In Moderation

"Hic.....hic....." Olivia swayed in her seat nonchalantly, drunk out of her mind clearly.

"...Umm..Olivia-san I believe you had enough..have some water I'll get Tenn to arrange a ride home for you." Kujo said to the girl she was sitting beside him while Tenn and Riku went to chat with the others.

"Nah...don't hic...wanna.....hic" Olivia looked around in a daze, feeling her shirt was too tight she unbuttoned the first two smoothly. Kujo furrowed his eyebrows.

"Tenn." He called out to where Tenn was chatting with Haruka. Tenn looked over and dismissed himself right away.

"Yes, Kujo-san?"

"It seems Olivia-san is quite drunk, it would be wise for you to take her home." He said. Only to yelp when Olivia pushed him down.

"Geez...shaddup!!! Taka you're such a stick in the mud!! I hic still hic haven't had enough hic.." Olivia said her eyebrows furrowed. Kujo taken aback.

"Ahh....Nee-san!!" Tenn pulled the girl away from Kujo making her flop onto him instead. "I'm sorry about that Kujo-san!"

"Haha..It's alright. Though with the state she is in I believe you should really take her home already Tenn. I'm too old for a charming lady but..." He looked around at the others looking at Olivia.

"Huh." Tenn glared at all of them making them look away. Riku was glaring daggers at Yamato especially. "Sigh...I guess I should take her home." Tenn moved away for a bit to put on his coat then he swiftly picked Olivia up bridle style.

Walking over to Gaku and Ryu who got the memo. "Ryu, can you pass me Nee-san's bag?" Tenn asked and the brunette hooked it onto the center's neck.

"Tenn-nii, get home safe." Riku smiled waving goodbye to his older brother.

"I will." Tenn said smiling at him before continuing to walk away.

In the car

"Hmm...Tenn is Olivia-san alright?" Ryu asked worried while driving.

Tenn checked on his sister that was groaning....placing a hand on her cheek he pondered. Last time she wasn't this drunk...but he was worried. This time she was pretty out of it.

"I think...I'll grab a change of clothes from her house. But I don't think we should leave her there. She can sleep in my room." Tenn said after some thought. Ryu nodded and began driving in the direction of Olivia's clinic.

Tenn quickly got out of the car and grabbed Olivia's house keys from her purse to get some necessities for his sister.

"Mmmm." Olivia on the other hand groggily opened her eyes.

"Oi..are you alright?" Gaku asked worried. The girl looked around.

She got up slowly and Ryu helped her step out of the car supporting her. "Olivia-san are you alright? Do you need to vomit?"

"I..." Olivia quickly ran to a nearby alley and hunched over. Ryu ran right after her holding her hair back.

Gaku grimaced...not the best way to see an idol of course. He grabbed a bottle of water and approached. "Here...drink some water."

Olivia groggily took the drink still being supported up by Ryu. "...feel..sick....." She muttered.

"Tenn was right..we can't leave her like this...I hope nobody sees though.." Ryu said remembering his scandal.

"It'll be fine oh he's back." Gaku noted seeing Tenn walk out the door locking it.

"I'm back...Oh...she vomited. Thanks for helping guys. Nee-san let's get back into the car." Tenn said taking her from Ryu. Olivia nodded following Tenn back and the three began heading to their apartment.

Tenn took care of Olivia for most of the night until she pretty much emptied her stomach. He gave her some medicine and she finally fell asleep. He was also tired so after cleaning up he fell fast asleep next to Olivia while rubbing her back.

Olivia POV

Sun rays shone brightly into the room making my head feel like it was getting split into two. I opened my eyes allowing them to adjust. I don't have a window in my room though?

Upon opening my eyes I saw white shelves filled with dvd's and CD's and some white and black furniture.

Where.....Placing my hand down I felt something soft. Sure enough it was Tenn, he was fast asleep curled up in a ball beside me. I see this must be his room. I need to thank him later I guess. I winced my head still aching. I fondly patted his locks though.

"...these cow licks really don't go down.." I muttered. Tenn stirred in his sleep. I shouldn't bother him more than this...getting out the bed I headed out the room quietly and walked towards a staircase.

There was a kitchen by it and Tsunashi-san was already awake brewing himself a cup of coffee. He looked back hearing me approach.

"Ah Olivia-san Good morning you're awake already? Do you need anything? Is Tenn awake?" Ryu asked as I sat down at the counter.

