Chapter Eight: To Catch A Train

Ruby's POV:

We were right!!  Torchwick and the White Fang were here, unfortunately...I got caught by them and taken to Torchwick who was messing with me, in my defense I didn't have Crescent Rose to fight back.

Torchwick: "Wow! You are much more manageable without that oversized gardening tool of your's." He said walking toward me, as I got angry and charged at him, but he sidestepped and I fell.

Torchwick: "Oh man, you know Parry, I really did need this." He said laughing as he then sighed and walked up to me.

Torchwick: "But seriously...How'd you find this place Red?" He asked putting his cane under my chin to make me look at him, I then used my semblance to ran away, but suddenly I was pulled back and saw that Torchwick used his cane's handle as a hook and dragged me back to him.

Torchwick: "I see you got some trick up your sleeve, let me make this clear! We're not through here yet." He said as his handle hook came back and connected into his cane, just then an explosive went off.

Torchwick: "Oh what the!? Perry can you and the boys go take care of that, I'm kind of in the middle of something." He said pointing at me as another explosion went off.

Torchwick: "Okay what is going on here!?" Torchwick yelled angrily as at a distance another explosion went off only to show some White Fang members running away from and shooting something on their tails, as I looked carefully I saw my team and Dr. Oobleck coming to rescue me! I quickly got up and jumped on his head and shoved his hat over his eyes to blind him while I jumped off and ran toward my team.

Torchwick: "Somebody please kill her!!" He shouted as suddenly I was being shot at as I kept running and in a zigzag to avoid being hit, as I ran I looked in front of me and saw White Fang members lined up to shoot me as I slid to stop myself but before they could shoot Yang shot an explosive round and they all went flying off.

(Y/n)'s POV:

Well it turns out we were right about the White Fang being here but I didn't care about them right now, I wanted to see my Rose pedal, if she was okay and unharmed, may the Gods help these bastards if they hurt her in anyway, Yang was equally as angry as me as we both beat anyone or anything that got in our way, suddenly some guy in a mach stood in front of us blocking our way.

Mech guy: "You Shall not-" we didn't let him finish as Yang jumped in front of him and  punched where the driver was multiple times with her semblance on, she then shot herself up in the air using her gauntlets, I quickly threw Point Break at the driver and just as planned, Point Break went through the mech and smashed the driver out, he fell out of the back as Yang blasted herself downward using her gauntlets and destroyed the Mech to pieces.

Yang: "Don't mess with Thunder Dragon!" She yelled as she flexed her bicep.

(Y/n): "I thought we were Electric Dragon?" I said making Point Break come to my hand.

Yang: "Eh, Thunder Dragon sounds more dangerous." She said as we continued running forward sudden we were in a huge opened tunnel as we looked to our left and saw Ruby running at us while White Fang members were right in front of her ready to open fire on her but my firecracker suddenly shot an explosive round at them and they went flying off.

Yang: "Ruby!!!" She yelled as Ruby jumped in for a hug.

Weiss: "Are you okay?" Weiss asked her.

Ruby: "I'm fine I'm fine! but listen, Torchwick's got all sorts of weapons and robots down here!" She explained as I walked in front to see the train it was long and huge,(Ha! that's What she said!)

Blake: "What?!" She said surprised.

Ruby: "Androids, Mechs- their all loaded on the train cars!" She said.

(Y/n): "So this is the big one hmm." I said to myself as I smirked.

Oobleck: "Ah, that's rediculous! These tunnels are sealed! The tracks lead to a dead end! " He said as an intercom went off and a member of the White Fang was telling everyone to get on the train and that they were leaving, the train was beginning it's departure.

Yang: "Well, it sounds like they're going somewhere!" Yang yelled as I turned around to face them.

Ruby: "We need back up! I'll call Jaune!" She said calling but there was poor connection.

Weiss: "So what do we do?" Weiss asked as they all turned to me.

(Y/n): "The only thing we can do-"

Ruby: "We're stopping that train." She said interrupting me as I sighed.

(Y/n): "What she said!" I shouted as we ran and jumped on the train, some white fang member was about to tell Torchwick we got on till the Doc knocked him out, as we all decided to to run on top of the train.

Torchwick's POV:

I just wanted this to go soomthly, But with that nosey Red, annoying "Son of mine", and the rest of their irritating team, this wasn't going to go perfectly like I wanted, but happening it's going to.

WF member: "Boss! They made it on the train!" He said obviously.

Torchwick: "Then grab some cargo and get off the train!" I yelled at him as he left.

Torchwick: "Manic animals, every one of em." I said to myself annoyed but then I realized the driver was a White Fang member.

Torchwick: "Not you though, your...You're Great." I said nervously.

(Y/n)'s POV:

We were all on top of the train whole it was moving faster.

Oobleck: "Alright children! We must get up to the front and stop this train!"

Weiss: "Um professor!" Weiss said holding an opening and sounding worried.

Oobleck: "Doctor!" He corrected.

Weiss: "Whats that?" She pointed at something as we all looked at it.

(Y/n): "That looks like a generator!" I said.

Oobleck: "That my children is a bomb." He said as the girls backed away looking freaked out.

