【Truth uncovered】

On the other side Luffy and the others were in the middle of a forest and the group couldn't help but groan about it. "I told you not to follow moss head! This guy has the worst sense of direction!"

"What did you say shitty cook?!"

"We are lost! All because of you! What if Y/N is in danger?! We were supposed to find her quickly and now we are stuck."

"Chopper found her jacket at the opening of this forest! She might be here!"

"It's been an hour!"

The two continued to bicker with eachother and throw fists in an attempt to take down the other person. Luffy didn't stop for the two and continued walking forward. The boy gazed up at the sky and his eyes fell on the smoke that was rising upwards.

"Zoro! Sanji!" He called out and pointed out the smoke to them "There might be someone in that direction! LET'S GO!!" And with the the rubbery boy took off.

"Wait! LUFFY!" Sanji shouted and ran behind him followed by Zoro.

Sanji and Zoro managed to catch up with Luffy and stop him from running away and walked through the forest only to come across a small village that had only five houses. The forest had huge trees so it was suitable to live there, unnoticed.

The smoke was indeed coming from one of houses which clearly indicated that someone was residing there.

They walked over to one of the houses and knocked on the front door. "We can ask them if they have seen Y/N around." Sanji mumbled and knocked again when he didn't get a response from the other side

"I'LL KILL YOU THIS TIME!!"

The door spung open and a female with beautiful pink hair launched at Sanji with a kitchen knife but Zoro blocked it with his swords.

"Oh! A beautiful lady!!" Sanji said and danced around with heart eyes.

The female glared at Zoro and the others and quickly withdrew her weapon upon realising that she had mistaken them for someone else.

She stepped back and bowed to them to apologize for her actions "I am really sorry for attacking you! I mistook you for someone else!"

"That's fine but judging by your actions it looks someone is after you." Sanji stated. "WHO CAN ATTACK A GIRL!!"

"I'm fine. May I know why you are here?"

Zoro put his sword back and replied to the question "Have you seen a girl with H/C hair, E/C eyes and she might be wearing a F/C top."

"She is very beautiful! Like a goddess!" Sanji added.

"I don't think I have seen anyone like that pass by."

"Oh! That's Y/N!" Luffy said out loud which caught the attention of Sanji, Zoro, and the female.

While the three were having a conversation, Luffy swiftly made his way inside the house and started to eat the meat that was on the table.

The three standing at the door looked at Luffy and saw him pointing towards the wall. Their eyes widened upon seeing the poster that was pinned on the wall.

"Wait- Don't tell me... You are looking for Y/N?!" The female questioned and brought her kitchen knife up and pointed it towards them. "Why are you after her?! Tell me your motives!!"

"Wait wait... We are her friends. We got separated from her on this island and we're trying to find her." Sanji explained which calmed down the female but then she suddenly had a burst of excitement.

She held Sanji's hands which made his nose bleed "Y/N IS HERE?! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!!"

"You know her?" Zoro asked as his eyes stayed fixated at the poster that wasn't normal...

It was a wanted poster with Y/N's picture were she was wearing a Marine outfit and was saluting to the camera but apart from this the fact that was more shocking was the bounty...

"Come inside." The female said and shut the door behind them.

"Can you explain us what this is all about?" Zoro asked.

The female smiled at the three men and introduced herself "I am Ema."

"How do you know Y/N?" Zoro inquiried.

"Who doesn't know Y/N? Every single citizen of this island knows about her! After all... She is the princess of Nariko Kingdom."

"Princess...? WHAT?!?"

Ema was a little taken aback by the fact that they didn't know about Y/N being the princess. "You weren't aware of it?"

"No!!" The three of them said in sync. Luffy was confused upon knowing this because the events involving Y/N never gave him the feeling that she might be a princess. Zoro couldn't even imagine Y/N being a princess. In his eyes princesses are kind and elegant and keeping Y/N in mind... All he could see was her dark side. Where was the elegance?

