Chapter 20

"Cody, get out the bathroom!" I shouted as I knocked on the door for the millionth time. After a few minutes he came out. "What took you so long?" I asked with my hands on my hips. "I was doing my hair." He knocked one of my hands off my hip.

"You can do it out here, we have check out in an hour and I need to get ready." I told him and walked in the bathroom. I quickly showered and then dried myself. I left my hair to fall naturally and applied my makeup and perfumes.

I changed into some denim shorts and tights with a plain blue shirt. I tucked the shirt into my shorts but pulled it out so it was baggy. I put on some blue supras and then packed. "Guys, we need to leave now!" Justin came into the room.

"Where's Cody?" I asked. "Him and the other guys left already, you girls and me have a car waiting for us downstairs." "Oh good." "Cody's got two of your suitcases with him." Alli told me. "I figured when I could only find one." I smiled and pulled up the handle.

"Alrighty, let's go!" I shouted as I walked out the bedroom with my case. We went to the main desk to give in our keys and then went and got into our car. There was still fans when we left which was pretty cool.

"Let me show you to your dressing room." Justin said as he pulled me down the hall. "I get my own?" I asked excited. "Yeah!" "Oh my gosh! I'm famous!" I joked and fanned myself. Justin laughed at me.

"Oh look and you have a present in here." Justin pointed out as he opened the door, I walked in. "Aww!" I cooed as I picked up the massive teddy. It was half the size of me! "Who's this from?" "Who do you think?" "I love that guy!"

Justin left the room, Alli sat on my couch. "He left me a note." I said as I picked up the paper. "What does it say?" Alli asked, I read it in my head first and then out loud. "It says 'see you out there, superstar' and he's signed it." I said and showed her.

"I want your boyfriend!" She moaned. "He's your brother!" I laughed. "I want a boyfriend like yours then." She corrected, I giggled. "I'm hungry, shall we go out and eat?" I asked. "Yeah, let's go and tell Matt or someone first." Alli left, I followed after her.

"Have you seen Matt?" Alli asked a guy I don't know. "He's with Cody." "Where's Cody?" "They're not here." He said, I shrugged. "Well if he gets here before we get back, tell him we've gone to get food?" "Okay."

We left the arena and searched the town for some food. "Hey, is that Flo?" I asked as I noticed a guy who looked an awful lot like him. "Might be, I don't know." Alli shrugged. "Yeah, because there's Cody and Matt." I pointed.

"What are they doing?" She asked, I shrugged. "Why are they outside a jewlers?" She questioned. "I have no clue." I said and carried on walking. "Don't you want to find out?" She asked, I shrugged again. "Not really fussed." I told her and then she caught up with me.

"Shall we get a subway?" I asked as I stopped outside the fast food restraunt. "Yeah!" Alli shouted and walked inside, I laughed and followed her. We ordered our food and sat down together. "I wanna go get a smoothie after this." She said.

"You are obsessed with smoothies." I laughed. "They're good for you." "The one's I have aren't." "You have milkshakes." "I call it a chocolate smoothie." We both laughed.

"Here, taste mine." Alli passed me her drink as we walked out of the smoothie and milkshake store. "It's too healthy for me." I told her and carried on drinking my drink. "We need to go back soon, it's nearly three." Alli said.

"So what?" "Cody starts meet and greets at four." "So?" "Don't you want to see him before?" "I think the teddy was a distraction from going to see him. I think he wants to see me on stage, hence the note." I told her.

"Okay, but I wanna go back." "To see Jake?" I asked, she gave me a look. "What? It was just a question." I smirked. "I don't know what you're up to." She narrowed her eyes at me, I did the same. "I don't know what you're up to." I repeated her.

"Jake!" Alli greeted as we walked down the hall, I followed her. "Sup Jakey." I high fived him. "Sup Lonnie." Matt came round the corner. "Lauren, you have to go and get ready in 20 minutes." He told me. "Okay.."

"Tracy and Janice will be doing you second to last." "Okay." "You'll have three changes during the show." "Alrighty." I smiled at him and sat down. "Lon, you don't mind me filming you getting your hair and makeup done do you?" Flo asked. "That's fine with me." I smiled.

I went to my dressing room, hung up was three outfits. The first was the one we wore yesterday on stage. The second was a purple, sparkly all in one. It covered my arms but not my legs, I had black heels to wear with that.

The third outfit was a white belly top and white pants. The pants were baggy at the thigh and then got tighter, I had white hightops to wear with this. My hair was straight and down for the whole thing.

