Cruise

This chapter takes place 2 weeks after the previous one.

Kudo Mansion, 11:36 am..

Haibara's doing the dishes after they've eaten their breakfast. Conan slowly comes from behind her and wraps his hands around her waist and kisses her neck.

"Well hello there." She says. "Heyy.." he says in a flirtatious tone. "Alright what do you want." Haibara's done with the dishes, she dries her hands and turns to look at him, making him release his hold on her. "How did you know I came for something?" He asks scratching his head. "Because you always say the same phrase with the same tone." She sighs and rolls her eyes. "Just tell me what is it." Conan laughs a fake laugh. "Well..uhm I was invited on a cruise ship for some business...as Shinchi..soo I need a pill." he says waiting for her to answer. "Is it important?" She asks. "Yes and also I can bring an acquaintance so you can come.." he says holding her hand. "Fine, I'll figure it out." She says and gives in. "Yes! Thank you thank you." He brings her hand up to his mouth and kisses it.

He then brings his other hand to brush a strand of hair on her face. "You know you're so whipped for me it's ridiculous." She says smirking. "I am not, you're the one who's totally crazy about my body and handsomeness- ow!" Haibara elbows him on the chest and walks past him. "What was that for??" He asks. "Lying, and you're the one always wanting to touch me whenever you please." She says rolling her eyes. "Okay you know what?" He says walking towards her. "I have a challenge for the both of us." He announces. "I'm listening."

"First person to give in and touch the other loses and admits that they're more whipped to the other." He finishes proud of himself. "Are you sure, you don't want to embarrass yourself do you?" She says making fun of him. "I won't don't worry." He reassures her. "Alright challenge starts now, no one's allowed to touch the other." She quickly says and backs away. Conan smirks. "We'll see who will lose at the end." He says crossing his arms.

An hour passes and Haibara's in her room checking the pills they're supposed to have. Conan walks into her room and sits on her bed. "Are you done yet, the boat leaves in an hour." He says bored. "Patience, we still have time." She says and checks the final step. "Alright, stand up." She says to him. Conan quickly does and waits for her to say something.

"The pills are ready but I've added some things to them. They only last for 2 days meaning same time, after tomorrow right now." She says holding the 2 pills. "Alright give me one." He says impatiently. "Wait, I've also added a few other things, but I guess they're not that important, here." She says finally and Conan quickly takes one. "Your clothes are on the bed go to the washroom and wear them." Conan complies and takes his clothes going to the bathroom, locking the door behind him.

Haibara waits for him and a few mins later he comes out, he's much taller than Haibara now. "Alright my turn so move." She says. "Hold on, you're so short from here." He says chuckling. She kicks him in the leg and he groans in pain. "You evil-eyed witch." He says.

Shinchi waits for her turn now and she comes out later. "Alright let's go now so we don't arrive lat-" he stops talking as he sees her in her original body, she was way more attractive than before now. "Staring is rude, tantei-san." Shiho says walking past him. Shinchi quickly realizes what he's doing and snaps out of his trance. "I wasn't staring, I was.. admiring." He scratches his nape. "Mhm and you say I'm the whipped one?" She says sarcastically. "Whatever let's just go already." He says walking out of her room.___________________________________________

Bushida Cruise, 2:04..

Shinchi and Shiho have just boarded the ship, they were in line for the receptionist.

"Name and profession please." The girl behind the counter says. "Kudo Shinichi."The girl looks up and squeals. "Are you the famous Highschool detective Kudo Shinichi??" Shiho coughs and the girl realizes what she was doing. "Oh I'm sorry..can I have your autograph?" She says. "No worries..uhm maybe later, I'll come and find you." He then winks at the girl, he was taking this as an advantage to tease Shiho. "Oh yes she's also with me." He looks at Shiho. "Oh uhm name and profession please?" The girl says. "Myiano Shiho, Professor." Shiho says. "You guys are coming together as..?" The girl asks. Shinichi opens his mouth to speak but Shiho beats him to it. "Friends, colleagues." The girl gives them separate rooms. "Next person please."

"I see what you did there." Shinichi says. "Mhm, I obviously couldn't tell her that I'm a scientist." She says sarcastically. "No not that, the other thing." He says again. "Oh that, well I only said what we were, according to your game." She smirks. "Oh wow okay." He puts his hand in his pockets as they both walk to the stage room with all the guests.

10 mins later the lights all shut off. "Thank you to everyone who made it on this ship today. I am Akimitsu Bushida, the owner of this cruise and the one who invited all of you, please sit down and engage with other people, lunch will begin in an hour, every table has the names of the people who will sit there, for now enjoy a little cruise." The man says and leaves the stage, the lights turn back on.

"Alright let's wait until lunch." Shinichi says. "Oh look who we have here, another foreign person, a woman." Shinchi and Shiho turn around to the sound as 3 men in their early twenties approach them. "Hello m'lady, pleasure to meet you, are you perhaps English?" A British guy speaks English to her as he takes her hand bringing it to his lips, Shinichi's eye twitches. "Yes and who are you?" Shiho answers back in English.

"I'm William, the guy who earlier spoke is Kenji, and the other one is Shinso." Both of the guys nod as they get introduced. Kenji speaks, "I'm American and William is British, Shinso is Japanese though." Shinso doesn't say anything and just stares at Shinichi. "Oh mate didn't see you there, what's your name." William asks Shinichi. "Kudo Shinichi." He says dryly, not caring about these guys at all, it's obvious they're trouble.

