Chapter 2

Lucas fell asleep and cabel stood there staring at him surprised..

'it's really surprising.. Lucas smiled.. Now I am really curious about who is that girl..? who made our ice Prince smile like this.. May be if I can convince her.. We can solve our problem easily..' cabel thought as he walked towards the table..

'let's find about her... The location of that house.. People living in that area...' he started working on his laptop..

Athy turned back after lucas went away and her eyes wided in shock to see helena standing at the front door with a pale face..

"helena it's not like what you think.. Let me explain.." athy said as she rushed towards her..

"of course you should.. Tell me.. Who is he..? What the hell is going on here..?"

she asked as she dragged athy and they both Sat on the Sofa.. Athy explained everything to her and she Sat there silently hearing everything..

" it's your good time.. He didn't did any thing bad .. Athy.. Just how careless you can be ..? Why the hell did you let inside some stranger...? What if he is really a bad guy..? "

helena started nagging at her.. Athy ignored her as she stood up and went to her room.. Helena followed her there still nagging ..

" you asked me.. I told you everything.. That's it.. Now let me fresh up.. "

she said and locked the bathroom door..

" seriously this girl.."

helena mumbled as she went down and put bread on toaster and cereals on the bowl.. athy came down after shower with wet hair and ate the toasted bread she hugged helena from back who is standing there pouting..

"I will be careful next time.. OK..? Smile helly.."

she said with puppy eyes.. Helena sighed and turned towards her.

"yeah.. Don't make me worried.. be careful always.. Then.. Athy...  About him...Is he handsome..? I can't see his face.. I can only tell he is tall.."she asked with a cheesy smile.

" pfft.. If he came to your house instead of mine.. I bet you would have locked him up in your room.. He was handsome.. So freaking  handsome.. Have an attractive pair of  red eyes .. "

athy said and  giggled looking  at how her face went down..

" gosh.. I missed it.. Haah.. I am so unlucky.. "she whined..

" what's his name..? Do you know anything else about him..? Why did he came here..? "

helena asked sitting on the dining table in front of athy who is munching the cereals. Athy stared at her with a' are you serious..? ' face.

" helly.. I am not out on a date with him. I don't know anything about him.. " she said pissed  and went back to eating.

" tch.. If I were you.. I would have asked him.. You dummy.." helena said and athy giggled hearing her reply. .

"who is the one who scolded me and guessed his profession from... Thief to murderer until few minutes ago ..?" she asked raising  her one eyebrow and helena faceplamed herself..

"OK leave it..athy, shall we go for shopping..? " helena asked changing the topic..suddenly her phone ringed.

"huh.. Who is this..? A call from unknown number..?" helena mumbled before answering the call.

"hello..?"

"hello are you living in xxx street..?" the person on the other side asked in a hurry. Helena was a dumbfounded but answered back..

" huh..? Yes I am.." she said

"then.."

athy watched helena listening silently  in surprise cause it's new how her loud friend is being silent.. helena's eyes wided in surprise then she smiled happily.. And they chatted for a while.

'who is she talking with..? She is even introducing herself..?' athy wondered.

"really..? OK ok deal..." she said and ended the call..

"who is that..? what's going on ..?" athy asked confused.

"huh..? Nothing.. You can assume I won a lottery.. Come on.. Come on.. go and get ready.. We have to go.."

helena said pushing her upstairs.. Athy silently went back to her room and got ready cause she is used to her bluffings..

" wow.. You look so pretty.."

helena Said as they headed towards the car.. She also went back home and came back after getting ready..

"thanks.. But what's the special occasion..? You are dressed up just for shopping ..? " athy asked staring at her..

"hehe.. You will Know when we reach" she said with a sheepish grin.

They reached a coffee shop and athy stared at her confused..

"you said we are going for shopping..?"

"athy.. This coffee shop has amazing Chocolate brownie.."

helena said and she can see stars in athy's eyes as soon as she mentioned that.