"Morning, some coffee then please. Tenn is sleeping like a baby, he probably stayed up all night to take care of me. Sorry about that" I sighed.

Hearing footsteps and another voice pop up. "We couldn't leave you alone drunk and The only time that devil is cute is when he's asleep. " Gaku said walking into the living room he plopped down on the couch. It seemed like he was avoiding me for some reason though....

"Maa,Maa...It's our day off anyways. Here your coffee." Ryu said smiling at me. I see so he's the balancer in this group.

"So~ do you have anymore cute stories of Tenn at all?" Gaku smirked turning back on the couch.

"Ooh~ I want to hear too." Ryu chimed.

I pondered for a bit "Tenn's always been cute though? He's just a Tsundere. He's very overprotective of Riku and when they were really little he would have separation anxiety. Fufufu, these days Riku is anxious if Tenn's gone, but I'd say Tenn is worse." I chuckled remembering something.

"Really? And what was he like when that happened?" Gaku asked.

"Well....."

"Hmmm......" Mom shook her head after checking Riku's temperature. "I don't think he can make it to daycare, Via can you just take Tenn instead?" Mom turned to me and a three year old Tenn holding my hand.

"Waaaahh Tenn-nii!! It hurts" Riku sobbed. Mom soothing him so he wouldn't get another attack.

"Ri...Riku.." Tenn tried to walk inside but I stopped him.

"Tenn you can't go in there, it'll be double the work if you both got sick." I said pulling him back

"But Riku is in pwain Onee-chan!!" Tenn protested. Sighing I knelt down to his height.

"How about this Tenn, Let's make a promise."

"A pwomise?" Tenn asked tilting his head.

"If you play lots today at the daycare. Play enough to beat Riku's fever and he'll get better alright. I pinky swear it." I said holding out my pinky. Tenn was lost looking at Riku then my hand he huffed determined.

"Alwight!" Tenn said holding my pinky.

Mom chuckled seeing the transaction. "What a nice sister."

"Ara~ Utau-chan? And Tenn-kun? Where's your mom and Riku-kun?" The daycare teacher asked. I was about to answer when Tenn beat me to it.

"Riku has a cold!"

The teacher was shocked and put a sympathetic look. "Aw, then you must be lonely Tenn-kun.." she said kneeling.

Tenn shook his head. "Nu-uh I...I pwomised that I'd play enough today to beat Riku's cold. I pinky swore with Onee-chan!"

"Ah Is that so." She smiled at him taking Tenn's hand.

"I'll be off now Sensei, I'll be back later to pick him up. Mom needs my help." I said bowing politely.

"Alright, see you later Olivia-chan." She waved.

Riku's cold went down with enough rest and medicine. He wanted to see his Tenn-nii so he took all of the medicine like a big boy.

Author POV

"Tenn-kun? Tenn-kun? Ah that's where you went." The teacher was running worried she lost a kid during nap time. Instead Tenn was sitting by the gate with a sad expression.

"Sensei.....is Riku better now...." Tenn asked softly.

"O..Of course he is Tenn-kun after all you all played and beat his cold right?" She chuckled kneeling down.

"..." Tenn gave her a skeptical look still gloomy.

"Umm..How about this, if you come with me I'll call your Onee-chan and see if Riku-kun is better?" She said, the day wasn't over yet so she couldn't let him sit out here all day.

"Sensei...is that a pwomise?" Tenn asked his eyes lighting up and he held out his thumb.

"Y-yes of course....haha Tenn-kun a promise is done with your pinky." She chuckled.

"It's alright Sensei." Olivia's voice popped up and their eyes widened seeing the girl carrying a sobbing Riku. "I had a feeling Tenn would be sad, Riku's cold is gone so we came to pick him up early."

Tenn looked at the two shocked standing up.

"Tenn-nii!!" Riku wailed flaying his arms as Olivia put him down.

Tenn fell onto his butt and began letting out lots of tears. "Waaahhh....Riku!!!"

Riku and Olivia watched in surprise before smiling. Riku took Tenn's hand and they smiled at each other.

"Come on let's go home." Olivia chuckled the twins nodded holding hands tightly they waved at the sensei.

"Bai bai!!"

"Awwww That's so cuttee!!! Tenn bursting into tears I wanna see that!" Ryu swooned when Olivia finished.

