Chapter 27

Sophie's POV

Tam had just walked out Sophie felt so bad. Then she felt someone kiss her cheek softly. Dex groaned.

"Sorry, it didn't work out for you, Dexy. You t-" Keefe started.

"Whatever." Dex cut Keefe off.

"What are you hiding?" Biana asked.

"Umm." Dex blushed.

Sophie could tell he was nervous. She also happened to know Biana liked him. Sophie dove into his mind and saw what she was hoping to find. Dex liked Biana!

"Yes!" Sophie shouted out loud.

"Hey, were you in my mind?!" Dex asked offended.

Sorry, but Biana likes you too. You should tell her. Sophie transmitted

Yeah right. You're making that up, so I'll embarrass myself. Not gonna happen. Dex thought

Why would I try to embarrass you? Just because I'm Keefe's girlfriend doesn't mean I am Keefe. 

Whoa did I just think that? Sophie thought.

Fine but get everyone to leave.

How about you go to Everglen to make it seem less weird?

Ok.

"I'm kind of tired." Sophie yawned for added effect. "It's been a long day we should all try to get some sleep.

"Hey Biana, could I come to Everglen tonight? I figured you might want a friend and the triplets have found some way around the lock on my door." Dex asked.

"Of course. Thank you."

Everyone left and soon it was just Sophie and Keefe. Sophie sighed.

"Let me guess you found out Dex likes her?" Keefe asked.

"Yeah. They are perfect for each other." Sophie replied.

"Just like another couple I know." 

"Who?"

"Me and you."
