"JAKE!!!" I said running towards the group.

"She's here so let's go!" Jake said.

We all walked to an arcade in city centre. Yes, our school was near there.

We stood infront of the arcade in amazement. The arcade had some people but not many. It looked like it was about to rain so not many people were there.

"So.. what games are you good at?" Sunghoon asked me.

"Uhh..I don't really have a specific game I'm good at." I replied.

"Hm.. you wanna play the shooting game?" He asked me.

"Which one?" I asked.

"That one! The goblin one." Sunghoon pointed to 2 guns in a machine.

"Let's go!" I said.

He grabbed my arm and dragged me over there.

No one's pov

"Soo.. what do the rest of you guys wanna do?" Jake asked everyone.

"Ni-Ki? Are you good at claw machines?" Sunoo asked.

"Not really.. my luck is shit." Ni-Ki replied.

"Ugh.. okay fine I'll go by myself then." Sunoo said walking over to the claw machines.

"Do you just wanna watch those two play against each other and then figure it out after?" Jake asked.

"Hmm.. alright let's go." Ni-Ki said walking over to the two playing against each other.

"Who's beating who?" Jake skipped over to them asking the two players.

"No! Come on shoot faster machine gun!" Sunghoon yelled.

"WOOHOO! TRIPLE KILL!" Y/n yelled.

"I think we know.." Ni-Ki said.

There appeared a countdown on the big screen.

"10 SECONDS LEFT!" Jake yelled.

Y/n was smirking as she spammed all of the buttons on her machine gun.

Sunghoon was very focused and was doing the same except in panic.

"DONE! Game over!" Jake said.

Both y/n and Sunghoon sighed and relaxed.

"Who's the winner?" Ni-Ki asked.

The scoreboard came up.

"ME!" Y/n cheered.

"Y/N GOT 75 THOUSAND POINTS?!" Jake yelled being in absolute shock.

"I thought you weren't good at video games!" Sunghoon whined.

"Nop-" y/n got cut off.

"Nope. Y/n's a god at shooting games. She's just humble.. well until you play her.." Ni-Ki said.

The rest of them just plainly stared at Ni-Ki.

"What..?" Ni-Ki said.

"And you know this how?" Sunghoon asked.

Ni-Ki panicked and looked at y/n.

Y/n just glared at him.

'Make up an excuse!' Was what her glare meant.

"We-.. she.. sent me a video of her and her sister playing!" Ni-Ki said.

Y/n glared at Ni-Ki.

"Y/n you have a sister?" Jake asked.

Y/n sighed and facepalmed.

"No I don't. That was my COUSIN. Wasn't it Riki?" Y/n tried clearing the situation.

"Oh..! Right." Ni-Ki added.

The other two guys brushed it off.

"Hey guys!" Sunoo walked over to the silent atmosphere with a plastic bag filled with something. He also had a huge fox plushie.

"You wanna explain?" Y/n said.

"Explain what?" Sunoo asked cluelessly.

Y/n pointed to the bag and plushie.

"Ohh!! Right. These are my prizes from the claw machines." Sunoo said showing his bag filled with mini plushies and figurines.

"YOU WON ALL OF THESE?" Jake asked.

"Well.. yeah? I'm not the best at the claw machines but some random guy taught me how to do it." Sunoo explained.

Y/n walked over and grabbed Sunoo's arm.

Sunoo just looked as puzzled as everyone else.

"Let's go best friend. You're gonna teach me." Y/n said dragging him to the claw machines.

"You guys wanna go or keep playing?" Ni-Ki asked.

"Let's play!" Jake said and seated Ni-Ki and handed him a gun.

Ni-Ki and Jake were playing the goblin killer game whilst y/n and Sunoo were fetching stuff from the claw machines.

Sunghoon on the other hand was at a vending machine getting Cola.

Sunghoon's phone rang.

"Hello?" Sunghoon answered.

Ni-Ki and Jake were still playing the game. There was 1 minute left.

They finished playing.

"Woohoo! I win!" Ni-Ki cheered and boasted.

Sunghoon walked over to the two.

"Guys. Jungwon and the other two won't make it today. They said that they're really tired and are gonna go rest since the festival is tomorrow." Sunghoon announced.

"Aww. Well.. we'll see them tomorrow so I guess it's fine." Jake said.

They went over to play some games and a lot of time went by.

Jake and Ni-Ki stood up from the game and the three boys were walking over to the claw machines.

"YEAH! I GOT ONEE!!" Sunoo cheered.

"LUCKY!" Y/n said pouting.

"Hey guys. What's up?" Sunghoon said.

