Pt 22

We get to the restaurant and sit down after ordering. Huening and I sit together I order to proceed our plan. We must find out what is going on between Soobin and Nora.

"So guys", I say as I put my arms down on the table.

"What?", Soobin asks as he looks around avoiding huening and my gaze.

"Cmon guys. What you guys thinkin?", Nora says defending Soobin. Me and Huening start to do 'oooh' making her face-palm.

"What's up with you both?", Huening asks.

"Like when did you guys become this close but its not like the friend kind of close", I tease.

"It's nothing", Nora says.

"Yeah. We're just friends", Soobin continues her sentence.

"Well friends aren't like this", I say with a smirk but it soon fall after hearing what Nora said next.

"Says the one who's denying that her close friend likes her", Nora snaps making my expression change. I don't know why she thinks that he likes me.

"He does not like me", I say.

"Who!? What did I miss?", Huening says as he dramatically places his hand on his mouth.

"Taehyun", that one word was enough to silence the boys who were dying with curiosity just a minute ago.

"It's hard for us to deny this fact but I feel like this is a whole love triangle. A complicated one", Soobin says admitting what Nora said was true.

"You guys are just delusional", I say rolling my eyes and taking out my phone not wanting to listen to them talk anymore.

"And you are dense", Nora says as she scoffs loudly and folds her arms a over her chest. Soobin tries to calm her down but her expression doesn't change a bit.

"We're here to have fun guys. Let's not ruin the moment", Huening says trying to fix the tense atmosphere but it does no help. None of us were ready to give up on our words.

"Me and Nora are dating", Soobin suddenly blurts out.

"WHAT!?", Huening and I shout surprised by the sudden confession that came out of nowhere. Nora hits Soobin on his shoulder making him groan but he just forces a smile despite the pain.

"I thought we were supposed to keep it a secret", she says. The tense atmosphere moments ago long forgotten.

"I just wanted to fix the tense environment", Soobin replies innocently. I turn to Huening who has the same shocked face as I do.

"Congratulations", Huening and I say together after a moment of trying to figure out everything and they both just smile and nod.

"How long has it been?", I ask.

"Almost a month. 19 days to be exact", Nora says and I can't help but put on a hurt expression. She didn't tell me.

"We hid it cause Soobin wanted to keep it a secret for now", Nora says sensing my feelings.

"It's fine", I say pursing my lips together into a thin line. Our food arrives and we just dig in eating quietly.
