【Tiger Pirates!】

"I can't believe Y/N is a Marine..." Nami said as she along with Usopp and Chopper headed towards the town to buy stuff to restock their supplies on the ship. "She was fun to be around." Usopp and Chopper mumbled. Y/N bonded with them in a nice way.

"Y/N... You were with Red Haired Pirates right?" Usopp asked the female and she gave him a nod which excited the young boy. "So do you know my dad?"

Y/N chuckled at the amount of excitement Usopp had to know about his dad. "Your dad is a great man! Probably the best sniper I know. I am really grateful to him. If I ever meet them again I would like to say thanks."

"Really?"

"Yup! He used to talk about you too and sometimes he would miss you and your mother. He used to sometimes regret neglecting his family but... Sometimes dreams are something you can't give up on."

"So... He is a great person... Hmm..."

"Usopp! Become even greater sniper than your dad!"

Usopp smiled and nodded "YES!"

"Chopper!!" Y/N called out and the tiny reindeer showed himself before her. The female got down to Chopper's level and handed him some sweets. Y/N had recently learnt about Chopper's love for sweets and she can't help but spoil him.

"YOU ARE THE BEST Y/N!!" He exclaimed and enjoyed the treat he just recieved. The female chuckled and looked at him enjoy the sweets while talking about things that fell in the circle of Chopper's interests.

"You know? My little brother always wished to become a great doctor."

"Really?"

"Yes! I would sometimes study some books with him. And the excitement he used to have in his eyes was remarkable. Damn I miss him..."

Chopper munched on the sweets and smiled at Y/N "I am sure you'll meet him soon!!"

Her eyes widened a little at his statement and a small smile formed on her face as she gave Chopper a pat on his head "I wish."

"Nami... Don't you think we are the wrong ones?" Chopper asked while the Navigator was busy buying food supply from one of the shops. "Chopper... Not all Marines wear that coat and if she has that then that means she is a high ranking Marine. High ranking Marines are really dangerous for us."

"But Nami... We haven't even given Y/N a chance to explain herself."

"Now that I think about it... We should've gone with Luffy and the others..." Usopp stated. "I feel bad now."

The three had mixed feelings about the whole situation. Y/N joined them in the most random way possible and then was revealed to be a Marine which already rose a lot of suspicion but the time they spent with her was making them think otherwise.

While the three processed their feelings the town's market place turned into a chaos. All the citizens who were having a great time doing shopping suddenly started to run "EVERYONE RUN!! IT'S THEM AGAIN!!" They shouted and pushed through the three straw hats and escaped.

"What's happening here?" Nami questioned and looked at the group that was chasing the citizen. It was a huge group of pirates with swords, guns and varies other weapons which sent a shiver down the spine of the three.

"THEY ARE GONNA KILL US!!!" Usopp shouted and started to run along with the people followed by Nami and Chopper who had tears in their eyes. Everyone screamed and begged for help but there was no one to help them. Everyone was surrounded by people like them... Who were scared of the pirates.

During the huge chaos one of the pirates from the group got his hands on one of females and used her as a hostage to stop the everyone from running away. "HELP ME!!!" The female screamed which made Nami halt and turn around.

"PLEASE HELP ME!! THERE ARE GOING TO KILL ME!!" She cried out and the pirate holding her put a gun at her head. "Everyone stop or I am going to kill her!" He threatened.

"That bastard! Holding a hostage..." Chopper mumbled and gritted his teeth as he glared at the man.

"Nami! Chopper! This is our chance! Let's run and save our lives!" Usopp said but the two refused "We need to save her. Usopp! Go save her!" Nami and Chopper said and stepped back which made Usopp stand out from the group and make it look like he was their representative.

The pirates glared at Usopp which made his leg shake with fear. "I-.... I" He stuttered and brought his hands up in fighting stance. "Lea... Leave her... Alone! I- I have 8000 followers... I- I'll beat you guys up!" He threatened but his threat didn't sound like threat to the men who intimidated everyone.

Tears whirled in his eyes but the boy had enough courage to use his slingshot to shoot a smoke ball to obstruct their vision and in the mean time rescue the female from the pirates's hands.

