Chapter 4 (Past)

Flashback

"Let's play later at the park, I'll see you there".and the small girl bids for goodbye to Lisa and kiss the latter's cheeks.

They're both in kindergarten and had a morning class only.

Unnie, cmon let's go outside and play. Let's go to the park now. Please.... *A 5-year-old Lisa pout and beg*

But your mom told us to stay here and don't go anywhere.

"Will not going anywhere, will be meeting her again today remember? Our playmate? We promised her earlier that we will play again and I don't want to break that promise. *Lisa answered cutely *

"Aishh! This stubborn kid".

"You're also a kid!".Lisa said

"Yahhh! I'm older than you remember".

"That's why you're my favorite, Unnie ".Lisa said sweetly.

The two kids just woke up from their siesta. It's 4 PM in the afternoon and they're just done eating their afternoon snacks when the two sneak out in the garden and proceeded to the park nearby. It's just a 3mins walk from Manoban's residence.

"Unnie! "the kid from the park saw them and run towards their direction.

"Anneong".She greeted the two. I just arrived too, my Appa drops me here and he will be back later before dinner. Cmon let's play now! The small kid happily stated.

They played on the slides and swings. They kept on running and laughing out loud because of enjoyment.

"Let's play hide and seek" Lisa suggestedThe two older kids agreed.

They play rock, paper and scissors and Jisoo loss indicating that she's the one who's going to look for the two.

The two girls hurriedly look for a place to hide while Jisoo is counting from one to ten.

"Ssssshhhhh".Jisoo Unnie might find us, keep quiet. The small kid said to Lisa while putting her index finger to the kid's lips.

'I'm really happy playing with you"Lisa stated. Jisoo Unnie is a good friend and Unnie to me but I want you also to be with me always.

"me too, the small kid answer".I have a brother but he's also busy playing with his other playmates, they don't want me to join them because all of their games are boys stuff".

"When we grow up, I will marry you so we can be together always ".Lisa bubbly stated

"Yah! How can we get married we're both girls ".the small kid answered back

"Love is not about gender".Lisa said seriously and pouted to the latter

"What do you know about love? And where did you get that huh? She asked while looking at her, she finds her playmate cute while pouting.

"I heard it on the show that Yaya is watching and I memorized it 😁".Lisa laugh

"Do you love me?".Kid asked Lisa

"Of course".Lisa answered we're best friends right? and I want to grow up fast so we can be together.

The two have been talking for a minute already but still, Jisoo hasn't found them.

The two decided to go out to a small place where they're hiding and look for Jisoo.

"Where's Jisoo Unnie? ".Lisa worriedly asked She's nowhere to be found.

Little did they know that Jisoo already went home because she's tired looking for the two kids who are hiding. Poor girls 😂

"C'mon, I will walk you home".The kid suggested to Lisa

While walking the two talks nonstop.

"Why did your parents named you Lisa"? small kid randomly asked

"My mom said I was named after my grandma, we're the same name. Grandma is not living with us, she's in Busan with Grandpa and our other relatives". Lisa answered. Oh! That's our house while pointing.

"Goodbye! Thanks for walking me home, you take care and I'll see you at school tomorrow ".Lisa happily stated.

The small kid just smiles and let go of the hand of the latter, she goes back to the park hurriedly because for sure her Appa is waiting for her already.

While coming inside Lisa saw Jisoo and hit her.

"Yah! Why did you leave us"! She asked angrily

"My stomach was upset that's why I went home first, I'm about to go back to the park when I saw you". Jisoo explained

"I don't believe you! ".Lisa pout.

---Next morning.

Everyone is busy because the kids will have a dance performance for their closing program.

The kids are so adorable wearing their outfits. They're now in the school ground.

Everyone is busy taking pictures. "C'mon, Lisa and Jisoo smiiileeeeeeee".Lisa's mom took their photos.

After her mom took their photos, Lisa runs to find someone while Jisoo is having tantrums and asking for chicken.

"Here you are! "Lisa smiles widely when she found out the kid that she's looking for.

"You looked pretty with your bangs".Lisa said, when I grow up I will grow my bangs so we will be matchy-matchy.

"You're pretty too".the kid answered.

"Lisa! I told you not to run!" Lisa's mom chases her.

"Mom, can you take us a photo please!".Lisa requested

"Sure C'mon, pose now, Hana dul set".*click*

Mom may I see. She gets a copy and gives it to her playmate. Here, take this. That's my graduation gift to you because you have honor.

"Wow, thank you!, sorry I don't have one for you, maybe a kiss will do".the kid kissed Lisa's cheek.

The two of you are so cute. Lisa's mom said.

But we have to go to Lisa. Your Jisoo Unnie is throwing tantrums and looking for the chicken.

"Bye, Lisa! I'll see you in the park".

It's now the start of their summer vacation.

The next day Lisa went to the park to meet her playmate. Unfortunately, no one showed up. She keeps on coming back every afternoon and hoping that she will meet her again but she never comes back. Until Lisa hated that park and never played there again.

"You promise me that we will see again but you broke your promise".Lisa sadly stated

" I hate you".
