"How the hell did you earn money without your parents' help, then???" Jin yells amusingly when Jimin tells him he went to the states without financial help.

It has already been 3 days since the party happened. As usual, after school, they would march down at Namjoon's place.

"Let's just say I have something saved up for that. I kinda had it coming." Jimin says, munching up Jin's food that he had prepared for him.

"Well, that's smart. Hey hey hey, easy there! You might choke, you jamless kid!" Namjoon tells to Jimin who was really enjoying his food.

"I've missed your cooking, hyung. Ah, food in the states are kind of boring."  He said as Jin laughs, smacking Jimin's head.

"So, about you and Yoongi-"

Namjoon wasn't even done with his sentence but Jimin choked. "Y-Yah hyung, stop mentioning him when I'm eating." Namjoon and Jin raised a brow as they leaned to Jimin.

"What's going on between you two-"

"N-nothing! Really!"

"Bitch, you're blushing!"

"No, I'm not!"

"Okay, okay! No need to be all defensive about it." Namjoon says, bringing his hands in the air as a sign of surrender but he soon smirked. "Heeseung and Yoongi though, who would've thought? I heard Heeseung's gonna ask Yoongi to be his boyfriend soon-"

"What?! How? When? That motherfucker-" Jimin stoods up as the two looked at each other and shakes their head. The pair pulled Jimin down and leaned again.

"So there IS going on between you two." Jin exclaimed, his finger was pointing to Jimin's

"Was." He corrected bringing an index finger up.

"WHAT?! HOW COME WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THIS???" They both exclaimed in unison.

"Come on, guys. We were kids and you know, maybe curious?"

"Curious?? Yoongi is clearly rainbows and butterflies, you're dumb." Jin says putting a palm on his head.

"What WAS going on between you two? Don't you lie to us, Park Jimin. The tension between you two is so thick. Tell us or else-" Jin says and took his spatula, threatening the younger.

"I fucked him."

With that, he felt a spatula land on his head. He winced in pain as he shot a glare on Jin.

"You two were fucking and you didn't tell us?!"

"How would I bring that up! That's disgusting, you pabo!" Jimin exclaims.

Jin was about to get mad again but the door flung open revealing Hoseok. It seems like he was in a hurry since his hair was a mess. "JIMIN! JIMIN!!!"

Jimin stands up as he tried to calm Hoseok down. "There's a dance competition tomorrow. You have to register with me! We'll be partners, please please!!" Hoseok pleaded, taking Jimin's hand and jumps excitedly.

"I don't know, Hoseok. I quit dancing years ago, i don't know if i still can." He explains.

"Please, Jimin-ahhhh." Hoseok lets out a puppy eyes as Jimin cringed at the sight but gave in anyway.

They drove to the school as it was only 3pm. Jin, Namjoon, and Jimin doesn't have a schedule that's why they were home. As soon as they arrived, they marched down to the room where registration is held. They put their names on and Hoseok sighed in relief.

"We nearly ran out of slots."

As they finished, they jogged off the room. They spotted Yoongi and Heeseung together and it seemed like Yoongi was laughing with him. Jimin scoffed bitterly and Hoseok heard it. "Jealousy~" Hoseok sang.

"Pft, why would I?"

"I'm your best friend, Jiminie. I can sense a lot of things. And besides, I like you to Yoongi, not that Heeseung guy hmm." He said, giving a disgusting look to the guy.

Jimin just rolled his eyes and muttered 'whatever,'.

The first round was the choreographed dance. Each pair had prepared a routine to showcase their chemistry and creativity.

Minso and Eunwoo were the first to perform, setting the bar high with their synchronized moves and fluid transitions. The crowd erupted in applause as they finished.

Next up were Yuna and Ryujin, who brought a fierce and powerful energy to the stage. Their routine was sharp and dynamic, earning them loud cheers from the audience.

Finally, it was Jimin and Hoseok’s turn. They took the stage with a calm confidence, and as the music started, they launched into a routine that was both elegant and powerful. As the first round ended, the judges tallied the scores, and the results were announced. Jimin and Hoseok, Heeseung and Jake, Taeyong and Ten, and Yuna and Ryujin advanced to the next round.

The second round was the freestyle duo battle. Each pair would take turns dancing against another pair, showcasing their improvisation skills.

Jimin and Hoseok were paired against Yuna and Ryujin. The music started, and Yuna and Ryujin kicked things off with a powerful and energetic routine. Park Jimin and Jung Hoseok!"

The crowd erupted in applause, and the friends cheered loudly. Jimin and Hoseok hugged each other, their faces beaming with joy and relief. They had given it their all, and their hard work had paid off.

"Wait... There's more! As requested by the dean, he wanted Mr. Lee Heeseung and Mr. Park Jimin to do a freestyle battle together." The announcer announced as the whole crowd lets out a gasp. Murmurs and whispers surrounded the area as Yoongi looked at Jimin with worried eyes. Jin held Yoongi tightly, he was nervous as hell.

Jimin took a deep breath, centering himself. He knew this battle wasn’t just about showcasing his skills; it was about proving his worth and settling the unspoken rivalry between him and Heeseung.

The music started, a fast-paced beat that set the tone for an intense showdown. Heeseung took the lead, his movements sharp and precise, each step showcasing his control and strength. He played to the crowd, drawing cheers and applause with every move.

The announcer stepped forward, his voice booming over the cheers. "What an incredible battle! Let’s hear it one more time for Heeseung and Jimin!"

The crowd’s applause grew louder, and the judges huddled together to make their final decision. After a few moments, they nodded in agreement, and the head judge stepped forward.

"Judges, you better shut your ears for this one. The winner is....

PARK JIMIN!"

The crowd erupted once more, and Jimin felt a rush of relief. As he was about to turn his head to Heeseung, he was meet with a powerful punch on his face, causing him to lose his balance and fall.

Jimin wiped the blood from his busted lip, anger boiling inside him. He tackled Heeseung, throwing a punch of his own. Taehyung and Jungkook quickly intervened, pulling Jimin up and away from Heeseung.

"Calm down, Jimin!" Taehyung shouted, trying to hold him back.

Yoongi rushed to Heeseung, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Heeseung, stop!"

Jimin, seeing Yoongi beside Heeseung, smiled bitterly. "Yeah, go to Heeseung, Yoongi. I'm fucking outta here."

With that, Jimin stormed out, leaving his friends and the chaos behind.
