Olivia had told elliot that day that she wanted to go in to early retirement and be a stay at home mom to her now 3 daughters. Elliot talked with her but eventually  they both agreed it was the right decision.

"So I guess all that's left to discuss is the names." Elliot smiled.

Olivia nodded "I want to hold them or atleast see them before we decide on names." She said.

"I'm pretty sure I can make that happen." He said with a small laugh and went to talk to the doctor at the nurses station. They put Olivia in to a wheelchair even though she insisted she was fine and could walk but she gave up the fight and let Elliot push her to the twins room in the nicu.

This was the first time either of them had seen thier two daughters and they were beautiful but the second one was definitely smaller. Olivia  gently touched tier smaller daughters stomach and smiled at her as elliot did the same to the larger baby.

They sat and interacted with the babies for a couple hours before they were taken back to Olivia's hospital room.

"So we have seen and held both our gorgeous  babies. What do you think?" Elliot asked.

Olivia smiled "Nadia for our big girl." She started and elliot smiled and cut in "ok and how about Naomi for out tiny miracle?" Olivia gave an approving nod. "Nadia Serena Stabler and Naomi Bernadette Stabler." Olivia announced.

Elliot chuckled "my mother will be extatic and I think your mother would be proud."

Olivia half smiled "maybe."

He kissed her head softly. "Why don't you rest? I'm gonna go call amanda and see how Brenna is doing."

Olivia nodded laying back in the bed as she watched elliot leave the room.

Elliot got n the phone with amanda. "Hey how's liv?" Amanda asked.

"She's good and the babies are doing ok...one of them is haveing some lung trouble but she seems healthy enough considering." Elliot replied with a small sigh.

"Well they are thier mothers daughters so I'm sure she will pull through." Amanda said hopeing to lift some of his worry.

"Yeah. Listen I was just calling to check in on Brenna." Elliot continued.

"She's fine. I took her to her commercial shoot this afternoon and it went well I think but she wasn't quite as peppy as she usually is but that is to be expected seeing what she saw last night." Amanda replied sympathetically.

"Thanks amanda. I called her agent and had her cancel her next few shoots for the next 2 weeks. We are hopeing to bring the babies home in a few days and get a new routine started....also no one knows yet but olivia has decided to take early retirement." He admitted.

"Wow really?" Amanda said surprised.

Yeah she wats to focus on the kids and since Brenna still wants to act and model it will just be better this way. We talked it through  and both agreed." He continued although he knew his wife may miss the job after a while "just don't tell anyone else yet I think Olivia wants to break the news once she is recovered."

"Yeah of course I understand. My lips are sealed." Amanda said with a small laugh to lighten the mood.

"Thanks. Anyway maybe you could bring Brenna to visit tomorrow morning and I'll take her back home with me." Elliot finished.

"Yeah sure. I'll bring her up around 9." Amand replied before saying goodbye and hanging up.
