Part 1 neighbors

 Ranpo really didn't need to go to college, he was smart nobody would even ask to see his diploma. One of the reasons he was here was because, since he has a scholarship, he gets a free apartment. Not only that, the college campus was close to a candy store he likes. So it's a win win! Plus all his friends go here so that's cool too.

Poe on the other hand went to this college since it was one of the best one's. He worked hard to get here, since while he could buy a scholarship, he wanted to know he earned it. He was slightly disappointed since he didn't get into his first pick, but it didn't matter.

This was the first day of college. There weren't any classes today because everyone was seeing the campus and moving into their dorms.

Ranpo already moved into his dorm, well by moved in it meant he already has hidden all his snack collections. Stacked a few of his favorite books, and thrown the clothes he was gonna wear into the wardrobe.

While Ranpo was putting his snacks away, Poe was arranging his many books. He also sorted all of his half written books that were on different pieces of paper. He put down Karl's bed, usually Karl would sleep in the same bed as him but when Poe would be in class, the raccoon would sleep in the little dog bed. It took Poe an hour or two to get everything sorted but now that he was done, he decided to look around and find all his classes.

While Poe was walking around he wondered if any of the people he knew from high school were here. Since he was thinking, coupled with the fact his eyes are covered all the time, he bumped into someone. "Hey watch where you're going!" the person exclaimed while reaching to pick up the doughnut they were eating, the boy looked over the pastry and then sighed "five second rule I guess..."

After apologizing, Poe realized something, "R-Ranpo is that you?" asked Poe. Ranpo stared at the other for a few seconds and then happily exclaimed "Ed! I didn't recognize you! How have you been?".

Poe was getting a bit nervous at the bubblyness of the other, they knew each other since the first year of high school. But they didn't talk much during the spring since both were on their exams and whenever Poe wasn't studying he was sleeping.

"I've been ok" shyly mumbled Poe. "Great! I'm glad, now do you mind helping me find the Multicultural Policing classroom? I can't find it" added Ranpo.

Poe agreed and they went to look for it, when they finally found it Ranpo thanked Poe and went in to get the introduction.

Later that day at lunch Poe was going to his dorm so that he would be able to write while eating, or well write.

In the mean time, Ranpo was sitting in the cafeteria with Dazai, Yosano and Atsushi. "My roommate is soooooooo annoying!!" groaned Dazai. "Yeah? Well mine's worse." replied Atsushi "He scares the actual shit out of me is swear, he literally gave me a death glare when I put my tiger plushie on my bed!"

"How much you wanna bet that they'll end up dating?" asked Yosano. "Hm... 50 for Dazai, 35 for Atsushi." answered Ranpo. "Hey you can't bet on that! Plus I would never date that short ass slug!" angrily exclaimed Dazai. "Do you really think I would bet 50 dollars on something that won't work out? I'm the smartest person on this campus, no in this city!!" scoffed Ranpo.

"Whatever" murmured Dazai as he got of his chair and went back to his room.

The other three kept on chatting, but then Ranpo ran out of snacks so he ran back to his dorm to get it, right as he was stepping out he bumped into someone, he turned to see who it was and realized it was Poe "Ed! What are you doing here?" questioned Ranpo.

"T-This is my dorm?" he nervously replied. "Really? So that means we're neighbors huh." declared Ranpo "Awesome, see ya!" he said as he ran off. "y-yeah bye-" replied Poe.
