Chapter 31

Tinsley walked back into the bedroom to see Jax sitting on the end the of the bed. He looked like he was in his own little world. Walking over to the bed, she sat down beside him and grabbed his hand. She knew he was struggling with what happened to Opie. Anyone would be struggling with the way Opie died if they knew him, but she knew it was effecting Jax pretty hard since they were basically brothers.

"I talked to Hale" said Jax.

"Why were you taking to him?" Asked Tinsley.

"The club found out that Hale has been working with Stahl to try an take down SAMCRO." Said Jax.

"And?" Said Tinsley

"He has his suspicions about what happened. Opie was telling the truth. Stahl was setting him up to look like a rat. Hale knew it because he's had a hard on for us for years now, he couldn't bring himself to tip us off. He seems to think that Clay has something to do with Opie death." Said Jax.

"Why would Clay want Opie dead? He loved him like a son I thought" said Tinsley.

"You know about all the evidence we found. The bugs in his truck and phone. The stuff that was either paid off or paid down. He looked guilty as hell. Even I have to admit that and the guy was my best friend. Clay may have took things into his own hands to ensure Bobby was safe from prosecution." Said Jax.

"Why would he have done that before the info in the witness came forward though?" Asked Tinsley.

"Maybe it was the only opportunity he had. Obviously he wasn't the trigger man because he was at the house. But if Clay is behind it, I have a good feeling who pulled the trigger." Said Jax.

"And what happens if Clay is behind Opie's death?" Asked Tinsley.

"I don't know" said Jax.

"I can't wrap my head around Clay being involved" said Jax.

"It's definitely got me curious. We have to keep this between us for now babe. If this get out and we aren't 100% sure, it could cause a world of hurt" said Jax.

"My lips are sealed" said Tinsley.

They sat in silence for a few minutes. Tins looked at the clock. It was 5:45am. They both had to be at the garage in a couple hours.

"Go get a shower and I'll fix us some breakfast" said Tinsley.

"Be better if you join me" said Jax.

"As much I would love that, if I shower with you, I won't have time to eat. And you know what the doctor said." Said Tinsley.

"Yea yea. You need to eat." Said Jax.

"Yea, I do. I need to stay healthy for Abel and for this little blip" said Tinsley as she took his hand and laid it on her stomach.

"My heart is so full Jax" said Tinsley.

"Mine too baby." Said Jax.

"Now, go get a shower and I'll whip us up something" said Tinsley.

She got up off the bed and Jax smacked her on the ass as she walked away. Tinsley smiles back at him letting him see how much she loved thag he was attempting to joke around at least a little.

When she got downstairs, she started the coffee maker and got out the stuff she needed to make chocolate chip pancakes. They were a favorite of hers and she was craving something sweet.

As she mixed up the batter, she hummed the song   Watching Airplanes by Gary Alan. After all the pancakes were done, she went and packed Abel's diaper bag and put it in the car. She washed up all the dishes other than the 2 plates they needed to eat.

Tinsley headed upstairs to check on Abel. He was still sleeping. She noticed the shower was still running. Jax had been in there for at least 30 minutes. When she went into the bathroom, she saw Jax sitting at the floor of the tub, the water just running over him. She could tell he was crying. Her heart broke for him. She couldn't imagine what he was feeling. She had never lost a best friend but she had lost her mom and her dad. She knew how that felt and she knew this must be hurting Jax just as bad say her parents deaths hurt her.

Without even thinking, she pulled her hair into a bun to keep it from getting wet, stripped down and got into the shower with him. She grabbed his hands and pulled forcing him to stand. They just stood under the spray of the water for a few minutes in each other's arms. Tinsley comforted Jax and tried to take all his pain away. She released him long enough to get the shampoo. She dumbed a small amount into her hand and began lathering his hair. She massaged his scalp with her finger tips. It must have felt good because Jax have a small moan at thr feel of it. When she was done washing his hair, she rinsed it and lathered a wash cloth with his Old Spice Swagger bodywash. She scrubbed him from top to bottom, letting him take care of washing his manhood. When he was clean and rinsed, she pulled him to her as he began to cry again. Tinsley held him as tight as she possibly could, just trying to will him some of her strength. They both had been through the ringer this week and both needed each other to lean on.

