Klaus and sunny started walking past the room that olaf went into, and they started walking back to the library of records, klaus thought maybe they could find more about the snicket family.

"Where are you going?"

He turned around, olaf was standing in the middle of the hallway, staring right at him.Klaus saw kit walk out of the room and wave bye to him.

Klaus: I was just.. going to check if any patients needed help..

Kit snuck down the hallway where klaus and sunny had first came out of the vent.

Olaf: I don't think we have any patients that need help. Though there is a girl here who has a big cut in her stomach..

Klaus: what?

Olaf: come see.

Klaus hesitantly followed Olaf to the room he had come out of before.

Olaf shut the door behind klaus, and he noticed isabelle on the bed, clutching her stomach.

Klaus: are you okay?

She lifted her hand, her stomach did in fact have a cut in it. Klaus ripped off fabric from his coat and tied it around her stomach.

Isa: thank you..

Klaus: did he do this?

Isa: yes.. he told me I was holding him back.

Klaus: he isnt very nice..

He put his arm around her and helped her up.

Isa: I just wish I could see my mom..

Klaus: I actually just saw her..

Isa: you did?

Klaus: yeah. I talked to her. She told me to come save you. She really wants you with her but she had to bring something to VFD headquarters.

Isa: oh.. yeah. Well I'm happy she has it and not Esmé.

Klaus: the sugarbowl?

Isa: yes. That's what Kit has.

Klaus: do you know where violet is?

Isa: Esmé took her to the operation room.

Klaus: then I guess that's where we are going.

Klaus helped isabelle walk as sunny led them to the operation room, they opened the door and found Olaf and Esmé surrounding a hospital bed.

Isa: violet, she's on the bed.

Olaf: ladies and gentlemen, today I will be operating on this teenage girl, the world's first head decapitation.

Isa: no! He is going to saw off her head!

Klaus: stop!

Olaf looked at him.

Olaf: what is it?

Klaus and isabelle walked up to him and violet.

Klaus: you can't operate on this girl.

Olaf: why not?

Klaus: because I have something you two want.

Esmé: you.. have what I want?

Olaf: ugh

Klaus: yes, and I'll give it to you, if you give me violet.

Olaf: then you have to give me her.

He looked at isabelle.

Klaus: you first.

Violet sat up.

Olaf: I don't trust you.. bookworm.

Klaus: violet!

Klaus took The Snicket File out of his pocket, and threw it across the room, everyone looked, trying to see what he had thrown, klaus helped isabelle on the bed and violet made room for her, and klaus quickly pushed it aiming for the doors.

Esmé: the sugarbowl! Its going to break!

They heard a sound that the snicket file had broken as klaus pushed the bed through the doors.

Olaf: no!

Olaf saw it was the snicket file, not the sugarbowl. He didn't know what was inside.

As klaus helped isabelle and violet off the bed, they looked around for where they could go.

Isabelle: well.. looks like olaf's car is the only option.

Klaus: that's a bad plan!

Violet: she's right, its the only option.

The Baudelaires and isabelle ran to the car, and they opened the trunk.

Isabelle: it's now or never..
