13. familiar face

*Y/N'S POV*

we get to a crowed street, overrun by hundreds of people. i grab onto newts hand, him squeezing it tightly. we push through the crowd. cars with men yelling into megaphones drive past, one looking specifically looking in our direction. we walk to the end of the path, barriers blocking the giant doors. two many behind us with masks and guns follow us over here. "guys we should go!". machines start shooting at us, blowing stuff up. we run the same direction everyone else is.

we run down an ally, running into the men with masks. the start pulling us into vans, separating us all. "Y/N!". one of them covers my mouth, preventing me to yell out to newt. i was put into the back with thomas and brenda. thomas holds onto my hand, keeping me calm. we come to a stop. they open up the back of the van and one of them yell at us to get out. the other van pulls up beside us. i could hear jorge yelling. he pushing a man to the ground, punching him and saying repeatedly, "where is she?". we rush over pulling him off other the other man. brenda runs into his arms and calms him, i run to newts.

one of them try to calm us, "relax we're all on the same side". that voice sounds familiar, i just can't place my finger on it. thomas stands up straight and faces him. "what do you mean same side?". i look at the man and raise an eyebrow. "who the hell are you anyway?". he just stands there, as if he was hesitating on what to say. "well? are you gonna bloody answer her?". newt says from behind me. he slowly takes of his masks and drops it to the ground, turning and facing us. "gally?". i whisper under my breath. thomas runs over and punches him in the face making gally fall to the ground. he sits on top of him and is about to go into another punch.

newt and i rush over and try to pull him off gally. "he killed chuck! he deserves this!". i look at newt, he looks at me then at thomas. "we know. we were there". i cut in and rub thomas' back. "and i remember that gally was stung and half out of him mind". gally gets up off the ground and fixes his jaw. he looks at us and back at his crew. "yea i had that coming". he asks us why we're here and we explain that minho was taken by wicked, that we wanted a way in to save him. his expression was blank as he looks at me, then the boys. "i can help with that".

he leads us to a guy. "he doesn't get a lot of visitors, so let me do the talking. oh and try not to stare". confusion gets written on all our faces. we follow gally to where this man was. we walk down a few stairs. i see a man around a lot of flowers, smelling them, carefully placing them on a table. he calls gally's name. he stands in the shadows. he was hooked up with an iv in his arm. gally tells him why were hear. the man steps out of the shadows, showing us his full face. "oh my god". i whisper, hoping no one heard me but only newt did. "only three can go. gally will show you the way". him and thomas shook on it. gally leads thomas, newt and i to an entrance. the rest stand around and observe. newt walks off to the side to fix his shoe as thomas, gally and i jump down the ladder.

*NEWT'S POV*

i start to fix my shoe lace as my hand starts to tremble. i fold it into a fist, my knuckles cracking. i look over at y/n, she's looking over at brenda and jorge while climbing down the ladder after thomas. i pick myself up and go down the ladder. "ew it's gross down here". we walk through a sewage type area. it was dark and smelt like bloody crap. gally flips a switch and light switches for every park of the tunnel. i grab onto y/n's arm and hold her close to me.

gally take us to a train station or something along that line. we walk out and follow him to a hidden area away from the open city. sirens are heard from the distance. "well there's definitely heaps of security". they all look at me but i ignore them. we look at the building in front of us. it was the largest one with the brightest lights. gally tells us how it's fully surveillanced from the entry to each floor. "i might have a way in". y/n's head turns and quickly faces him. "might? what the hell do you mean by might?". he indicates to her to look through the telescope he was looking through before. anger takes over her facial expression as she turns back to me. "i never said you were gonna like it".

______gally is alive and they might have a way into wicked to rescue minho.

this chapter is probably the most bored and messed up one atm but oh well
