Fin drove to the suspects house and seen elliot putting him in the back of a police car. Fin rushed over and said "Stabler! Olivia's been rushed in to a c-section apparently olivia and the hospital tried to call you. Olivia is bleeding." He said and elliot began to panic "can you drive me?" He asked in a stressfully emotional tone.

"Yeah get in." He said and drive faster than he ever had and managed to get elliot to the hospital in record time.

Elliot didn't say another word to him as he rushed in and up to the front desk. "My fiance olivia benson was brought in can you tell me what's going on?" He asked in an urgent tone.

The nurse got on the computer and looked it up "oh yes Mr. Stabler she's still in surgery. She passed outbefore she got here the doctor will come to you once she is in recovery." She said.

"So she's going to be ok? The babies too?" He asked.

"I'm afraid I can't say until we hear back from the doctor sir." She said in a calm sympathetic voice.

He sighed and went and sat down bouncing his leg nervously.

After an hour he had called amanda and asked her to pick up Brenna from the neighbor and watch her for the night until he knew when he'd be coming home. As he finished talking to her he seen the doctor come out. "Benson family?" The doctor announced.

Elliot stood "I'm her fiance. How is she?" He asked.

"We have managed to stabilize her. Her placental erupted. But she will recover in a few days." He started.

"And the babies?" Elliot asked praying they also survived.

"Baby A is very healthy and good size. Baby B however is a bit small and haveing some lung issues but we are unsure if it is a temporary or permanent issue." He said.

Elliot nodded "thank you. Can you take me to her room please." He said.

He nodded and led him to a room a few floors up and down a hall.

Elliot walked in seeing olivia just waking up. "Hey beautiful."

She slowly sat up and looked at him "hey." She was gathering herself "the babies..." she began in a slight panic.

He touched her arm "hey hey they are ok. One of them is perfectly healthy."

"One of them? Did one of them not make it?" She asked.

"No they are both alive. But our other baby is haveing lung issues. They are still doing testing but it may be temporary." He said.

She took a breath. "I took all precautions with this pregnancy and it still became a problem."

"Olivia this wasn't your fault. Sometimes things just happen." He said.

She sighed but didn't fully believe him but then said "Brenna she's at the neighbors."

"No it's ok I had amanda pick her up and she's going to take her to her commercial shoot this afternoon." He said "then I'll bring her to come see you and the babies."

She made a small sigh of relief and nodded.

"I'm sorry I didn't answer I was questioning a perp but was about to call when fin showed up." He said feeling bad himself.

"I understand El I've done that job too remember" she laughed lightly to lighten the mood.

Elliot kissed her head. "Yeah everyone can't wait for you to come back."

Olivia looked at her hands and sighed "about that...."