"Right~ He use to be so cute and honest with his feelings. But then I guess dealing with Riku's illness made him conceal himself more...and me leaving too..." Olivia sighed.

"Haha the bra-" Gaku felt chills cutting himself off.

"Ne~e~sa~n" Tenn's voice said menacingly as Gaku and Ryu shivered. Olivia looked back at him unfased.

"Hmm? Ah good morning Tenn~" She smiled.

"Sigh, come." Tenn huffed dragging her back to his room.

"Please don't tell those two about my past Nee-san I don't need them using anything against me." Tenn sighed annoyed.

"Hahaha sorry Tenn~ you were so cute then I couldn't help it." Olivia said putting her hands together in apology while Tenn took some clothes out of a bag.

"Shit...when Olivia's gone we're dead!" Gaku said sweating buckets.

Olivia POV

"Here, the shower is down the hall. Also do you remember anything from yesterday?" Tenn asked me handing me a bundle of my clothes and doctor's coat.

Tilting my head I shook it. "We just drank no? I don't really remember."

Tenn sighed shaking his head. "This sister of mine...."

"What?! Did I do something bad?!" I panicked.

"You stole Yaotome Gaku's first actual Kiss Nee-san." Tenn deadpanned.

I looked at him shocked. "W-w-wha?!"

I did have a drinking issue, and I get overly clingy when drinking. Sometimes I even kissed Tenn or Riku when I was cuddling them. But I've kissed them since they were babies so it doesn't count.

Placing a hand on my head I tried to think of the events last night. But apart from vomiting I couldn't remember much.

Tenn looked at me disappointed with his hand on his hip. "From the looks of it you really can't remember here...."

"Tenn!! Hehehe You're so cute~~" I coddled Tenn's head giggling.

"Nee-san, you're way too drunk-mmph." Tenn was cut off by me pecking him on the lips.

"What the..." Haruka looked at us in horror.

"Kujo-san....you're siblings right?" Iori sweatdropped.

Tenn struggling managed to shove me off but I pouted reaching out to him. "We....are but when Nee-san gets really drunk...she does this...or any time her brain is fuzzled...Nee-san!" Tenn was glomped by me again.

"Nee-Nee...." Riku pulled me back. Hearing Riku's voice I grinned ear to ear hugging Riku next and attacking him with kisses.

"M'baby brother awww....Riku you're so big now~~" I cooed.

Tenn readjusted himself wiping my lipstick off of himself. "Who even got her to drink so much."

Momo yelped..."Momo-chan....didn't do anything bad.."

Tenn turned to Momo while getting me off of Riku. "Momo-san?"

"Well! It's cause Via-chan kept drinking more and more! So I thought it was fine....." Momo cries.

Tenn sighed placing Olivia on the chair. Gaku who was helping Ryu behind the bar chuckled.

"I guess Tenn does have experience with woman then~ Right Gaku?" Ryu chimed wiping a glass.

"Please she's my older sister. We're not in some weird sibling romance alright. Nee-san is just really affectionate when she's drunk." Tenn deadpanned.

"Haha...I see." Gaku placed a glass of water in front of me. I looked at him through blurry vision as Tenn continued to talk.

"The only real concern is that she'll make a move on anyone she finds attractive in this stat-" Tenn was cut off by shock. Ryu also stopped moving in shock.

I yanked Gaku in by the tie and kissed him on the lips over the counter before sitting back down smirking. "Hehe...Gaku-kun really is handsome."

Gaku took a minute to process the events. He likes tsumugi...he likes tsumugi...right? But those grey eyes that are similar to Tenn's and demeanour when she's claimed victory. His face flushed and he crouched down in shock.

"Gaku! Gaku? Are you alright?!" Ryu asked.

"Nee-san! What are you thinking?!" Tenn scolded me.

"Ehh~ but he's just my type~~besides......"

I groaned as I recalled the events Tenn explained to me. "Oops..."

"Oops is not gonna cut it Nee-san. You should apologize before the others think your some sort of nympho." Tenn said.

"Alright alright." I sighed shrugging him off we were in the shower room and I started taking my clothes off. "At least I'm not overly fond of our Riku like a certain someone."

Tenn's face twitched before returning to normal. "What could you mean by that." I smirked at him left only in my undergarments. Tenn is unfazed since he's use to it I guess?

