Chapter 9

Calum's POV

I woke up to Misty stirring in her sleep. I loved the way that our bodies were perfectly molded for each other. I laid there not wanting to get out of her grasp.

"Goodmorning."

Misty said with her scratchy voice.

"Morning beautiful."

She laid her head on my bare chest and fell back asleep. I wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her closer to me. I closed my eyes and drifted back to sleep.

About five minutes later I heard my phone go off. Misty woke up and sat up rubbing her eyes.

I took my phone off the nightstand and checked the caller ID.

Mona.

I picked up.

"Hello? Calum?"

Her voice sounded desperate.

"Uhh yeah?"

I scratched the back of my neck turning around to look for Misty but she went into the bathroom to brush her teeth.

"I miss you please come back to me."

"I-i cant."

"Why not?"

"Because I found someone new."

I sighed standing up to find a shirt.

"I know you still love me don't deny it."

"No actually. No I don't."

"Well after that girl you're with breaks your heart don't come back to me asshole."

And with that she hung up angrily. I found a black v neck and took it out of the drawer. I stopped infront of my full body mirror looking at my back. there were nail marks everywhere.

"Calum I'm so sorry about your back."

I was brought back to reality as she stepped out of the bathroom.

"It's fine."

I smiled at her re thinking about last night. I pulled the black shirt over to cover my scratch marks. She sat down checking her phone again. Wow she was still wearing my clothes. She looks even more beautiful everyday I spend time with her. I smiled at myself wondering why she was here with me out of all the people in the world.

"What are you smiling at?"

She said smiling over her phone. She put her phone down and stared at me. I stood up and walked over to her.

"Nothing you're just beautiful that's all."

I leaned down and kissed her forehead.

"Oh."

She blushed. I loved it when she blushes.

"I'm hungry."

She said standing up.

"I'll go make pancakes?"

"Yeah sure."

She sat on the kitchen counter watching me sing one of our new songs. The only reason.

"Goodmorning Misty! Morning Cal!"

I hear the boys say as they walk into the kitchen.

"Do you want pancakes too?"

They all nodded in agreement and sat down at the table. I turned around to serve the plates but I was stopped by the boys staring and smiling at me.

"What?"

I questioned them as I gave them each a pancake.

"Nothing really."

Michael answered still smiling.

"Guys tell me why are you smiling?"

I looked at Misty for help but she just shrugged her shoulders and came down from the counter.

"Nothing really I just didn't know where you got those scratch marks on your neck from."

Luke answered chuckling.

Shit fuck.

I stared at them wide eyed as Ashton spoke as well.

"I went to the bathroom in the hall last night and I could've sworn a ghost was moaning Misty's name through your door mate."

He said smirking.

"Uh then you're crazy mate."

I shook my head trying to keep my smile in. Misty sat next to me giving me a small smile.

"So did you sleep well or..."

Michael tried to start but Luke interrupted him.

"Did you guys do it?"

"Luke!"

I shouted and dropped my fork. He raised his hands up for protection.

"Fuck you all."

I flipped them all off. I heard Misty giggle as I did so.

"It's okay man we all know what you did last night."

Ashton said smiling at Misty. She blushed again exposing our already exposed secret.

As we all cleaned up. I made Luke do the dishes because he pissed me off. I also made Ashton and Michael clean the table.

We walked back to my room wondering where to go today.

"Where do you want to go today M?"

"I don't know actually. Where do you want to go?"

She asked me.

"I'll go wherever you go."

I answered simply.

"Well wherever we're going can we please go back to Jess's so I can find something to wear other than a dress today?"

"Yes of course let me get ready."

She laid back down staring at me as I took my shirt off and pulled on a black hoodie. Before I took my shorts off I heard her turn her head and look the other way.

"You know you've seen me naked before. I don't understand why you're so shy M."

I chuckled and I saw her blushing as well.

"Well I just feel uncomfortable that's all."

She nervously laughed as I pulled on black jeans.

"Okay you can look now."

She turned her head slightly before turning her whole body towards me.

"Are you just going to wear that?"

I eyed my shirt and shorts on her. she just shrugged and stood up.

"I'm going to change at Jess's anyways so might as well wear this."

She smiled shyly.

"It's comfortable by the way."

I came up and hugged her kissing her lips.

"You're too perfect for me."

As I turned off the car engine she unbuckled her seat belt. I jumped out of the car opening the door up for her.

"Thank you."

She quietly said.

We entwined our fingers as she struggled to stick the key in the door to unlock it. She managed to open the door.

"Jess?"

She yelled for her name.

"I'm home! And Calum's here with me too!"

No one replied.

"She's probably sleeping in her room."

She let go of my hand and went upstairs urging me to come with her so I did. She opened her door and her room was still a mess.

"You should probably clean this before Jess sees it."

I tell her as she sorted through her clothes finding something to wear.

"Mmmhm."

She answers not looking up. She finds skinny jeans and a plain white shirt.

"I'll be right back."

"Misty."

I groaned hoping she would come back.

"What?"

She popped her head back into her room.

"You know you can change in here I mean I've see-"

"Calumm"

She blushed smiling. I laughed for making her blush too much. she shook her head and walked to the bathroom.

She came out a couple minutes later fixing her hair into a high pony tail.

"Do you want to go to the mall or something?"

She shrugged.

"I don't know last time I was there I got cussed at by a psychotic girl."

She giggled referring to Mona.

I stood up and kissed her forehead.

"Well now it won't happen again."

She leaned her head onto my chest and sighed.

"Can we go sight seeing today?"

"Yeah sure."

Misty managed to find this street that was always full of activities and little vintage shops about 30 minutes away from Jess's house.

We walked around until I smelled something delicious.

"Do you smell that?"

I asked her as she looked into this store that sold toys. she nodded and walked out searching for the source of the smell. It was coming from a small chocolate shop about 5 stores down.

We bought hot chocolate and kept walking around. We passed a shop that sold everything sports. I told her I was going to go into this one while she went into a shop full of clothes. We split up momentarily which I then soon regretted.