"Oh you speak English, you're Japanese though are you not?" William questions. "I am but I speak English too." Shinichi says glaring at him. "Are you both together?" Kenji asks, they were now speaking in Japanese. "No we're just colleagues." Shiho answers looking at Shinichi for a second then quickly looking away. "Oh so you also speak Japanese." Kenji says looking at his 3 friends. "My mom was British." "So what's your name?" He asks. "My name is Shiho." She answers bored. "Makes sense for a beautiful girl like you." William flirts again. Shinichi clenches his jaw and tries to keep his cool, he curses himself for picking a challenge for a day like this. "You're the famous Highschool detective is that right?" Shinso says looking at Shinichi. "No way, that's him?" Kenji says. "Yeah." Shinichi says and that caught a lot of people's attention nearby, some people were also whispering about it. Shiho rolled her eyes. "Wait if you're colleagues and he's a detective, are you like his assistant?" Kenji asks. "She just helps sometimes." Shinichi answers.

"Ah got it." Kenji says winking at Shiho. Shinichi was about to punch this guy in his face if he and his friend wouldn't stop flirting with his girl, he couldn't do it though since they told them they weren't together. Shiho noticed Shinichi clenching his jaw, he looked like he was a ticking bomb so she tried to change the topic.

"If you'll excuse us, I have to discuss something with this detective, we'll be back." She says and walks away, Shinichi behind her. Once they were out of earshot, Shiho turned to look at Shinichi. "You look like a bomb about to explode, what the hell is going on with you." She asks sternly. "Those guys are flirting with you and that guy William is getting touchy I saw him kiss your hand!" Shinichi says mad. "You're the one who wanted to play this game today, don't be surprised." She answers and glares at him. "No one mentioned 2 guys drooling all over you." He raised his voice a little. "Lower your voice we're in public." She shuts him up and sighs. "Let's just say anything to get this over with." Shiho says before walking back to the 3 guys, Shinichi then followed her. "So lunch will almost start, let's cross fingers we'll be on the same table." William says winking at Shiho. Shinchi just sighed and kept his cool. 'only for today' he mumbles.

A few men started giving out people cards, they then approached the 3 guys, Shiho and Shinichi. They gave out the cards of the tables and surprise surprise they were all on one table along with a girl. "Oh wow what a coincidence." Shinchi mumbles. "Stop acting this way and at least talk normal." Shiho whispers to him. "Whatever, there's also one other person, a girl." He says. "Well looks like we're together." Kenji says looking at them both and Shinichi smiles a fake smile towards him.

"Are you guys on table 4 like me?" A girl says from behind Shinichi, everyone turns around and Shinichi locks eyes with her. "Shinichi?!" She says shocked. "Wait..you look familiar..Nejire??" He asks. "Omg it's you!" She says and jumps to hug him. "Long time no see, how have you been?" Shinichi asks letting go of her. "Good and you??" She says fixing her clothes. "Good too, oh by the way this is Shiho, my girlfr- a-ah I mean colleague.." he says laughing. "Ooh hii nice to meet you, I'm Nejire." She says shaking her hand. "Mhm pleasure." Shiho gives her a fake smile. "Uhm and these I just met so yeah." Shinichi continues.

"Anyways I heard lunch is starting let's go." Nejire says and they all walk to the dining area. They sit down and eat while talking about topics here and there. After they finished they were now getting up to go to their rooms to rest. "Miss Shiho." William calls her in English. "Hm?" She asks. "How about we both go outside for some fresh air just the 2 of us?" He offers. Shinichi freezes in place and clenches his jaw. Shiho was wondering what to say when Kenji interrupts. "You two go on ahead we'll give the waiters the cards." He says as he takes William and Shiho's cards. Before Shiho can react, William grabs her hand and leads her outside. Shinichi looks at them as they go, and turns to Nejire. "You can go to your room, we'll talk later alright?" He says before going after them. Nejire just nods and goes.

Shinichi followed them outside and hid in a corner watching them, they were leaning against the railing and looking out at the sea. Shinichi then started walking close to them. William noticed him. "Oh what are you doing here Mr Kudo?" He asks. "Oh you guys are here, I didn't know, I just came out for a walk." He says lying. Shiho looks at him suspiciously. "Oh I said at the table though." William says. "I must've not been paying attention, my bad." He fake laughs. "Don't mind me I'll just be here." He then says. "Okay.." William says and turns to Shiho, he says something to her in English but Shinichi can't quite hear, then a minute later he sees William getting closer to her and hears him flirting.

Suddenly Shinichi walks over to them. "I have something really important to say to Shiho, I'll be taking her now." He says glaring at William, before he can say anything, Shinichi grabs Shiho's arm and drags her with him. She couldn't even react and followed him. He went into a closet and shoved Shiho inside with him. He locked the door and pinned her to the wall, grabbing both her hands with one hand and her waist with the other.

"Did that fücker put his hands on you." He asks her, staring at her sky blue orbs. "I-" she tried to say anything but couldn't get a word out, he was slowly losing his patience. "I can't wait another minute longer with him near you like that, if he breathes near you again I'll lose it." He says gripping her waist tighter. "Shinichi.." she whispers slightly and he presses his lips on hers, pushing his body onto hers. She gasps surprised from his sudden loss of control. He takes it as an opportunity to slip his tongue in her mouth and kisses her passionately.

He goes down to her neck and sucks on it and she tries so hard to suppress a moan. He had her hands pinned so she couldn't cover her mouth, she whimpered slightly and Shinichi sensed he was going a bit far so he stopped and kissed her one more time on the lips. "You know you lost the challenge, right?" Shiho says breathing heavily. "I don't care about a damn challenge, it ruined our whole trip." He says letting go of her hands and cupping her waist.

"Mhm so you forgot something?" She says looking up at him, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Alright fine..I'm totally whipped for you and you win." He says sighing. "Mhm and this was the answer from the start." She says teasing him. "Whatever let's get out of this closet for now." He says and holds her hand, checking if anyone was there and leaving to his room, locking the door behind them. "Let me finish what I started." He says smirking.