"Tenn, I'm Riku's doctor. Riku's been asking me some interesting questions lately haha...go easy on him he may be getting better but he's not cured for your fetishes." I smirked. Tenn's face flushed as he stepped out of the bathroom.

"Sh-shush!" Tenn said. Haha he ran away, still my little brothers in that kind of relationship geez. They have the same body too, so is it a form of narcissism? Well Tenn likes Riku's cute nature I guess, so innocent. I guess I'll let them have their fun.

Now now, how should I make it up to sir yaotome........I bit my lip blushing. To think I would be fond enough to kiss him drunk though.

"Gaku-kun.....I'm sorry for my behavior last night...Tenn told me everything. It's a bad habit for me to do that to people I find attractive or interesting when drunk!" I said bowing my head.

Gaku stood in front of me frozen and taken aback. "P-please don't bow your head Olivia...It's alright really!" He frantically got me to raise my head.

"Are you sure? Tenn told me it was your first kiss. It would be better if it was with someone you liked..." I asked tilting my head.

"Pfft.." I saw Tenn laugh at the kitchen counter.

"Tenn!....geez It's fine Olivia.." Gaku sighed scratching the back of his head. He was a good person, I see why Tenn is fond of him.

"But I'm really sorry, I'll make it up to you." I said.

"There's no need......" Gaku said troubled.

"No I insist. First kiss is an experience, and yet this old lady took yours. I'll treat you to dinner or something." I said crossing my arms. "Don't be shy, I have plenty to spend."

"....fine....I'll take you up on that. It doesn't look like you'll let me refuse anyways." Gaku said giving in.

"Glad you caught on. Oh....sigh Sorry I should take this." My phone rang, an unknown number, but I needed to answer. Gaku shrugged joining Tenn in the kitchen as the boys chatted about their next job.

Author POV

"Hello, Olivia speaking." Olivia answered her phone making Tenn look over in curiosity. Olivia's face went sour from something she heard. "Tch....how did you find my number."

Olivia looked over at Tenn and walked over to the counter. Tenn got the message handing her her cigarettes and lighter. Olivia smiled taking the items and walked out to the balcony.

"Oh yeah...I forgot your sister smokes." Gaku chimed.

"She's pretty hardcore haha....Tenn is lucky to have such a cool sister huh.." Ryu chuckled wiping a glass.

"Please, she's just ruining her health. But I have no power to stop her." Tenn huffed shrugging.

After coming back from the phone call Olivia clicked her tongue in anger while closing the balcony door. Throwing her phone on the couch. She plopped down after.

The call was from the Port Mafia's boss Mori. Giving her a condition and contract.

All I need you to do is one more job. If you finish that you have my word. I won't bother you anymore Nanase-kun. That includes your siblings and family of course. I don't want any more pointless fighting, you did quite a number on us. I'll send Chuuya later to fill you in on the details.

Olivia groaned sliding an arm over her face her eyes met with Tenn's. She reached up and pinched his cheek.

It's just one more job and she would be free, including Tenn and Riku. Besides her family was the reason she joined too....she hoped Tenn doesn't remember anything though. From the looks of it he didn't. Jobs were always kill missions, she had many when she was young...her parents didn't know since they were at the club at night. But Tenn would be awake sometimes when she came home...since he was always caring for Riku as he slept. A connection with the port she wish she never made.

"Let go..." Tenn whined snapping Olivia out of her thoughts. He was struggling to get her hand off his cheek. Olivia smiled letting go and he rubbed his cheek in pain.

"Geez, what if it swells Nee-san!" Tenn scolded her. Olivia could only laugh, to others Tenn is scary but to her he's just a pouty tsundere. For him and Riku to live happily Mori knew she'll take the job.

Gaku looked at her weirdly though...she shrugged it off.

"Also Nee-san today's your day off right?" Tenn asked her blushing a bit.

Olivia tilted her head "Yeah why?"

"Since we both have a day off can we spend the day together...since Riku always gets to see you..." Tenn said fidgeting. Olivia's eyes widened, he was being honest she needed to accept. Honest Tenn was a rare Tenn.

"Aww...Of course. What do you want to do Tenn?" She asked smiling fondly.

"Maybe watch a movie...Nee-san you like ghibli films right?" Tenn asked me. I nodded, he was so cute my little brother.

"You sure took your time Via~" Chuuya smirked arrogantly at me from the alley.I scowled at him.

I wore my old combat attire my hair tied up, hidden blades one pistol. Though I was covered by a hood.