"I stood here for 10 minutes explaining the process of winning and she couldn't get it. She tried 7 times and failed." Sunoo said.

"I think it's just my luck.." y/n whined.

"I wanna play. Teach me!" Jake said.

"Which plushie did you wanna get anyway?" Sunghoon asked.

"Uh.." y/n got embarrassed.

"You wanted the black cat with the marshmallow on its head. Didn't you?" Ni-Ki said.

Y/n looked at him.

"Yeah.. I did. How did you.." y/n said.

"You like black cats don't you? They're your favourite." Ni-Ki said.

"Dude.. you sure you two aren't like secret lovers or something?" Sunghoon said.

Both of them stared at each other and then at Sunghoon.

"NO." They both said in sync.

"Yeah.. sure, sure." Sunghoon snickered.

Y/n stared back at the claw machine.

She had a defeated expression on her face.

'I really wanted that plushie.. it's so cute.' Y/n's lips curved into a little sad shape.

Sunoo and Jake ended up playing for some time and y/n wanted to get some air.

"Are we going?" Sunoo asked.

"I think I'll just wait outside until you guys are finished." Y/n said.

She softly smiled and left the arcade.

She leaned her back against a wall. It was already dark outside.

'Jeez what time is it?' Y/n opened her phone to check.

Her face was shocked.

'9.23pm?! And it's already dark?! We've played for a long time..' y/n thought not realising how much time really went past.

Yes they played the goblin game a lot but they also played other games.

'I'm pathetic for getting upset over some plushie.' Y/n thought.

'But I'm more pathetic for not even being able to get it.' She thought.

She sighed and looked up at the night sky.

It was a very dark blue.

There were lights from other buildings and stores that also made it very city like.

She was just standing there taking some deep breaths as someone joined her.

"Y/n. You look a bit depressed. Are you okay?" Sunghoon asked.

He leaned his back on the wall next to her.

"Woah am I dreaming or is Park Sunghoon being sweet?" Y/n said.

Sunghoon just looked at her bluntly.

"I'm kidding. And yeah I'm fine. I'm just tired from school. I'm so glad it's finally over for the summer." Y/n said stretching her arms up.

"Oh and by the way.. here." Sunghoon handed over a black cat plushie with a marshmallow on its head.

"Wait but-" y/n said.

"It's not from me! Read the note." Sunghoon said lifting his back off the wall.

"I'm going back inside to get the others. Stay here and don't move." Sunghoon said.

Y/n got left alone and watched Sunghoon walk away.

She looked down at the plushie and seen the little tag and read it.

'What a liar.. he doesn't even like plushies.' Y/n smiled while looking at the plushie.

She just kept smiling and letting the early summer wind blow through her hair.

Sunoo and Jake creeped up on y/n and scared her.

"Y/N NANAKI!" They both yelled in unison.

"FUCK!" Y/n got scared and dropped her plushie on the concrete.

"Oh my fucking god! You scared the shit out of me!" Y/n whined and bent down to pick up her plushie.

Sunghoon and Ni-Ki came from around the corner.

"Yo." Sunghoon said.

Both Ni-Ki and Sunghoon were looking down at y/n.

Y/n quickly stood up.

She just stayed silent.

Sunoo felt something was up.

"Y/n? You're a bit silent." Sunoo said.

Y/n didn't say anything. And dropped down to the ground.

The guys got shocked and Sunoo started panicking.

"Y/n? What's going on?" Sunoo asked, bending down.

"I... don't think I can move my foot." Y/n said.

"What do you mean? It was fine earlier." Jake asked.

"No.. it wasn't fine. I took some painkillers this morning. I sprained it from dancing. I was at the studio on Tuesday." Y/n explained.

The others just listened and looked a bit sorrowful.

"I just didn't know it would kick in today.." y/n sighed.

Ni-Ki got annoyed.

"Enough talking." Ni-Ki said.

To everyone surprised he walked over and picked y/n up.

He carried her on his back.

"Let's go guys." Ni-Ki said.

Y/n just was absolutely puzzled.

"Uhh.. so.. okay. Let's go then." Jake said.

Sunoo just grinned and skipped with his bags of prizes.

Sunghoon just followed behind them.

"You guys go ahead. I'll take her home. My home is near that way anyway." Ni-Ki said.

"Ohhh! Ni-Ki sweet gentleman!" Sunoo teased.

"Watch out man. Stay safe." Sunghoon said.

Jake just waved and Ni-Ki nodded and walked off with a sleeping y/n on his back.

Ni-Ki was just silently carrying y/n slowly. He didn't have any problems because y/n was light and he was a basketball player so there wasn't a struggle.