When Jax's tears seemed to slow down, she made quick work of washing her own body. After she was done with the quick wash, they both climbed out of the shower. Handing Jax a towel, she began to dry herself off. Jax had seemed to snap back to reality and was drying himself off. Once the were done, they hung the towels and they both walked to the bedroom. Jax got dressed and headed downstairs. Tinsley drug out a pair of ripped jeans and her cheetah print top. She slid on her black Uggs leaving her hair in the messy bun. It was becoming a favorite of her's when's he didnt have time to style her hair.

As she walked out of the bedroom, Abel began to fuss.

"Hey little man, what's the matter" said Tinsley as she walked to his room. She picked him up and noticed he was wet. It wasn't quite time for him to eat so she changed him and dressed him for the day.

After she was done dressing Abel, she carried him downstairs and into the kitchen where Jax was eating his breakfast.

"Hand him here" said Jax as she walked into the kitchen.

Tinsley walked over to him and kissed him on the lips. She handed Abel over and rounded the table to enjoy her on pancakes. Even though they were now cold, they were still good.

"Thanks for breakfast babe" said Jax.

"You're welcome. I didn't know if you liked chocolate chip pancakes or not but I decided to take a chance" said Tinsley.

"Baby, I will eat anything you cook" said Jax.

"Good to know" said Tinsley laughing.

When Tinsley was done eating, she cleaned up the plates and switched off the coffee pot. Jax loaded Abel into his carrier and they headed to the Tahoe. Jax strapped the car seat into its base while Tinsley climbed inside and got the air conditioning started. Even though it was early October, it still felt like summer.

Once Jax was done strapping Abel in, he rounded the car and came around to the drivers seat and kissed Tinsley.

"Thanks for this morning" said Jax.

"That why I'm here" said Tinsley.

She grabbed each side of his kutte and brought him closer to kiss him. It wasn't a peck of a kiss either, this was the kind of kiss that was going to lead to other things if she didn't stop.

Pulling away, she rested her forehead on Jax's. She didn't know it being pregnant was spurring her sex drive or if it was just Jax in general but she wanted nothing more than jump him right here, right now.

"We gotta get going" said Tinsley.

"Yea." Said Jax. But neither of them moved.

"You gotta move so I can shut the door" said Tinsley.

"I know." Said Jax.

He backed away and shut her door. He climbed on his bike as Tinsley backed out of the driveway. When they arrived at TM, everyone was already there. They were five minutes late. Tinsley parked the SUV and witches off the engine. After she was out of the vehicle, she rounded to Abel's side of the car and grabbed his seat and headed for the office.

When Tinsley walked into the office, she noticed Gemma had already set up an bassinet for Abel. She unhooked Abel from his seat and laid him down in the bassinet, using his blanket to cover his legs. Walking over to the desk, she started up the computer. As she waited for the computer to finish loading up, she grabbed the bottle of water from the diaper bag and mixed Abel a bottle. Once she had it mixed, she picked Abel up and sat down at the desk to feed him. The desk chair actually worked good for feeding him because of the arm rests and the fact it could lean back if she needed to.

As Abel ate, she answered incoming calls and made appointments for future work. When he was done, she held him as she walked around the office filing paperwork and voicing Abel. He didnt to burp and she had read somewhere that walking around with them and patting their butt it bouncing them would help get rid of the gas. Plus there was the fact that she could hold this sweet baby boy all day long if she had to. She spent most of the morning singing to him and rocking him.

Sorry guys, this isn't the best chapter but I wanted to get something out. Next chapter should be better because it will be loosely based around the last two episodes of season one 😉 Thanks for all the reads and votes! Keep them coming!
