The next morning olivia woke and made breakfast for her and Brenna. Just before she was about to wake Brenna she got a call from Trevor. "So what is happening?" She asked as she cleaned up some toys left around the living room.

"I have looked over the custody agreement and I've spoken with Judge linden. She called Kris and told him he could not send you or Brenna for more than 3 months to do a shoot for any program." Trevor replied.

Olivia sighed "great so he could still make us go out of the country for 3 months?" She shook her head.

"Look judge linden is on your side but she can't make it seem like she has a bias towards you." He sighed in return.

"No no I get it...it's just going to be hard for my job but Brenna means the world to me so if we have to we will." She looked at a picture on the mantle of her and Brenna from 2 weeks ago on the carousel.

"Sorry liv I did my best and so has judge linden." He replied.

"I know. Thanks Trevor." She said before ending the call.

She then made her way to Brennas room and woke her gently. "Time to get up and get ready sweetie."

Brenna yawned and nodded half asleep "ok mama."

Olivia set out an outfit for her and then went to dress and put her makeup on for the day. She came out at almost the same time as Brenna and set a plate of scrambled eggs, toast and bacon in front of her as olivia sipped her coffee.

After another half hour she headed out the door and to the studio as she watched the stylists prepare her for her next scene. Olivia was fixing her smudge lipstick in the mirror while Brenna was getting dressed with the help of a female stylist as Kris walked in while Brenna was only in her underwear. Olivia quickly stood and gently pushed him from the room. "There is such thing as knocking. You don't walk in on a child getting dressed." Olivia glared.

Kris smirked "your really do have an altered perception of the world don't you?"

"Only when a pedophile tries to barge in to my daughters dressing room while she's half naked." She growled under her breath.

"She's 6 she makes things up and gets things mixed up. But I came to tell you we are still haveing her star in the movie in Italy but don't worry we have planned a new schedule so you can get back to what you really care about, your job, I just hate that Brenna is so talented and after that you are going to destroy the career I have helped her try to build." He continued.

"If acting is something she still wants to do I will help her make that happen but not here and not around you or men like you.oh and Kris her case is still going even if I can't work it so don't think for a minute your getting away with it. You've done it with her and if there is one thing I've learned in my life of work pedophiles never just have one victim. They will find the others and it will come pouring down on you." She seethed.

"We shall see." He chuckled "better get rest this weekend we leave for Italy on Monday." He said before walking away.

Olivia walked back in to the dressing room alone and seen Brenna was shaking a bit and olivia pulled her in to her lap "it's ok baby girl. He's never going to touch you again I promise I'm here and I'll always protect you." She whispered and kissed the side of her daughters head and helped her calm down before heading to set with her.