"I don't want to waste time Chuuya, what's the mission about?" I tsked. Chuuya chuckled sighing he grabbed a file handing it to me. It was already late at night, the lights in the city seemed a little sad. Or was that me..

I looked over the files. Mori...damn you.

"Don't be so cold, let's wreck havoc like before Via." Chuuya said to me. "You use to be so icy.....but now you lightened up."

Mom and dad were struggling financially when I met Mori-san. It was around the time Tenn and Riku were born. I vowed to give them a good life and took his hand. I didn't care what the job was as long as we could be happy. But what I didn't know was that I fell right back into the port mafia's hand. I tried turning over a leaf working as a doctor. But I was dragged back into the port...I tried to run away but that hurt my family. Splitting us apart.

Chuuya and I were always partnered up for missions, wiping out entire organizations together. But...

"You not bringing anyone in your scary follower group with you?" Chuuya asked me.

"What, you worried I won't be able to do this?" I scoffed making Chuuya tsk. I couldn't involve anyone, this was my final fight then.....we can finally be free.

"M'bad for worrying geez." Chuuya huffed.

"Worry about yourself Chuuya. Just don't be a dead weight." I said coldly smirking. Chuuya was just someone I met through the job, but none the less I knew his capabilities more than anyone.

"What a pain.....so we're wiping out The port Mafia's enemy the Allied association....." I bit my lip, they were not a tough opponent. They just have a shit ton of members.

"Yep, Mori-san also had another thing to mention. Don't bother sparing anyone, slaughter them all." Chuuya said to me seriously. So we were going to run them to the ground no survivors. How long has it been....the last time I committed mass genocide.

I killed countless people.

People with families.

People who begged for their lives.

Sometimes vengeful children too.

But...in this world it's survival of the fittest. I'll kill them in cold blood if it means protecting my family. Even if it eats away at my soul...only Riku and Tenn...Mom and dad matter.

Chuuya and I nodded moving out to infiltrate the building. We started by getting rid of the guards and lackey's. Then we took out each floor in silence. Blood staining our bodies.

"Y-you bastards!!!" I slit the guys throat...that should be the last one. I winced...I let my guard down and got shot in the shoulder I also had a gash on my chest. Geez...I have gotten rusty.

Let's see if Chuuya's done.

"P-please..spare me I have a wife and kids please..." A trembling man on the floor in front of Chuuya said. What was he doing?

Chuuya's bad habit...he's weak to the word family geez. I thought he got better. My eyes widened seeing someone charging with a katana from behind Chuuya. Clicking my tongue I shoved him out of the way.

"Die bastard!!!" The man with the katana yelled. I winced.

"I told you not to be deadweight geez..." I glanced back seeing Chuuya's eyes widen as the blade tore through my abdomen. I coughed out blood.

"Y-you.." Chuuya stuttered and my eyes narrowed pulling out my gun I shot the guy that was begging and then shot the guy that stabbed me 6 times. That is until I fell onto my knees.

"Why did you do that?!" Chuuya yelled.

"Heh...who knows.." I said weakly not bothering to pull the blade out I walked to the door. "Deal with the rest kay Chuuya..." I smiled at him. I didn't hate him, chuuya saved me before. I guess I returned the favour.

"H-hey Wait" Before listening to Chuuya I jumped down from the building running while holding my wounds.

Time Skip

Author POV

"Haah....Haah...." Olivia sat under a bridge near the city cutting the thread. "Done..." Next to her was her emergency first aid kit. It allowed her to operate on herself, at least closing up the wound."I'll have to treat the rest at my clinic..." She sighed looking up at the bridge ceiling.

She looked to the side there was the bloody Katana and her pistol. Her eyes deprived of any emotion she got up slowly tossing the Katana into the river before plopping back down.

She looked at the pistol in her hand. Rolling the barrel she pointed it at her head.

"Bang.." Olivia whispered pulling the trigger only for no bullet to come out. She laughed in pain.

"Are you serious....

Ahahaha." Chuckling she tossed the gun aside in agony. Curling up in a ball she felt tears fall from her eyes. "I can save myself with first aid...but even fate wants me to live....I just wanted to save their lives...all of them..yet at the same time.."

I'm sorry Tenn...Riku...Mom...Dad.... this might be the only way to keep you all safe at this point...

Yaotome Gaku...huh...maybe things could of been different.