(Y/n): "Ooooo boom boom!" I said excited.

Ruby: "We got baddies!" Ruby said pointing at a group of white fang members coming at us.

Oobleck: "Well I didn't expect them to go-" before he could finish the bomb started blinking red and making a beeping noise.

Oobleck: "-Easy on us, well time to go! Blake detach the caboose! It will kill us all!" He said.

Blake: "On it!" She said as we got on the other cart while she went to detach the caboose.

Blake: "It decoupled itself!" She shouted as we all grew confused expressions.

Oobleck: "What!?" He said.

Yang: "I guess he really doesn't want us on this train!" She shouted as I went to open the Carr's top door only to see it also had another bomb, the railcart that detached with the bomb in it exploded in the distance.

Oobleck: "That's not good..." he said worried.

(Y/n): "Huston I mean Doc we have a problem!" I said as I showed him the bomb in the cart.

Blake: "Another bomb!?!" She shouted now more concerned, suddenly Oobleck ran to the other cart.

Oobleck: "No, no, no!" He said as opened to opening and saw something in it.

Oobleck: "They all have bombs!!!" He shouted as we all looked at each other worried.

(Y/n): "What the hell is he trying to do blow us all up to kingdom come!?!" I shouted, as suddenly this bomb was going off too and the cart detached, me and the girls quickly jumped to the cart Oobleck was on.

Yang: "This doesn't make sense!" She yelled as we went to the Doc only to see the White Fang members were already closer.

WF member: "Get the humans!" One of them shouted as they charged at us, as we got in front of the Doc lined up and took out our weapons to fight, one guy tried to kick Yang but she quickly sweept his leg and punched him into the cart, Blake charged ahead and sliced them To the side, as Weiss did some kind of sliding ice attack and took some of them out, Ruby shot a round and boosted her self foward as she slashed a bunch of them and knocked them out, got to love my Rosie, me and the Doc looked back and saw the other cart went off and exploded, but something wasn't right, when suddenly we saw them!

(Y/n): "Grimm!!!" I yelled as I grabbed the doctor and Zwei and we went to the girls.

Oobleck: "He's leading Grimm to the city!" He yelled.

Weiss: "What!?" She yelled confused.

(Y/n): "Its the carts! He's detaching them with bombs so they can leave openings for Grimm to get through! If we don't stop they get to the city!" I shouted.

Blake: "That's insane!" Blake shouted, as another cart detached.

Oobleck: "We have to hurry!" He said.

Oobleck: "You three! Go below and try to  stop those bombs!" He yelled at Yang, Blake, and Weiss.

(Y/n)/Ruby: "What about us?" We both asked.

Oobleck: "We're going to stop that train!" He said striking a pose.

Ruby: "Yeah i know that's what I said earlier." She said.

(Y/n): "Ruby! Don't ruin people's moments!" I said as she stook her tongue at me, as the three went to do their thing, Ruby, the doc, Zwei, and I ran towards the front.

Oobleck: "Up ahead!" He shouted as soon we saw mechs coming straight for us.

Oobleck: "We've got a problem!" He shouted.

(Y/n): "No shit!!" I said as suddenly Ruby smacked the back of my head.

Ruby: "Language!" She said as Oobleck drank something out of over sized canteen, as it then turned into a giant metal bat! He then did the coolest thing ever with Zwei.

(Y/n): "Ruby!!" I shouted.

Ruby: "What is it!?" She asked.

(Y/n): "I'm in love with your dog!!" I said as she smiled.

Ruby: "He could be our Baby~" she said in a tone I never thought I'd hear her talk in, I stared at her for a second with a blush.

(Y/n): *Gulp* "I don't know how to reply to that.." I said as I saw a mech about to try and attack Zwei, I quickly shot Point Break giving me a boost and as reached the mech.

(Y/n): "Not today!!!" I said as I smashed the mech and sent it flying off the train and into a wall as it exploded, Zwei jumped on my arms and licked my face.

(Y/n): "Love you too." I said setting him down as more mechs charged, The doc and Ruby came up to my side.

(Y/n): "Okay, surrounded with no help..."

Ruby: "We're right here!"

(Y/n): "One war hammer, One Victor! Everyone will wonder how one person can do this!" I said proudly.

Ruby: "Ugh geez..." she said as she started attacking before me.

(Y/n): "Ruby! What are you doing that was my que!!" I yelled.

Ruby/Oobleck: "One Victor!!!" They shouted back while attacking the mechs.

(Y/n): "I was slacking!!!" I shouted as I also began attacking.

3rd POV:

While Ruby, (Y/n), Zwei, and the Doc went to stop the train, Yang and the girls got inside of the Cart to try and stop the bombs.

Yang: "I guess this is what we trained for."  She said seriously as Weiss gave Blake a dust clip for her sword.

Weiss: "here, this should help you." She said to Blake as they ran only to be blocked by Torchwick's little henchmen, Neo.

Yang: "You two go ahead, this one's mine."  Yang told the girls, they ran, and Yang shot a warning shot at Neo while the two girls got through, as they passed her by Yang walked up to her as she stared her down, Yang went for a punch but she struck her in the stoumch with her umbrella, she then opened it up her umbrella in a cocky manner as Yang charged at her starting their fight.