Once Tracy and Janice had finished my hair was straight ready for showtime and my makeup was done. My eyes had a lot of eyeliner, on the top and the bottom and I had thick eye lashes. My lips were more subttle, they were a light pink color.

"Cody's on in five minutes!" Matt said as he opened the door. "Okay, get out. I need to change." I pushed him out the door and changed quickly. I walked out and Matt was outside. "You ready?" He asked.

I took a deep breath in and then let out a big sigh. "Ready." I told him, we started to walk to where I enter the stage. "Lauren! Good luck! We're going to be watching you!" Alli told me and hugged me. I hugged her back.

The music started and I heard Cody's voice, I went into a zone. My cue sounded and I was on, this is it. Can't mess up now. It felt amazing to be up on stage doing what I've always dreamed of doing and it was even better to be doing it with someone I love.

Once the show was over I went straight back to my dressing room and got in the shower. I changed into my onsie which I had brought with me and tied my hair up into a messy bun. I applied a little makeup and then sat on the couch with my teddy.

"What've you called him?" Cody asked, I looked up. He closed the door and sat with me on the couch. "Umm.. Ted." I smiled. "That's creative." Cody joked, I laughed. "I have something for you." "What is it?" I asked.

"Stand up." Cody said as he stood up, I did the same. "Turn around." I did as I was told. "Close your eyes." He told me, I did so. I felt something cold on my neck, I opened my eyes and looked in the mirror infront of me.

"Did I say open?" "It's beautiful!" I ignored him and admired the necklace he'd just put around my neck. It was silver and had half a heart on it, I picked it up and gently ran my thumb over it. "It's engraved." Cody told me.

"Your half says forever and my half.." He got his keys out his pocked and showed me a keyring with the other half of the heart. "My half says always." I smiled as I ran my finger over the letters on his keyring.

"I love it." I wrapped my arms around his neck, he wrapped his around my waist. "I love you." He said, I kissed him. Our lips moved together slowly and passionatly. Cody pulled away, I tried to kiss him again but he stepped back.

"We gotta go, get on the bus." He said, I nodded and picked up my teddy. "Let's go." He grabbed my hand and we left. Cody carried my things in one hand and held my hand with the other. There was fans taking pictures of us and things while we got on the bus.

I went straight to my bunk and got under the blankets. "We're doing a ustream, are you not coming?" Cody asked, I shook my head. "We're in the back if you want us." He kissed my head and walked through the door. My eye lids got heavy very quickly, before I could fight it I was completly out of it.

I woke up about an hour later to shouting, I opened my eyes and slid out of bed. I braught the blankets with me as I walked into the back of the bus. Cody looked up at me. "Did we wake you?" He asked, I nodded.

"Come sit down." He patted the seat next to him. I sat next to him and leaned on him, I covered myself with the blanket and looked at the computer. They were still on ustream. "Can you roll your tongue?" Jake read one of the questions.

They all tried it, I laughed at them. "Lauren can." Cody said, I shook my head. "Nooo, I'm sleepy." I refused. "Do it, come on." He encouraged, I rolled my eyes and did it. "How do you do it?" Alli tried it again. "You just do it, it doesn't take much." I giggled.

"Here's a good question, even we want to know this. Cody, Lauren, what made you stop hating each other so soon?" Alli asked, I looked at Cody. "I don't know, I guess it all started when I pretended to drown." I giggled at the memory.

"Oh shut up." Cody sushed me. "Oh my gosh! I have to tell everyone about that." Alli said and then started on the story. I laughed the whole way through, Cody wasn't impressed. "What did you expect me to do? Stand there and watch?" He defended himself.

"No but you were so scared, you should of seen your face!" I laughed harder, Alli and Jake were laughing too. "It wasn't funny." He stated, I tried to hide my laugh. "I still hate her." He said to the camera.

"Yeah, of course." Jake said sarcastically. Cody kissed my temple, I looked at him. "Are you still tired?" He asked quietly, I shook my head but then yawned. "Okay, you need to go to bed." He said. "No, I don't want to." I refused.

"You need sleep, you're going to bed." He said and got up, I moved along the couch and held onto Jake. Cody tried to pick me up but I held onto Jake tighter. Cody won, he carried me to his bunk and put me on it.

"This is your bunk." I told him. "I can't lift you that high." He said and helped me under the blankets. "We'll be 15 more minutes and then I'll join you." I nodded and hid my face in his pillow. Cody walked out. He came back with my blankets, kissed my forehead and then left again.
