Chapter 6 (Kiss)

Days passed, Jennie and Lisa became closer and comfortable with each other.

They ate lunch together, sometimes Lisa will exchange seats with Irene and sit beside Jennie.

Today is Friday and tonight will be their sleepover to start their Thesis.

Jennie is walking towards her locker when she noticed a familiar girl standing. She didn't saw the face since the girl is facing back.

But the long blonde hair, her body figure, she's sure that it's Lisa.

She saw that Lisa is talking friendly with a girl, she's about to go when she noticed that the girl gave Lisa a quick kiss on her lips.

Jennie walks faster then headed to the classroom instead of going to the locker.

She will put her books that's why she went there but because of those scenarios that she has witnessed, she didn't push through.

Lisa: Why did you kiss me, Tzuyu?

Tzuyu: To thank you and it's just a friendly kiss, you know.

Lisa knows that Tzuyu has a big crush on her since last year. It's just she's not ready for commitment. She just flirts with those guys or girls who are into her but never been serious towards them.

Lisa: Okay!  I'll go ahead. I still have a class...

Tzuyu: See you around, Lisa.

"Jennie, where's Lisa? We need to go now."Jisoo asked

Jennie just shrugs her shoulder.

Lisa enters the classroom. "Wazzup gays"!

"Where have you been, we've been looking for you".Joy asked

"Hmm. Just have some stuff to finished".Lisa answered

"Shall we go"? Jisoo asked

Suddenly someone called Lisa, she answered the call.

Lisa: Hello?...

Ahm, guys, I think you should go now, I'll be there after a minute. I just need to talk to someone..then Lisa goes out.

Jennie heard it and she thinks that maybe it's just one of those students that flirt with Lisa.

She's really a flirt, Jennie whispered.

"Are you saying something, Jennie "? It's Irene who asked

"Ah. Eh, I said we need to go now".Jennie answered back.

Jennie didn't bring a car today. They used Irene's car earlier together with Joy when they went to school.

Jisoo and Jennie ride with Seulgi's car while Joy with Irene.

They're now going to Jisoo's place. No one's around at their house that's why it's the perfect place for them to study.

While on their way...

Jennie: This place seems familiar. I think I've been here before. But not really sure.

Jisoo: Really?  Nothing's changed in this place aside from the park which became bigger. We're living here since birth. Oh, we're here now, you can park here.

Finally, they arrived. They ordered their dinner outside. Everyone is now in the living room and preparing things to do while waiting for their food and Lisa.

--"Bambam you know that I can't ".Lisa defended

"But why? You're a good dancer and we really need you in our department ".Bambam explained.

Lisa: You know that I already stopped dancing since that incident happened.

Lisa was involved in an accident when she was in Junior High during their cheer dance competition, she had a head accident that time that's why she was hospitalized for almost a month, her mom was so worried about her. Which caused her to struggled for severe anxiety worrying to her only daughter. After that day, she promised her mom that she's not going to do any dance-related anymore.

Bambam: This is safe. We're not going to do any lifting here. It's just pure dance. Hip-hop, modern dance. It's different from cheer dance.

Lisa: yah! I know the difference. But let me think about it.

She missed dancing, it's been 5years and her body misses it. She can only dance every time she's in the bathroom.

But she promised to her Mom. On a side note, Bambam is right.

There's no harm to it.

Bambam is her friend since Highschool. They became friends because of dancing.

It's already 6 PM, I have to go -Lisa bid goodbye to him

Lisa drives and texted Jisoo that she's on her way. She parked her car at there own garage and change her clothes before going to Jisoo's place. It's just 2 houses away from home.

Lisa entered the house and saw that her friends are at Dining eating. Their things are scattered in the living room.

Hi guys, sorry did I missed anything? Lisa happily greeted everyone she seated beside Jennie since that's the only available seat.

Irene: You're just on time, if you didn't arrive on time you can order your own food because for sure we can finish all of this.

They laughed.