"really..? let's go.." she said rushing inside.

"yes..I knew it works "

helena said in whisper with a big smile. and called someone.. As she was about to enter while on the phone.. she bumped into someone and looked up.. the boy she bumped into was massaging his head while taking his mobile out of his pocket cause it's ringing.. He looked up to see helena standing before him and his eyes wided.

"sorry.." she said and was about to go inside but she stopped when the hello from her call can be heared behind her.. She turned back and they both stared at each other..

"are you cabel..?" helena asked and he smiled brightly at her.. Her heart skipped a beat..

"yes.. And you are the one I talked to earlier..? Helena right..? " he asked.

"yeah.. But listen.. I was about to say something but you ended the call.. The one you said you wanted to see.. Isn't me.. It's my Friend.. She is the one Your friend met last night.." she said and she can he see his smile widening.

"really..?thank God.." he mumbled and she looked at him confused..

"anyway.. Nice to meet you.. I am  sorry.. I was the only one talked on the call .. I was in a rush that's why.. And really Thank you for coming"

he said extending his hand to her.

" it's okay .. Nice to meet you too.. cabel.." she said and smiled.. She can see a small blush on his face and giggled. 'he is cute'

"OK.. Where is that guy..? Who barged into my friend's house last night.." she asked curiously.

"he went inside before me.. Just now." he said looking inside searching for him.

"really..? My friend also already went inside..wow.!! May be they already met again..? Let's go "

She said excited and grabbed cabel's hand and went inside.. He smiled happily and followed her.

5 mins ago...

'where is she..? She is acting extra weird today.. It's ok I will order first before she come ..' she thought and went to the counter humming happily at the thought of brownies .

" excuse me.. One chocolate brownie please "

she heard another voice and turned to see the same red eyes staring at her in surprise.

' how come she is here..?!!'

' him .. Again..?'

they thought and stared at each other for a while.. Until the staff called for them and handed them thier brownies ..

'come on athy let's pretend you don't see him.. Let's wait  for helly and ran back to car.. '

she thought as she took hers and walked away silently without looking back...

'thank goodness she went away.. I will finish it and ran away..what if she  call Police today.? '

he thought as He saw her walking away and then did the same .. When they were about to settle on separate tables they saw thier friends coming inside hand in hand and stared at them surprised.

"oh that's my friend.."

"she is my friend who you  are asking about"

They both said in  unison pointing at the two  standing there holding chocolate brownie on their hands with a dumbfounded expression.

"wow...is she an angel..?!! "

"shit.. She is right.. He is hot..my eyes are blessed !!" they both mumbled staring at athy and lucas.

"guys... Let's sit here.."

helena said as she reached towards athy and dragged her to sit with cabel and lucas.. The four of them Sat on the same table..lucas and athy was still in daze.. Trying to process everything happening.

"OK.. Wait.. What hell is going on ..?" lucas asked glaring at cabel..

"well.. After I heard from you.. I wanted to meet that girl.. So I did some research and found her contact on Instagram but it turned out she is her friend and i asked her to meet us in this coffee shop and dragged you here with me.."

Cabel said and helena nodded a yes..

'this idiot..  his brain is more  active when it's comes to finding  useless things. My hands are itching to break this lunatic' s head into two..' lucas thought a twitch mark appeared on his forehead.

" and for what..? "he asked in a irritated voice..and cabel smiled at him sheepishly..

" athy.. Is he the one who came to your house last night..? "

helena asked athy and she nodded her head as a yes with a mad face.. Helena turned aside pretending not to notice her Friend's irritation.

" hii.. I am Helena.. " she said and smiled at lucas..

" come on girl introduce yourself.. "

she nudged athy.she looked up at the boys cabel was smiling at her and when her eyes landed on that deep red eyes her heart beated fast..

" h.. Hi.. I am Athanasia.. "she said with a small smile..

'Athanasia huh.. What a unique name..just like her..' lucas thought as he continued   pretending to be busy admiring the road View.

