recovering is a process

Fin and local PD got olivia and Clarissa to the local hospital to be checked over. A rape kit was done on olivia but olivia was hesitant to let them do such an invasive procedure on Clarissa who was already severely traumatized. Fin talked olivia in to letting the doctor check her over just to see if their were signs that william had tried with Clarissa but the doctor told her she didn't find signs of sexual assault on Clarissa and olivia was at least thankful for that much.

"Fin...he...he made her listen for 7 months while he tortured other women." She admitted.

"And you?" He pushed slightly.

Olivia looked at her hands then back up and said "I've told parents 100s of times how to handle thier kids after a trauma...and now I have no idea how to start."

Fin touched Her shoulder softly but she winced so he pulled his hand back and said "we will help both of you get through this and work through this."

"I can handle myself....I've dealt with trauma but clarissa...she's just a baby." Olivia said as a few tears escaped her eyes.

"Maybe liv, but she's got you for a mom so she's already a million times better off then most." He said trying to ease her worry and comfort her.

"Where is she?" Olivia asked wiping her she'd tears away.

"She's resting like you should be." Fin replied.

"Not without Clarissa close by." She said matter of factly.

Fin sighed "ok I'll get you transfered to her room but....you need to know something."

Olivia looked at him more worried now. "What is it?"

During the check up she passed out. The doctor thinks she may have some alcohol poisoning."

Olivia shook visibly "no..." she whispered "it's my fault...he made me give her spiked juice today and he gave her some yesterday...I didn't want to but he threatened to hurt her or worse." She whimpered.

"That's not on you liv that's on him." Fin said but decided not to tell her yet that william had survived the gunshot.

"What does the doctor say? Is she going to be ok?" Olivia asked pleading for information.

"They got her on fluids and the did pump her stomach a little but...right now it's just a waiting game." He continued.

"I need to be with her fin." She pleaded once again.

Fin nodded "I'll get you transfered." He was about to leave the room but olivia stopped him a moment "wait...Noah...how is he?" She asked.

He smiled slightly "he fine liv just missing you two. So let's work on getting you both rested and recovered and back home."

Olivia nodded and watched him leave the room as she rung her hands together from all the nervous energy running through her at the moment and trying to resolve her own trauma for the moment. She couldn't break down she had to be strong for Clarissa and noah. She knew they would both need her and she would sacrifice her own recovery for them if she had to.