Y/n was snuggled against Ni-Ki's back.

"Mmm.." y/n let out little noises in her sleep.

"Riki.. ri.. ki.." she said whilst still being asleep.

Ni-Ki just grinned and looked to his side.

She got even closer and snuggled against the back of his neck.

He felt his breath hitch as he felt her lips on the back of his neck.

Ni-Ki felt goosebumps run through his body.

Y/n was slowly slipping from his grip so he bounced her back into a comfortable position.

Y/n slightly woke up.

She was very dazed and still didn't understand what was going on.

"Ni-Ki.." y/n said.

Ni-Ki looked to his side while still walking.

"You aren't calling me Riki?" Ni-Ki replied.

"Mmm.. why should I.. you hate me don't you?" Y/n said being completely dazed and talking truthfully being unaware of the situation.

Ni-Ki thought about that.

"Yeah. I do hate you." Ni-Ki replied.

"You don't like me yourself don't you?" Ni-Ki said.

"Mmm.. you're right. I don't like you. I hate you." Y/n replied.

"Why do you hate me?" Ni-Ki asked still carrying her.

"Mm.. I don't know." Y/n sighed still mumbling her words a little.

She hugged Ni-Ki tighter and giggled.

"I like your scent. It's relaxing." Y/n said smiling against his back.

She was still dazed and was practically drunk.

She wasn't actually, she just didn't know what was happening.

Ni-Ki felt his cheeks heat up a little.

"Is that so? What else do you like about me?" Ni-Ki smirked.

"Hmm.. I like.." y/n mumbled.

"Your scent.. your hair.. the way you dance.." y/n mumbled.

"What else?" Ni-Ki smirked to himself.

"I like your eyes.. but most importantly.." y/n mumbled still cluelessly snuggling against Ni-Ki.

"Most importantly?" Ni-Ki asked.

"I love your lips." Y/n said shamelessly.

Ni-Ki paused and stopped walking.

His ears turned a darker shade of red.

A little downward embarrassed smile creeped up on his face.

"Oh really?.. Wow.." Ni-Ki tried to play it off.

"Yeah they're so soft.. and they're red. Much prettier than a girls." Y/n said.

They ended up infront of y/n's flat and Ni-Ki slowly let y/n of his back.

She was about to fall but Ni-Ki grabbed her.

"Hehe.. I wish I could kiss them again-" Ni-Ki then covered her mouth with his hand.

"You need to stop talking..! Or you'll regret it later when you remember." Ni-Ki said feeling embarrassed on how shameless she was.

Even if it's ridiculous, she still wasn't awake.

She then placed her hand on top of the one he had on her mouth.

And since his other hand was supporting her from falling, she used her other hand to bring their faces together.

Since she couldn't access his lips, she made him lean in to kiss his hand.

The hand that he had over her lips.

If he removed that, they'd be kissing.

She then stopped and took his hand off.

Ni-Ki just stood there processing everything that happened.

"I- uh.." Ni-Ki said.

Y/n fell into his arms.

"Riki. I can't walk. Help me again. Y/n said without mumbling this time." She finally woke up.

"Oh.. did you finally sober up?" Ni-Ki asked.

"Yeah.. I can't remember anything that happened. My foot is killing me though." Y/n said.

"Relax I'll carry you upstairs." Ni-Ki said.

And without any words said Ni-Ki once again lifted her on his back.

"I'll open the doors don't worry Riki." Y/n started speaking Japanese.

"Okay." He also replied in Japanese.

They got to her apartment and she was already inside.

"Thanks for everything Riki. I appreciate you carrying me." Y/n said sounding genuine.

"It's fine. Oh yeah.. here." Ni-Ki reached into his little bag to give her the plushie.

"Thanks. It is surprising you managed to get THIS specific one. That's as if you TRIED to get it. It was in the very end." Y/n said trying to catch him out.

"Oh.. yeah it just happened." Ni-Ki said.

"Alright, well I'm going so bye." Ni-Ki said.

"Bye!- OH WAIT RIKI!" Y/n grabbed his sleeve.

"I didn't say or do anything weird right? Sometimes I sleep talk or just do things that actually are.." y/n said avoiding eye contact.

Ni-Ki just smirked.

Y/n looked up at him because of the silence. She seen him smirk.

"We'll never know." Ni-Ki said.

Y/n got annoyed.

"I hate you." Y/n said

"I hate you too." Ni-Ki smiled.

He left and y/n closed the door trying to regain her memories from earlier.

She decided to wash up and sleep on it.
