Chapter 9

After recieving the reason as to why you were to marry Legolas sank in a bit you had run down to the stables to Zara and burried your face into her neck while she rested her head on your shoulder and purred while your cried "I dont want to leave here, to leave you, To leave Mother, Father and Haldir, i love you all" she gently rubs her head against yours in a reassuring way but it didnt help much and it made you hug her more. (Zara is hugging you like the pic below but instead of a leopard imagine its you lol).

You then gasps and sat up as put your hands under her chin "I know what we can do Zara, Lets run away" you get up to go but she gently bites onto the bottom of your dress as if to tell you to stay, you sigh and nod "Fine but i dont want to leave you so if i do this im making them let me take you" she starts purring again as she starts to rub herself against you and you lean down and hug her again" Your such a beautiful girl, I love you".

You sat with Zara for awhile leaning against her and petting her before Legolas finds you "(Y/N), Zara" he says smiling at the both of you while he leans down and puts his hand out for Zara to sniff, You sat up and nodded at her as she gets up and slowly starts to walk over to his hand and sniffs it and once she has his scent she gets closer to him and rubs her face against him which makes you giggle "She likes you" he smiles at tarts petting her head as she starts to purr " I like her too, She's a very beautiful girl like her owner" you both gasps at his words, You because you cant belive he said it and him because he cant believe he let it slip.

Zara walks back over to you and sits behind you then nudges you into your back pushing you closer to Legolas, You look at her annd give her a glare "Zara! dont push" she just gets up and rubs her face on yours before bounding off into the forest making both Legolas and you laugh "She's got alot of personality that one" you finally say after laughing "Sure does seem like it" Legolas agreed with you. He then gets up and reaches out his hand towards you to help you up and you gladly take it and while smiling up at him "Thank you" you say quietly but enough for him to hear which results in him nodding and moving closer to you and looking into your beautiful (Y/E/C) eyes.

You start to blush as his face gets a little closer and you want to look away but his eyes are to beautiful and captivating making your heart beat faster and faster, He then reaches up and plucks a piece of straw out of your hair and hold it in between you both "You have something in your hair" he smiles as he drops it then turns to walk away and as he does you just stare at him in disbelief, You couldnt believe he just did that, Make you think he was going to kiss you but didnt but then did you really want to kiss him back? You shook your head getting the idea out of your head before walking back up to the Dining room for the Evening meal.
