~It's cold, hold me~XI

00:51, 6 November 2014

"No Ed, you aren't part cow, from what I just experienced, you're definitely a human." Roy chuckled, putting a hand to his mouth.

The short blond glared at Mustang with rage and embarrassment, hands on his hips. "Just cut to the chase, will ya..."

"Ahem. Sure." Roy said with an amused smile.

"When er... um.. well. When a." Roy blushed. He didn't want to answer this question, hell he would kindly answer any question other than this!!

"Well?" Ed impatiently asked.

"So you want to know why the 'milk' comes out, right?"

"Yes." Replied the arms now crossed and deeply blushing Edward.

"It comes out when it needs to be released. That stuff gets um... women pregnant with a child, and when it enters her, it swims up to her womb, joins the egg and after about 9 months, a baby is born. Happy?" Roy said, trying not to make eye contact with the cute chibi boy in front of him.

"Oh." That was all Edward could say.

"God Ed, you are a scientist aren't you? I thought you would know where humans came from.."

"Well, yeah but AlAnd I only took that information biologically and probably didn't get it at the age we were. I remember Al asking Mum where humans came from all of the time, and she'd just say that we came from her tummy." Ed laughed, attempting to shake off the awkward feeling between him and Roy.

Just then, they realised it was dark and cold outside and a bang of thunder quickly followed by a gush of rain smacked on the roof and ground outside. This startled Ed, causing him to leap onto Mustang koala bear style.

Roy hugged back, soothing the blond as the thunder crashed. Ed shut his eyes and winced into Roy's warming embrace, tears forming in his golden orbs and his hands clenching onto the raven's clothing.

The terrified Edward got a chance to speak. "R-Roy I'm s- scared.." He said shakily.

A whisp of cold air flew in to the barn, where the two stood and made the blond shiver even more than he already was.

Roy hugged him tighter, trying to keep his partner close to him, together in warmth.

Exhausted, both of them lay in a pile of hay (Hey, it rhymes!) that Ed had transmuted an slowly went to sleep.

"Roy?" Ed said still frightened of the thunder outside. "Yeah, Ed?" The blond didn't reply and had gone back to sleep but about an hour later he muttered cutely "It's cold, hold me.." And with that the tiny alchemist nuzzled on top of Roy's chest and fell into a deep sleep, his red hood covering a part of his bangs and blushing comfortably.