Meanwhile Weiss and Blake ran forward only for them to be stopped by a White Fang member who had a chainsaw sword.

Weiss: "You go on ahead!" She told Blake.

Blake: "Got it!" She said as Weiss charged at him first while Blake passed by swiftly, Weiss held him off good and then she sweept his leg as he fell as Blake went through the door.

Chainsaw guy: "Hehe finally I get to kill a Schnee." He said standing up Weiss prepared herself.

Meanwhile with Blake, she kept going towards the front as she stopped and saw him! Roman Torchwick himself.

Torchwick: "Hello, kitty cat you miss me? You know we really have to stop meeting like this, people are going to talk." He said smirking as Blake charged at him, and made a flamed shadow as soon as Torchwick struck it, it exploded as Blake slashed him several times in the air, he hit the floor hard as Blake landed and took a fighting stance.

Meanwhile back with Weiss, she was holding her own against the Chainsaw guy as she was kicking his butt, but suddenly he managed to grab her and smashed her on the floor and then threw her up so he could cut her in half in midair, but suddenly (Y/n) was smashed through the roof of the cart.

(Y/n): "Ow! What the freak!!' He shouted as he slammed into the Chainsaw guy and he rolled off into the next cart, that was actually left open.

Weiss: "(Y/n)?! What the-" she suddenly dodged the Chainsaw coming at her while she continued where they left off.

(Y/n)'s POV:

Those freaking mechs are something else, there i was fighting them on the roof just doing my thing when one came outta nowhere and smacked me through the train, honestly going through it I thought it was going to hurt but I bumped into something softish and rolled into the other cart.

(Y/n): "Well at least it wasn't so hard and painful." I said as I got up and looked to see Neo standing over Yang with her umbrella blade! I got up and tried to tackle her but something or rather someone beat me to it, looked like a she as far as I could tell.

She charged into Neo and pushed her away, she turned to Yang and then to me, I got into a fighting stance out of instinct, she then turned to neo and pulled out a rather long red colored blade,  it honestly looked amazing, Neo showed a scared expression as she suddenly disappeared, the lady then put her blade away and turned to me.

??: "(Y/n) Valkyrie..I've been watching you, your quite the powerful one aren't you?" She said.

(Y/n): "You know me?" I asked gripping Point Break a bit tighter.

??: "No need to fear me, I am not your enemy." She said.

(Y/n): "Okay but who are you?" I asked her.

??: "Someone very interested in you greatly." She said in a strange tone.

(Y/n): "Um I'm flattered and all, but I got a girlfriend and I don't know you." I said in a serious tone.

??: "Hehe cute, but I don't mean romanticly I mean your strength and power sweetheart." She said as she drew her sword and slashed the air behind her, making some kind of red portal.

??: "And by my point of view it seems you got more than one girlfriend, not surprising but I suggest you keep them close this isn't the only fight you have coming trust me, and by the way look after her would you?" She said pointing to Yang as she walked into the portal and disappeared.

(Y/n): "That was...Weird and what'd she mean about "this isn't the only fight"?" I said to myself as I heard Yang groan, I went over and helped her up.

(Y/n): "Hey firecracker you okay?" I asked leaning her on me.

Yang: "Yeah..im fine, just my head hurts is all...anyway did you save me?" She asked.

(Y/n): "Um yeah totally." I said smiling.

Yang: "You suck at lying...but thanks Tiger I owe you one." She said as she kissed my cheek.

Yang: "Come on the gang will need our help." She said as she pulled me, we decided to climb to the roof and there was everyone but Zwei and Oobleck, but that for now was the least of our worries when I saw that we were nearing the dead end Oobleck told us about.

Yang: "Whay do we do?" She asked, Ruby, Weiss, and I smiled at each other as Weiss stabbed the floor with her sword and we were all surrounded by an Ice forcefield.

(Y/n): "Weiss?" I asked.

Weiss: "What?"

(Y/n): "If we survive this could we go to dinner?" I asked as they all looked at me like I was crazy.

Weiss: "(Y/n) You ask me this now!?!" She shouted.

(Y/n): "Better now then never right!?" I said.

Weiss: "Geez, fine yes!" She said annoyed.

(Y/n): "Yes!!!" I shouted as I kissed her lips as she blushed and I heard everyone gasp as everything went black.

Everything was ringing and I started hearing syrens going off, I sat up a bit and looked around Ruby, Blake, and Yang were sitting up coffing, as I looked around and saw Weiss' face literally on my lower area (Wink wink), she lifted her head slowly.

(Y/n): "Jeez Weiss *Cough* at a time like this? At least*Cough* take me to dinner first." I said smiling as Weiss rolled her eyes and helped me up, we all then looked around to see people looking at us confused but suddenly all kinds of Grimm came out of nowhere and started terrorizing the people.

(Y/n): "Get up!" I shouted as my team looked at me in surprise.

(Y/n): "We need...to do...our jobs!" I said as I drew Point Break out.

RWBY: "Right!" They shouted together as they drew their weapons.
