"Ordering domino's was the best idea you ever had Lilly." I hum as i stuff my mouth with another slice of pizza.

"Yup... but i should have ordered 2 orders of breadsticks if i knew you were going to eat them all." She frowns.

"Hey! I'm eating for 2." I scowl as i point to my 5 month old baby bump.

I found out i was pregnant 2 weeks after i locked my window, when i decided i was going to move on, and i still am, I'll just have a mini me next to me as i do.

I guess Miguel overruled my birth control

Miguel has no idea I'm carrying his Baby and a part of me wish I could find him and tell him but would it even matter?

"More like for a whole army." She whispers.

"Bitch i heard that."

"Love you." She smiles.

"Mhmm."

I look over to the side and sigh as i forgot we still have to build that thing.

Lilly notices "You know you can you just put the Baby in a basinet, You don't have to build the crib."

"I'll find a way... If i can't build my Baby's own crib then i have already failed as a parent." I say as i look down.

"Hey don't say that, You're going to be such a great Mommy." She smiles and holds my hand.

"Thanks." I smile with tears in my eyes.

Our moment gets interrupted by a knock on the door.

"I wonder who could that be." Lilly muses as she takes a bite of her pizza.

"Shut up." I say annoyed.

I get up to open the door, I stop and glance at myself in the mirror, I wipe marinara sauce off my lips with my sleeve and run my hand through my hair.

Lilly laughs "Someone has a crush." She taunts with a smirk.

"Would you shut up! I do not, He's my friend." I glare at her.

She hums a "Sure"

I open the door to Brian standing with a bouquet of sunflowers and a plush teddy bear.

"Hi." I shyly smile.

"Hi." He smiles back.

"Uh these are for you." He hands me the flowers. "And this is for your Baby." He motions the teddy bear.

"Very sweet of you, thank you." I take the bear.

"Oh don't mind me, I like being ignored over here." Lilly interrupts.

We both chuckle and Brian walks in and inspects the crib that is not even remotely close to being assembled.

"The instructions are in Chinese and we have no screw driver." Lilly tells him.

"Ahh i see." He nods.

"Good thing i have my toolbox in my car." He says.

"I'll go get it." He turns to me.

"Thank you Brian." I smile.

"Of course." He nods and leaves downstairs to his car.

"Thank you Brian." Lilly mocks with her hands to her cheek.

"Ugh you so like him." She laughs.

"No i don't." I frown.

"Oh C'mon not at least a tiny bit? He comes over a lot."

"No and He does not." I cross my arms.

"Oh really?" She arches an eyebrow.

She turns to look at the collection of sunflowers i have.. Thanks to Brian.. who does come over.. quite often.

"We're just friends Lilly, He's easy to talk too and he helped me a lot when i get sad about... well you know who." I look down.

My insides still bleed, I can't even say his name.

"I say go for Brian." she smiles.

"No, I like what we have right now and plus i need to focus on my baby not dating."

"Y/N, Is that the only reason? Or is it that you're still in love with him?" She asks.

"Can we switch subjects please, Brian is coming up any minute and i don't want him hearing about-

"Your Baby Daddy?" She muses.

"Yes."

"Alright, Alright." She puts her hands up in surrender.

Brian walks in with his handy toolbox.

"Alright, Let's get this crib together." He encourages as if we're in a team.

"We are so not getting this crib together." Negative Nancy groans.

I laugh and we all start grabbing a piece and try to put it together.

I look over to Lilly and Brian and I'm so glad i am not alone in this.

I don't know what i would do if i was.

"Holy Shit." Lilly gasps as we assembled the crib together.

And by we, I mean Brian and I.

She mostly supervised us like children.

"Thank you." Brian smiles as i serve him a plate of pizza.

"No thank you for helping me." I say motioning my eyes over to the crib.

"Hey i helped too." Lilly pouts.

"Yea, telling us on what to do." Brian rolls his eyes at her.

"You two needed to be supervised, you guys kept making googly eyes at each other." She blurts out like the idiot she is.

Ay Coño

I widen my eyes as Brian chokes on his pizza.

"I-I was not." Brian tries to fight his case.

He was not?

What do you care?

I-I don't

I think

"Sure." She says sarcastically.

"Lilly i think it's time for you to go." I motion my eyes to the door.

"You kicking me out?" She gasps in shock.

"Yes." Brian and i both say.

"Oh okay, I see how it is." She acts offended.

"I will see you tomorrow Y/N and Brian i hope you do NOT have a good day." She flips him off before closing the door.

"She sure is something." He shakes his head.

"You get used to her." I smile.

"Well i should be leaving too, I told my friend I'd help him out at Thriller's tonight." He gets up.

"Oh okay, Well thank you very much for everything." I walk him to the door.

"It's no problem really, I like spending time with you." He smiles.

"R-Really?" I start to get nervous.

"Well the both of you." He corrects himself.

"We like hanging out with you too." I find myself saying.

I internally groan to my awkwardness.

You girl, have no game

He takes my hand and kisses it "I'll see you again." He says goodbye.

I close my door and sigh as i rest my head back.

Brian has been so sweet and he's an excellent friend anyone can ask for, He spends time with me, helps me with baby stuff, takes me out for ice cream and target runs.

But my heart still bleeds for Miguel.

My heart still misses him.

My heart still needs him.

still loves him.

I walk over to the corner of my room where i had Brian place the crib.

I rest my hands on top of the bars as i look down to the small bed inside the crib.

"I wish your Father was here with us." I shed a tear as i caress my bump softly.

I grab the teddy bear Brian gifted and i set it inside the crib.

I take a step back and i smile as i can't wait to have my little Spider.

"Just you and me Baby Boy." I smile as i look down at my bump, seeing that my son is kicking.

Just the two of us