Lisa sat and start eating. Jennie accidentally choked, Lisa got panic and gave her a glass of water.

Here, drink this. While patting Jennie's back.

Irene: Careful, Jen.

Jennie: Thank you, I'm fine now.

After dinner. Jisoo, Joy, and Seulgi wash the dishes while Irene, Lisa, and Jennie started now in the living room.

After 30 mins, the three who's done in the dining headed to the living room.

"Were done, how we can help ".Jisoo asked

"Here, you can find the definitions of these, you can create the glossary first while I'm doing the preface and chapter one". Jennie instructed

"Jennie, how can I help you ". Lisa sit near Jennie

"Ahm, you can help Seulgi instead, I can manage ".Jennie answered coldly

Lisa: Do we have a problem?

Jennie: None, why?

Lisa: Because you're not talking to me since earlier and it's unusual.

Jennie: I'm just trying to focus.

Lisa: Okay. (Lisa was sad, she can feel that something's not right.)

Jennie on the other side felt a bit of guilt.

Lisa didn't do anything to her. She became cold because of what she saw earlier. But it's not Lisa's fault. She betrayed her. Lisa is about to stand up when Jennie held here hand. And she just stares on the girl who's still holding her hand right now.

Jennie: Please sit and kindly proofread this. (Lisa followed, her face is just an inches away to Jennie's face while her attention is on the laptop.

We're all aware that proofreading is not necessary. Jennie is very good in English because she studied in the US. It's just, that's the only way so Lisa will stay at her side.

After an hour and two.

Seulgi and Jisoo are doing things not necessary for their research. They're scrolling on their phone while laughing.

Joy is already sleeping.

Irene is still doing her part while yawning.

While Lisa and Jennie, they're still working together to finish the important chapters of their thesis.

Jennie checked the clock and it's already 11 PMJennie:: Irene, you can go to sleep now if you're already sleepy.

Irene: Yeah, I'll just finish this. *after a min, her eyes shut down automatically*

Jennie looked around when she didn't hear any laugh at the back and yes she's correct, Seulgi and Jisoo are asleep on the sofa.

"Are you not sleepy, you can rest if you're sleepy already ".Jennie asks Lisa who's still busy on her laptop beside her.

Lisa: I'm good. I'm not a morning person but I'm a night owl. I'll rather choose to sleep late than waking up early. *smiles*

I think you should go to sleep, Jen. You know, to gain height. She teased.

Jennie: Yah!  Tap Lisa's arm.

Lisa: I'm just kidding. *Laughs* Ohh Jen, can you proofread mine before I saved it.Jennie leans near Lisa.

Lisa is staring at her while the latter is busy proofreading her works. She's about to get the pillow at Jennie's side.

When Jennie move. Unfortunately, a good problem.

Lisa's lips landed on Jennie's lips accidentally. 

They're both shocks about what happened. After a second, the two pulled away.

"Sorry".they both uttered in unison.

Jennie was shocked by what just happened.

But she's more shocked when suddenly Lisa grab her face closer, she stares on the latter's eyes...

Then she gave her another kiss.

This one is not an accident. Lisa initiated it and Jennie responded. They kiss passionately. The kiss lasts for 30 seconds, they stop when they heard that Irene move on her sleeping position.

Jennie: What was that for?

Lisa: Sorry, Jen. I didn't mean to.. Ahmm sorry. (Lisa was embarrassed.) She went outside to get some air. She's suffocating for an unknown reason.

Jennie was shy too, she responded to the kiss. And she will not deny that she likes that kiss. She smiled. She saved the document and decided to turn off the laptop. She decided to sleep beside Irene who's now deep asleep.

While Lisa she's still embarrassed about what just happened. She smiled when she remembers that Jennie responded to her kiss. She's mesmerized by her beauty that's why she was not able to control herself.

When she didn't hear any noise, she went inside.

Everyone is already asleep, including Jennie.

She decided to sleep on the vacant couch.
