Abigail's POV

I drove up the the church where Coach Buzzer's funeral is being held. I'm honestly not in the best mood but I've gotta do what I do best, put on a smile.

I looked back at Mia who was asleep in her car seat. When we flew out to New England, we had to get rental cars, obviously. My dad told me that they would get a car big enough for all eight of us that came but lone behold Roxanne, "accidentally" got one that only seated six. That means that they'd all be riding in one car with Rita and I had to spend a whole extra HOUR getting my own rental car.

To say I was pissed would be an understatement.

"Hollywood!" I heard someone shout outside. I looked out the window and saw Kurt McKenzie walking towards my dad's car. I got out and went to Mia's door. I opened it and gently rubbed her arm.

"Mia, baby. Come on it's time to get up." I said softly.

Her eyes fluttered open then she rubbed her eyes before yawning and stretching her arms. I swear, she wakes up like every Disney princess to exist.

I unbuckled her seatbelt and lifted her onto my hip. She laid her head on my shoulder and closed her eyes again.

I closed her door, grabbed my backpack with her extra stuff in it, and walked around to my dad and his friends.

"Little Abby Feder!?" Kurt exclaimed. I held my arms out and moved my head from side to side.

"Hell yeah." I smirked making both him and my dad's friends laugh.

"Hey, who's this one?" Higgins asked and motioned to Mia who was now sleeping with her head on my chest. "I didn't know you and Roxanne had another kid." he hit my dad's shoulder.

"Oh she's not mine." Dad said. My eyes widened at how that made it sound towards Roxanne.

"She's mine." I quickly cut in as Kurt and Marcus opened their mouths to talk.

"What do you mean yours?" Kurt asked with furrowed brows.

"She's my daughter." I said quietly. Their eyes widened and they looked at my dad who pursed his lips. That look on his face. The look of disappointment.

I know he's probably embarrassed because he's seeing his friends for the first time in years and oh surprise! My daughter got herself knocked up and had a baby at 17!

Before anymore awkward conversation could go on, a car rolled up behind us.

"Hey now!" Eric Lamonsloff greeted.

"Lamonsoff! Rolling up in a caddy?" Dad asked him. Eric's wife got out with the kids and my eyes stopped on their oldest son.

No, it can't be...

He looked over at me and shot me a smile. Lucas Lamonsloff. Damn, he got hot.

Like really hot.

He helped his little brother out of the car before smirking and walking over to me.

"Abigail Feder." he spoke.

"Lucas Lamonsoff." I smirked right back.

"How you been?" he asked.

"Well," I looked down at Mia, "not the best. But as good as I can be. What about you?"

"Well besides my dad breaking my basketball hoop and then our above ground pool all in the time span of three hours, amazing." he said sarcastically.

"How do you break an above ground pool?" I asked as we started walking up to the church.

"I don't even know but you put enough pressure on one side and bam, done for."

I laughed a little and adjusted Mia in my arms.

"Who's this little one?" he asked and motioned to my daughter.

"Uh, she's--" I couldn't answer because the sound of Roxanne yelling at me was heard.

"Abigail!" I looked over and saw her snapping her fingers at me. "Let's go!"

I sighed and turned to Lucas. "I'll see you after the service." he smiled at me and I walked over to my family.

Let's do this.

My dad made a beautiful speech in honor of Coach Buzzer and I think it finally hit me that he's gone.

Rob started singing this horrible song that caused Mia to wake up and cover her ears. I rubbed her back as he finally finished. Marcus made a buzzer noise making everyone burst out laughing.

"Grow up, will you?" Rob shouted. I couldn't help but laugh.

"Oh don't get so mad there Robbie." Dad said.

After the service was done we all went outside where there were tables set up and food for everyone.

After making a plate for myself that I would share with Mia I went and sat next to Kurt and Lucas under a small structure.

"Mommy I want some milk." Bean came running up to his mom. I looked at Lucas who let out a huff and leaned his head back.

"Oh sure Angel. Come here. I'll give you a little something." what I was not expecting was for Sally to start breastfeeding him.

I covered Mia's eyes and Roxanne covered Becky's. Kurt nudged my side and motioned for me to scoot over making me hide a laugh.

"Your son is so cute." Roxanne told Eric. "How old is he?"

"Oh he's 48 months." Eric nodded.

"That's four." Kurt pointed out.

"Yeah."

"We meant to stop last year but he likes it so much and we don't like to say no." Sally said.

I looked up at Lucas who was shaking his head disapprovingly. Oh how embarrassed he must be.

"God Mia isn't even breastfeeding anymore." I mumbled. Kurt snorted from beside me.

"Hey sweetheart." Sally called to Donna. "Could you use a fork please?"

"No, no, no, no. NO!" Donna squished her cake and threw some one the floor.

"Looks like she didn't get the memo." Kurt commented making Eric and I laugh.

"I swear I'm the only normal child in this family." Lucas grumbled from beside me.
