Chapter 10

When you walked into the Dining room everyone was already there again, lately you always seemed to be late. You walked over to your Mother and she kisses the top of her head "Mother" you smiled at each other before you sat down and got some fish and some fruits onto your plate and started to eat it. Once you had finished you looked up at your Father "Father, I wish to speak about the Marriage" he sighed and looked up at you "(Y/N) I have already told you that you have no choice, you both must Marry" you nodded "Father please, Let me finish". 

"I will do as you ask and marry Prince Legolas, It is my Duty as your Daughter and as Princess of this Realm" he nodded as you took a sip of your red wine and continued "However" he sighed "I wish to take Zara with me and if thats not allowd i'd like Haldir to have her and be able to keep her in th stable and I would also like to be permittd to Visit you all every once in awhile".

He nodded and looked towards Thranduil then back to you "I'm sure Thranduil and I can work that out" Thranduil also nodded " I find these terms acceptable, Although I'm afraid Mirkwood would be no place for your Panther, Lothlorien would be far more suitable for her needs" you looked down sadly but nodded " I understand Your Majesty, It will be hard to leave her behind but your right and Haldir will take care of her". 

Your Mother smiled at you and took your hand in hers "She will be well looked after here my Child you know that and Haldir will make sure of it as well" you nod as she continues "The wedding will be held at the end on this week then you shall be off to Mirkwood the next day" you sigh and nod.

After Evening meal you had went back to your room and got into you night gown then sat on a Wooden chair on your Balcony that looked over the trees and River of Lothlorien, taking in all its beauty and wonders before you didnt see it again for a long time. You had sat there for awhile when you heard a knock on your door, you got up and opened it to find Haldir standing ther which made you smile "Haldir, Please come in" he smiled back and walks in, you closed the door behind him "Princess, I heard you made your descision" you nodded " I did, As you said earlier, Its my Duty to my Father and this Realm, Im going to miss you so much and i have a favour to ask of you" he nodded "Of course, anything (Y/N)" you smiled "I cant take Zara with me and so i would like you to have her and take care of her, I've already spoken to Mother and Faher about it and they agree its best she stay here....with you" he smiles and nods " Of course, i would love to take her, we will both miss you as well".

The end of the week was getting closer and closer, you wanted to spend more time with Haldir and Zara before you had to leave but couldn't because you had to make descions about the wedding such as what flowers, how you would have your hair, the Wedding dress. It was stressing you out and you were exhausted so you decided to quickly hide away in your room for a little bit and after awhile there was a knock at your door. You just stared at it before you heard someone speak a little above a whisper but not loud enough for it to be normal loudness "(Y/N) are you in there? If you are can i come in?". 

It was Legolas, you let out a soft giggle as you walked to the door and slowly opened it to see that it was just him thank god, you grab his hand and pull him in before shutting the door again the turned and looked at him. "Why were you whispering" you said in a whisper "Because i didnt want anyone to know i had gone, Why are you whispering?" he had said in a whisper " The same reason you are" you both looked at each other then burst into laugher before shushing each other. for the next hour or so you both just sat on your bed talking about how stressful everyone was making you due to the wedding and other stuuff, You realised that he was alot like you and that made you feel a bit better about being married to him.

It was time for the Wedding and you were nervous, I mean who wouldnt be on thier wedding day especially since it was an arranged marriage. The Servant got your hair braided with white flowers in it, You got your dress, flats, necklace, earrings and Criclet on. Your Mother walked in and gasped "Oh wow, You look absolutely beautiful (Y/N), absolutely raident and if Legolas doesn't go weak in the knee's then there is something wrong with him" you both giggle and you blush then take a deep breath and close your eyes for a few seconds. Your Mother went to say something but before she could your father entered "(Y/N)...WOW, You look absolutely beautiful like your Mothers Star Glass (The phial Galadirel gives frodo, The whole wedding outfit will be below along with an idea of what the wedding area would look like. Sorry for it being  so long but i wanted you to know exactly what you wore).