" Hii .. I am cabel.. Thank you for coming. "he said smiling.

" no.. She dragged me here.. I don't know what you guys are talking about..and.. Why did you want to see me..? "

she asked and cabel stared at her smiling while he pinched lucas 's wrist  under the the table ..lucas turned towards him and sighed.

" hii.. I am Lucas.. "

he said as his eyes landed on sapphires for a split second and then turned back.. looking outside the window with his hand supporting his face ..

" well.. Miss athanasia .. "

" just call me athy "she said and smiled.

" OK.. Athy..that was.. When he saw you last night.. This guy here fell for you at first sight.. And now crazily in love with you.. please accept him... Will you..? "

he said in one breath and there was a silence.. Lucas hand gave up as soon as he heard what he said and fell on his lap . He stared at him shocked his brain stormed with possibilities of remembering if an incident like that really happened..?!! May be in parallel universe..?. he froze from the shock.. ..

Athy was sitting there liks a stone as shocked as lucas

and Helena was giggling

" ha.. ap.. "

cabel closed his mouth with both hands but anyone can tell he is wincing in pain.. His poor  foot stinged like crazy cause lucas smashed it with his sneaker  .

lucas said as he dragged cabel outside.. Helena waved her hand to go still giggling.. Athy was sitting there like a mannequin doll.

" what is he saying..? Are they playing some kind of  prank ..? "

athy asked helly and she pinched her cheeks..

"aww..my innocent baby.." she said smiling at her..

"I don't know athy.. That guy cabel.. He said he wanted to ask something in person and requested me to meet you.. Cause He thought I was you.. the one who  met lucas  last night and... I wanted to  see how lucas looks like cause I am dying to know that ever since you talked about him.. so I readily agreed to meet them.. But I never it to be expected something like this.." she said

"i see.." athy said slowly..

"athy.. What about you also use this chance..?"

"huh.. What do you mean..?" athy asked confused.

"just agree and date him.."

helena said smiling and athy stared at her with a 'are you crazy..?' look.

"well..he is damn  handsome and I see no reason to reject him other than the fact  that I am curious about his profession.. Did you forget you are in trouble because of that lie..? You can use lucas to solve your problem don't you think..? "

"no helly.. It's wrong.. I don't have feelings for him.. How can I accept a stranger's confession like that..? "

helly shrugged. athy went silent  thinking deeply...

'no.. It's Still  wrong.. And before everything else .. I am not in the state of   trying  to know someone and date  .' she thought and sighed.

Lucas dragged cabel out and glared at him, murderous aura  oozing out  of  him.

" tell me what's this nonsense is about or else you know what I will do"he said pissed..

cabel asked trying to be cool while he is shivering inside because of  his aura.

"so you want me to act like I love that girl and use her to solve our problem..?" lucas asked raising one of his eyebrows.

"yes.. Yes.. Come on dude... It's only been a week since we came here.. We don't know anyone in this area it's not Seoul ,..we don't  anyone who is friendly with us here.. She seems like a good girl and.. Just look at her.. she is a dream girl for every  boys  it would be natural if a guy fell for her, No  specific reasons needed. Yeah there are some lunatics like you but even for you.. She was the first girl you didn't felt  annoying... I can tell that from your face.. Just give it a try.. "cabel said.

" you got to be kidding me.. "  lucas said pissed but cabel interrupted him.

" yeah.. I know.. I  know  You won't do that..dating.. Relationship stuffs  ... I know more than anyone else ..But consider our situation luu..we decided to end  everything  and start  new ..isn't that why we came back here..? Think  of this as a first step for that.. OK..?  If you still don't feel like that.. You can break up with her later on  .. I am already worried about what if she is already committed.. Girls like her will get proposals like milk delivery.. "

Cabel said and lucas sighed staring at him..

" OK.. I will try talking to her "

lucas said scratching his nape and walked back inside. Cabel followed him happily..
