Chapter 7

FLASHBACK

Tendou spent the rest of his days going to different tourists attractions in Cebu like the Kawasan Falls he also went diving at Pescador Island  and he also went to the Municipality of Oslob where he experienced swimming with the whale sharks it was a first time experience for him.

And of course for his last night in Cebu he decided to go to a bar which he didn't expect to see Akio again because he saw Akio when he went to the Temple of Leah , and when he went to Oslob island and now he's here in the same bar. But he didn't really mind it because Akio was together with different person.

Tendou chuckled when Akio approached him.

"Oh hey you're here."

Tendou nodded.

"We just keep on seeing each other."

Akio said, his voice a little bit louder because of the music.

" I know right?" Tendou took a sip on his drink. "Are you stalking me?" he joked.

Akio stared at him and smiled and mouthed something but Tendou didn't manage to get it.

"What? I didn't hear you."

"I said no. Why would I stalk you? Maybe we're just destined to meet."

Akio laughed which made Tendou also laugh. They talked and had more drinks they even went to another bar and got another set of drinks. They managed to get inside a hotel room but Tendou didn't know if its his room or Akio's because its dark and he's too drunk to know 

They were laughing as they got inside the room. 

"Switch, where's the switch. Too dark."

Akio stumbled on something and he fell.

Tendou laughed and helped Akio but he pulled him down, then he shifted so that he's on top of Tendou.

Tendou stared at him, he can't really see clearly because it's dark but he can tell that their faces are too close from each other.

Then, suddenly, without a word Akio kissed him. Tendou on the other hand returned the kiss. They started making out, kissing messily, hands on each other trying to remove each others clothes. He can feel Akio's lips on his neck and it gave him shivers. Akio's hand moved down, and that's when he suddenly remembered the thing that happened months ago in Ushijima's house. He closed his eyes and focused on kissing Akio but there's a voice inside his head that keep on saying stop.

He tried to ignore it but it won't disappear.

You need to stop.

You're too drunk.

He still ignored his conscience.

I want to do this.

You don't, you're drunk and you wouldn't do this if you're sobber.

Tendou.

Suddenly, Tendou stopped.

"Something wrong?"

"I-I'm sorry."

He slowly pushed Akio and got up, fixing his clothes.

"What?"

"I need to go. I'm really sorry Akio."

"Oh come on you're so into it."

"No, I really need to go."

Tendou realized that it was not his hotel room. He was about to go out when Akio pushed him to the door. He tried to kiss Tendou again.

"Akio stop."

He said but Akio didn't stop, he tried to unzip Tendou's pants again. Tendou struggled.

"Let's just finish what we started, yeah?"

He struggled but Akio's grip was too strong.

Why the fuck is this guy so strong.

Tendou, with all his strength kneed Akio and punched him that he fell on the floor coughing. He glared at him and immediately left the inn.

When he arrived at his own hotel room he immediately went inside the bathroom, removed his clothes and took a bath. He want to remove the feeling of Akio on his body.

Ah shit I messed up.

He hit the wall with his palm. He was at fault too because he gave Akio the reaction that he also wanted to do it but the moment Ushijima entered his mind he started regretting his actions.

After he took a long bath he went to change and then collapsed on his bed. He never thought that Akio would do that, that he would force him.

I am never drinking too much again and I guess I was wrong to trust his cute fucking face.

He took his phone and deleted Akio's number.

The next day he left the hotel at 10 am and ate first before boarding the boat going to the island of Bohol, his next destination.

When he woke up earlier he received a message from an unregistered number.

See you.

He blocked the number and decided to change his own contact. He really don't want to ruin this vacation because he met a messed up guy.

When he heard the announcement that they have docked at the pier he excitedly grabbed his bag.

"Maayong pag abot sa Bohol!" The staffs of the boat said with a smile.

He smiled and nodded.

When he settled at his hotel and freshened up he started roaming around the city.

It's not so crowded.

The first thing he visited was the  St. Joseph Cathedral it is located in the center if the Tagbilaran City. He took pictures of the ceiling artworks. He read in an article that it was renovated because of the huge earthquake but they still managed to preserve it beautiful facade and some of the ceiling paintings depicts the situation of the island during the earthquake. After visiting the Cathedral he went to the Rizal plaza just across the  road. He brought a pack of popcorn so that he can feed the pigeons. After feeding he decided to check the National Museum which, is also just across the plaza but he stopped when he noticed a sidewalk vendor.

"Excuse me what's this?"

He asked the sidewalk vendor.

"Oh that is called isaw sir."

"Isaw?"

"Yes. Deep fried chicken intestine coated with flour."

"Oh, how much?"

"Ten pesos for three pieces sir."

"Oh okay I'll get six please."

The vendor smiled and gave him six pieces of isaw.

"You can dip it in the sauce sir, this one's spicy and this one is not."

He nodded and dipped it in both sauce.

"Oh, this is delicious."

The vendor smiled.

Tendou managed to eat 12 pieces of isaw, he took a picture of the street foods and thanked the vendor before leaving. He didn't manage to roam the City of Cebu because it was crowded and he doesn't really like it when there's too much people on the street.

When he finished eating he went inside the National museum where he saw some remaining parts and statue of saints from the ruined churches during the earthquake and miniature church models when it was still not ruined by the earthquake

There are also artworks and crafts of the famous Philippine Sculptor named Napoleon Abueva. At the second floor of the museum he saw the history of the island.

The island is shaped like a turtle shell pattern, that's cute.

Then he looked at preserved animals.

Oh, oh my god I want to see a real life tarsier.

He checked out the other things inside the museum before leaving.

He went inside a mall to buy few personal things before going back to the place he's staying.

The place he's staying got the view of the sea and it's also not that expensive, not too far from the center and also peaceful. He laid on his bed scrolling through the Internet and made an itinerary for tomorrow's travel. He felt drowsy so he  took a nap. When he woke up its night and decided to go out for dinner. He ate at the nearby barbecue restaurant. He took a stroll at the city, where he went back to the Rizal plaza and just sat there at the bench enjoying the cold air. He also tried the street food called balut  at first he doesn't want to try it but then he got so curious about the taste so he decided to try one egg and eventually, he liked it.

After eating he went back to his place and freshened up before going back to bed. He organized the photos he took on his Cebu travel in a folder and the photos he took here in Bohol before going to sleep.
