Chapter 25

Sophie's POV

Sandor surprisingly wasn't barging in. Then a note conjured out of thin air. Sophie grabbed it as Keefe sat on her bed

They're here. Leave. NOW.

The note was scribbled out quickly.

"What did you do?" Sophie demanded after she read it.

"Oh, I just had to pay my little Moonlark a visit." That's when she realized Keefe and Ro were gone and Lady Gisela's voice wasn't through the imparter anymore. Sophie whipped around and saw Lady Gisela standing behind her.

Sophie started inflicting. Lady Gisela just stood there. Then Sophie noticed the shadows shifting. She started breathing easier. Tam was there, but who came out of the corner wasn't Tam. Then she remembered when she had been taken. Just then a shadow arrow came flying at her. Sophie screamed and ducked but the arrow turned around and fizzled out. 

Sophie took the advantage and transmitted to Keefe Are you okay? There was no answer, so Sophie reached out to Tam The Neversee-

I know I'm here. 

That's when Sophie noticed Tam standing with Lady Gisela tied and destroying every arrow the shade threw. 

Then Sophie heard a voice agonizingly familiar. "She is planning to transmit to her friends!" The crisp accented voice shouted.

 Then through the door came....."FITZ!"

Oh no will Sophie be able to stop him?