Usopp was successful in turning the table around but his actions angered the group of pirates. They clenched their weapons and pointed all of them at Usopp which scared him to death. "I-... I am... Sorry!!" He mumbled and shut his eyes tight as the pirates charged towards him but Nami was quick to his rescue.

"THUNDER TEMPO!!"

The group was striked by a lighting bolt which made them scream with pain. "THAT WAS SO COOL!!" Chopper exclaimed as his eyes sparkled.

"DIE YOU BITCH!!" One of the pirates shouted and tried to attack Nami from behind but Chopper noticed the man "ARM POINT!!" He said and ate the rumble ball which enhanced his arms strength and allowed him to punch the man away.

All three of them were ready to fight and take on the men with the thought of winning the battle they stepped into. "Let's do this guys!" Nami said and the other two nodded their heads "YES!"

Nami, Usopp, and Chopper might not be the strongest ones in the crew but they aren't weak enough to not protect themselves or someone who's life is in danger. Nami might not have brute strength but her knowledge about weather and the combination of clima tact brings out attacks that are best for her.

Usopp can be a scaredy cat sometimes but his sniping skills are the best in the crew. He can hit and trick enemies into trap efficiently and not to forget the ship's doctor who utilised his medical knowledge to bring out rumble balls that grant him certain powers to fight.

After calculated attacks and efficient teamwork, the three straw hat members were successful in bringing down the pirates who ran away from the area after being beaten up brutally.

"WE'LL TELL BOSS ABOUT YOU!!"

The citizens who witnessed everything were amazed and a light of hope emerged among them as they thanked them for saving their lives. "We don't know how to thank you three. If it weren't for you... We would've been dead."

The three rubbed the back of their heads and blushed a little at the compliment "hehe... We did nothing great. They were easy to fight."

But thanking them wasn't the solution to the problem. Nami wanted to know the core problem that led to the chaos. "Who were those pirates?" She asked but the people hesitated a bit and shared glances with eachother. The women that Usopp saved stepped forward and gave them a bow "I am really grateful to you!"

The women was far older than them and it felt weird for her to keep her head low in front of three youngsters so Nami asked her rise her head "You shouldn't be bowing to us. We saved your life because we felt like doing it."

"Can I ask you another favour?!" She asked which caught the attention of the three. They were more serious now. Keeping all the formalities aside Usopp proceeded to ask her about the favour she was talking about.

"What do you want us to do?"

The female gulped as tears formed in her eyes "They were the members of Tiger Pirates!"

"Tiger pirates?"

"Yes! The name of the captain is Tiger who has taken over this kingdom and resides in the royal castle at the moment. He imposed many taxes on all of us and forces us to pay them. If someone refuses to do so... He puts them in the jail cell that are almost impossible to break through because they were specially designed for criminals. It hasn't been much time since they came... But in just a small amount of time... He made our lives miserable."

"That's absurd!!" Nami commented.

"My daughter refused to pay taxes and fought them and they... Took her away!!" She cried out and held Nami's hands "Please save her! I don't want them to torture her or kill her!! She is the only one I have!!"

"If this is a kingdom then where's the royal family?!" Usopp questioned but it would've been better if he avoided asking that because the mention of royal family made the citizens drop on their knees and cry. Some hid their faces... Some provided shoulder to cry on while some couldn't help but feel guilty.

"The royal family is dead."

"What?"

"It is something... That happened recently. The wound on people's hearts is still fresh. The royal family were someone who everyone in the kingdom cherished. They were close to everyone's hearts. We had protection, support and everything anyone would wish for but then a tragedy happened and the family was murdered! I still cruse those who dared to set their foot on this land and annihilate our beloved ones."

The female broke down in tears "We loved them! And when they were killed in front of our eyes... We couldn't do anything!! And now... We can't even protect their kingdom... They did so much for us and we couldn't do anything..."

Nami, Usopp, and Chopper felt sad upon learning the truth behind the kingdom. They lost their rulers and now were invaded by some pirates who were dictating over them.

"We'll help you!" Nami stated and the other two completely agreed with her "Yes!!"
