she will eventually let it go and find someone else. Neji - niisan and Tenten would make a very good couple. I ship it. "How comes that so much drama happens when I'm not here" She pouted.
"Talking about Naruto -"
"I thought we both already agreed that we won't argue about it anymore." Her brows furrowed immediately.
"Let me finish. Naruto has a 'personal teacher' that will help him with the school work for the rest of this semester."
"Ugh, there's no way it's me, is there. Bless her-" She said grumpily.
"I didn't sneeze" I asked in fake confusion tilting my head.
"It's you!" She pointed at me with raised eyebrows and open in disbelief mouth.
"Aww, you know I love this song" I giggled and started humming Ali Gatie's song. It's so much fun messing with her.
"Not the time to act funny!" She said a bit annoyed.
"Calm down, it was just a joke. And to answer your...um statement, yes, it's me."
"Okay, I got it." Tenten bit her lip like she does when she's coming up with one of her hilarious plans.
"This is not good, stop, please stop-" I started begging her. I don't want to be trapped in this thing with Naruto for another semester let alone another year.
"Too late. So, you have to invite me to come over to your place the same time your 'student' is there and you can just go to the restroom or go to eat so he and I can be alone and the fuse of our love can be lighted" The brunette ordered me gesturing with her hands.
"And what if I refuse"
"Oh please, you have to do this for me."
"This is absurd, sorry, I'm not doing it."
"Pretty please?" Here came the puppy dog eyes. I begged her with my eyes to forget about it but her glare just got more intense. How am I supposed to say no?
"You owe me so much for this!" I pointed at her with my finger.
"You'll have as many cinnamon rolls as you like, thank you so so much" She hugged me tight, very very tight. Uh, my head starts to feel dizzy, I need air.
"If you keep up like that it'll be very hard for your friend to teach me anything considering the fact she'll be six feet under" The annoying voice I immediately recognized said behind my back. Tenten instantly let go of me and apologized. "I didn't say I cared if she's dead or not."
"I would say that I'll send my ghost to haunt you and make your life miserable but even without a brain I won't be dumb enough to chase you" I glared at him emphasizing the 'you'.
"Hina stop being rude, excuse her" Tenten tried to sound calm and sweet.
"Whatever" I walked away. I got one meter far when it hit me I didn't lock my closet neither did I took the necessary books. I turned just to see one of the most irritating things I witnessed - this clown Naruto obviously flirting with slightly blushing Tenten. This guy is no good, he's not a player but...it's not because of the things he did in the past - I'm over that. Yet I don't trust him, that's all. Now I have to go back to my locker and get my things. Just go, it's not like they bite or something. But Tenten is going to kill me if I ruin her moment. You'll be unprepared for class. It's Mrs. Kurenai's lesson - your favorite teacher. I can't be underprepared - I don't want her to be disappointed. That means you have to go and take your books. I do? You're being so cringe, I just can't see the problem with you going there. I-
"HINAA, are you okay" My best friend's voice snapped me out of my internal fight.
"What, um I - Yes, I am fine" I scratched the back of my neck with a sheepish smile.
"Even the devil can smile, huh" And the moment I saw his hand on her shoulder I wanted to throw up.
"If you play with the devil, you'll end up in hell" I answered harshly and looked him dead in the eyes.
"Be nice, you guys. After all, I want my best friend and my boyfriend to get along otherwise I'll be sad" She said looking mostly at me.
"Excuse me, I have to make an appointment with an ENT doctor because I didn't hear right, your WHAT?!" ---------------------------------------
Hope you liked it (even tho it was a bit boring imo), comments and votes are highly appreciated. Before you start to hate on me - I don't ship NaruTen (I don't even know if that's a thing) but that doesn't nesseceraly mean I hate :) Bye <3