But unlike these two... Sanji was whipped over Y/N just by thinking about her. "I can't imagine how beautiful she might look in royal attire. I can be her prince and live happily ever after."

Ema sighed and crossed her arms against her chest "Looks like there's many missing parts here. Let's exchange our information about her so we can come to a conclusion."

Zoro nodded and proceeded to tell everything he knew about Y/N. "Y/N joined our pirate crew and we accepted her. She plays the role of our guide because she claimed that she has traveled the grand line. Then we went to many different islands and she even helped us fight the enemies but then... When we were heading towards this island... We got separated from her during a thunderstorm and then we found her Marine coat in her bag. This lead to our crew splitting into two. One who thought she was a traitor and us three who want to talk to her about it."

Ema nodded slightly "I see... So she didn't inform you anything about herself."

"No."

"Let me tell you because I think you should know this. I don't know much about her either. Y/N left the island when she was 9 and then few weeks ago she returned only to find out that her mother and brother were dead. The citizens didn't know how to handle the situation but upon hearing the truth she didn't even shed a tear and left the kingdom once again. Two days later... There was a bounty issued on her of 300 million. I don't know what happened but to think that the Marines would issue a bounty on one of its officers..."

"So that means... She joined us after she went through all that and didn't say a word about it." Sanji stated. "Who killed her family?"

"It was the Marines themselves!"

"What-"

The sound of waves crashing at the cliff put Y/N's mind at peace. Being in her homeland and looking at the sea brought countless memories. "They must be searching for me..." She mumbled. The sudden disappearance of the thunder clouds was her doing and during the chaos, she ran away.

She had her reasons for doing it. If she stayed with them she would've had to go on an exploration with the crew and if any of the citizens would have seen her then the straw hats would come to know her identity which she didn't want so she decided to run away and then when the log pose would reset she would join them back which would take three days.

But little did Y/N know... That they found her coat.

As the female enjoyed the scenery she suddenly felt the presence of ten people behind her which made her alert. She got up and looked at the forest behind her. She could hear the sound of crushing leaves and branches. The sound of footsteps got louder and the people emerged from the darkness, which widened Y/N's eyes.

There was a familiar face among them.

"U- Uncle?!"

"Y/N?!"

Her uncle clenched his fist and gritted his teeth as he rushed towards the female and lifted her up by her collar "How dare you show your face to me!!" He growled. "After what you did! Don't you feel ashamed?! Where's the guilt in your eyes?!"

Y/N didn't even try to fight back the man. She stayed calm and listened to what he had to say.

"Is that really the princess?" The other people standing aside mumbled. "We should stop boss! He is hurting her!" One of them said and tried to walk over to them but was stopped. "Don't do it! You don't know what both of them went through. It would be better if they settle it by themselves."

"Do you have any idea what you did?!"

"I am sorry..." She said

"Sorry won't change anything!! You killed your own father!! You killed my only brother! I don't care if you are his brat! All I know is that someone dear to me was taken away and the culprit is right in front of me!!"

"Wasn't Y/N a Marine!? Why would they kill her family?" Sanji asked.

"That is what I want to know too! After the royal family died and Y/N left the island... Everything got chaotic and one day we were invaded by Tiger, the captain of Tiger Pirates. He has taken over the whole kingdom and he dared to sit on the throne!! That bastard! I want to fight them. I revolted against them by not paying taxes and I was taken away by Tiger's rats but I managed to escape. They are after me... That was the reason I unknowingly attacked you earlier."

"There are more pictures of Y/N in this room!!" Luffy said and giggled.

"Wait! What are you doing over there!?" Ema asked as her face turned bright red with embarrassment. She ran into the room where Luffy was and Sanji along with Zoro followed her who were shocked upon seeing a wall with pictures of Y/N.

"Y/N looks so beautiful in these pictures!!" Sanji said.

"Umm... If you don't mind... May I ask a question?" Zoro asked and Ema glared at him.

"Don't you dare utter a word!! And you three get the fuck out of this room!!!"
