Daughter of who?

Third Person's POV:

The next morning, (Y/n) woke up refreshed and full of happiness. But as soon as she was aware that Tony wasn't sleeping next to her. She knew he got up in the middle of the night and got down into his lab.

"Not again!" She huffed.

"Good morning, (Y/n)." Aylo appeared in front of her.

"Morning, Aylo. Is Tony in the lab?" She asked.

"Yes, he is." He replied.

"Did you eat?" She asked as she sat up.

"I-I don't eat." The reaper said.

"Right, sorry about that." She said.

She got off the bed and vanished in the bathroom for a good five minutes then reappeared, ready to look for her idiot of a boyfriend.

"I wish I can just transport to the kitchen." (Y/n) whispered.

With a blink of an eye, she was at the doorway of the kitchen. She was so surprised, the wind left her lungs. She grinned, delighted with this new power.

As she reappeared in the kitchen to get a cup of coffee to make her wake up even more, she was met with a cute sight. There they were, in their sleepy state, Nat and Bucky making coffee. To be exact, it was Natasha who was making coffee, Bucky was just hugging her back with his face buried in her neck.

Shirtless.

The assassins didn't really notice (Y/n) as she waltzed to the fridge, with a big grin plastered on her face. After taking some milk, she walked beside them. She realised that Nat had finished making the cup of coffee and started making another one. Probably for Bucky. (Y/n) quickly grabbed the steaming hot cup and tried to run for it. But unfortunately, she was caught by a metal hand. Of course the soldier did his best to control his strength to not hurt his friend.

"Where do you think you're going with that?" Nat spoke.

"To Tony." (Y/n) simply replied.

"I made that for myself." Nat said, now turning to glance at her.

"Now it's mine." (Y/n) chirped, noticing that Bucky managed to hold her arm without getting his face out of its hiding.

How did he do that? She would never know.

"Why would you think I would give it to you? I'm the one who made it, with a very sleepy super soldier gripping my side." Natasha raised an eyebrow.

"You can share the other one. Tony didn't sleep again last night, so he either needs coffee or a good night sleep. Probably the first option though." She started then smirked, "Plus, you would want to give me that or I'm gonna remind you of this cute moment every moment for the rest of your life."

After that, Bucky lifted his head to look at the billionaire's girlfriend. His hand still around her arm. The couple stared at her for quite a long time and when she didn't flinch, Bucky commented, "Didn't they warn you to not threaten two of the most dangerous people on Earth? Or are you just doing it on purpose?"

"The second one. Considering they're my bestfriends and they can't fight off my dear friend Aylo here, they'll let me take this coffee to my idiot of a boyfriend." (Y/n) pouted, making puppy dog eyes at them.

"And they're my favorite on the team!" She continued.

"Hey! I thought I was your favorite on the team!!" Came Clint's voice from the vents.

"Horrible timing, Big Bird." (Y/n) called, then turned to the couple putting on a smile again.

Nat didn't make any reaction, whereas Bucky sighed and returned his face against her neck and kissed it.

"Just give her the damn cup." He breathed.

Nat just rolled her eyes at her boyfriend and mumbled an okay. Only then (Y/n)'s arm was freed from the metal grip. She sang a thank you and departed to find her playboy.

As she got down the stairs, she could hear voices coming from the lab. As she got closer, she could recognize them. There was Tony's voice, and Steve's?

Why would Steve be in the lab?

She opened the door and heard Steve ask, "so when are you telling her?"

"I don't know, Capsicle." Tony replied, his tone was one of frustration.

They had their backs to the door this whole time, so it came as a shock and they jumped slightly when they heard (Y/n)'s voice speak.

"Can you stop calling him that, Tony?"

"(Y/n)!!" Both Steve and Tony called.

"W-when.. H-how... W-what are you doing here?" Tony rambled.

"I woke up this morning and didn't find a certain someone next to me so I figured you're down here, have been for the entire night. That's why I got coffee. Nat almost ate me alive with her glares, thank god for Bucky though." (Y/n) spoke as she put the cup on a near table. "Just one, didn't know Steve will be here. But I have milk!!" She chirped.

"It's okay, I'm gonna go for a run first. Thanks anyway." Steve smiled at her, standing up and heading to the door with long strides. "Still think she deserves to know." He called after he exited.

"I have a surprise for you." (Y/n) grinned.

"I do too." Tony sighed.

"I bet mine is bigger." (Y/n) crossed her arms.

"I seriously doubt it." Tony admitted.

"Okay, now you got me all curious. Does it have something with what Steve said?" (Y/n) asked.

"I think we need a proper drink for this. Not just coffee." The billionaire mumbled.

"No, you stopped drinking. Remember?" His girlfriend commented.

"Then we need to sit." Tony said, taking a seat next to him.

"Sit. Check. Now can you tell me or should I just read your mind?" She raised an eyebrow.

"Actually, that's a great idea. Just read my mind." Tony annouced.

"O-okay-y." She replied.

Your parents were both agents at S.H.I.E.L.D. And I have their records on my screen. I found out yesterday. After you slept, that story kept bugging me. So I did some research. And voilà!! The story was about them.

"Are you talking for real?" (Y/n) asked incredulously.

"Well, I didn't practically talk but yes, I think that your parents were-" Tony started but got cut off.

"Wait, you think? So you're not sure!" (Y/n) asked.

"You can't just drop the bomb and leave it there." Aylo annouced.

"Shit, I totally forgot you're here." Tony jumped.

"Don't mind him. Answer me!!" (Y/n) urged.

"It's just that they have different names, but they're close. Even Cap said it can be true." Tony replied.

"FRIDAY, give me the report." She ordered.

"Right away."

The A.I showed the old record that had the word S.H.I.E.L.D written with big letters. She read through the whole thing three or four times, which took her a good fifteen minutes. After that, she sat next to Tony with a thud.

"Babe, are you okay?" Tony asked, taking her hand.

"I'm the daughter of two skilled ex-agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. And I didn't even know." (Y/n) whispered.

"What a crazy conicidence that you're also my girlfriend! This is like bad writing." Tony chuckled, running his hand in his hair.

"Who else knows about this?" (Y/n) turned to him.

"Me, you, Steve and probably Fury." Tony replied.

"Is that why he wants me to join? Based on who my parents were?" (Y/n) asked while standing up, a dark aura around her, clearly mad.

"Does that mean we're going to visit him?" Tony asked, a glint in his eyes.

"(Y/n), I don't think you're thinking straight right now. Therefore, this is not a so-great idea." Aylo commented.

"I like it better when I'm not in a so-great mood. Actually, I prefer this, I feel so much power." (Y/n) grinned, "Tony, suit up, babe. We're paying Nick a long visit."
