I gasped, I would have thought that she'd have my number saved. Kinda hurt a little bit but it's okay. I clicked the FaceTime icon and grabbed my AirPods, throwing them in my ears. But I'm flattered," she said as I pouted. "Wow you're breaking my heart," I said as she laughed, yawning. I smiled, screenshotting the call."So I need to know how do you spell your name? I wanna make sure I have it right in my contacts," I said as she rattled off the spelling of her name.

"That's so cute, definitely fits the face it bongs to," I flirted as she laughed. "You're so pretty too though. It's the eyes,can't lie," she said making me blush."Date me?" I asked as I answered the ringing phone."Hey Yaya, you're on speaker," I said as she immediately rambled."Reneè I'm going to fucking kill her," she sputtered as I raised my eyebrow."Excuse me?" I said as Cassidy turned her phone towards me. The video played as my eyes widened before I felt tears start to pool."What the fuck?" I said softly as the tears dropped.

"So Alyssa, as we alll know you were in a relationship, very public at that. How is life going?" The interviewer asked as she smirked."Eh life's pretty good. Not in a relationship though. I just had a lot of fun. Certain people aren't meant for relationships and she was one of them. Reneé and I definitely had fun though," she said before the video paused. How dare she bring me up and then say that. "Nae, are you okay baby?" Yaya said softly, as I hiccuped. "Why would she say that?" Was all I could get out though.

"Let me see the edge control," I said to my younger sister as she groaned."You always wanna use my shit, here," she huffed as I smiled pressing a kiss onto her check."Love you baby. What time your game start again?" I asked as Judea side eyed me, while I swooped my edges."6:30 so be on time please y/n," she said as I laughed. "I will I swear. I'm leaving out with you. Not you tried to match me. Come take a picture," I said as she rolled her eyes again, listening.

"Are mom and dad coming?" I asked as she shrugged."I forgot to ask them. I hope so though," she said as I nodded. We headed out to her game and I waited in the line with my student ticket as she walked towards her locker room. "Y/n?" I heard someone say as I looked up confused. I smiled though when my eyes met my friend from my Bio Lab, Lyla."Hey Ly. How are you?" I asked hugging her. "Good, great now that I've found you. My roommate got stuck at work so I'm here by myself," she said as I nodded understandingly."Good, we'll get to hang out outside of class finally," I said smiling. I needed this; besides Mel I barely had any friends and I needed to get out more. Once we were able to make it through the gate we picked our seats in the student section and hurriedly sat down as they got full quick. "Hey can you take my pics?" I asked as she nodded grabbing my phone. After posing for a few I looked over the ones she took and gasped."Ly your finna be my new photographer. You have been promoted! You are now one of my elected employees," I said mocking the TikTok, making her laugh. "Girl bye! Oh look it's finna start. That girl, Juju, is so damn fine," she said making me want to gag. "Huh?" I said cause I must have heard her wrong. "Juju Watkins. Look right there, she's number twelve," she said pointing out my baby sister. I laughed a bit. "I had no idea you were gay Lyla," I teased as she blushed. "Yeah I guess so. Funny story, this is the first time I think I've said that out loud," she said nervously as I gasped smiling. "Awe Ly, I'm happy for you. But uh I have to warn you. Juju isn't gay. That girl is straighter than a wooden ruler," I said as she sighed."Damn, do you know her?" She asked as I laughed again. "Yeah quite well. I was there when she was born actually," j said as she turned her head confused. "That's my baby sister," I clarified as her eyes went wide. "Oh damn my fault. I had no idea," she said as I laughed waving her off. Wouldn't be the first time someone fawned over Ju infront of me. As the game went on we cheered and had fun. After the night was over I went to instagram to post my pictures.

I scrolled through instagram for a bit after posting but my jaw dropped when I came across a video of Reneé's ex (I think) girlfriend. I listened all the way and my heart broke for her. Saying something like that about someone who you dated, for a long time at that is insanely nasty and evil. I opened my message thread instead and sent Reneé a quick message.

I read it over before pressing send and swiping out of our thread. My phone made a noise indicating that she had responded for our thread.
