02:36, 2 January 2020"Jooheon, get up you lazy fuck." Changkyun shook him. "It's been two weeks and you haven't done shit."
"Leave me be." Jooheon whined.
"No, get up and do something." Changkyun sighed. "Stop being so depressed."
Jooheon turned, laying on his back. He stared up at the ceiling.
"Why did you leave her, if you were going to be this-" Changkyun laughed lightly at himself.
What's the point of even trying? It's not he's going to listen to me. Changkyun walked out Jooheon's room.
"I can't believe him." Changkyun sat down on the couch. "We kidnapped her for you and you didn't even put up a fight for her."
The anger built up in Changkyun. He got up, marched into Jooheon's room. He pulled him out from the bed.
"Get your ass up and do something! Get a job! Get a hobby! Go for a walk! Go exercise! Just do anything that will take your mind off of her." Changkyun clinched his jaw shut. "I hate seeing you like this."
"How I can live when my heart is shattered." Jooheon mumbled.
"You're not dead, you can still fight for her." Changkyun sat down next to Jooheon. "Get a job, save up your money. Get back to your old self. The person that Bia fell in love with. Do it before it's too late."
Jooheon nodded his head. He stood, stretching.
"I got this." Jooheon said. "I'm going to win back."
⁂
Jooheon spent five months getting himself back together. He has breakdowns here and there. Only when he sees things that remind him of Bia. He put on his jacket and headed out.
"Where are you going?" Changkyun asked. "It's dark out."
"I'm going for a walk." Jooheon said.
Changkyun nodded his head letting Jooheon go. Jooheon walked out. The cold air hitting his face was refreshing to him. He closed his eyes looking up at the sky, before moving. Lost in his thoughts he found himself at Hans River Bridge. He started walking up the bridge. Thoughts racing through his mind. He got to the top of the bridge frustrated with how he left Bia. He misses badly. He looked up at the cold winter night sky with tears running down his face.
"I should've held on!" He screams.
He fell down on his knees.
"I shoul've held on." He whispered to himself. "Why did I let you go."
He looked up at the sky once more.
"If I go back, will she take me back? Would she give me a second chance?" He sniffed.
"The only way you'll find that out son, is if he went to her." An old man passing by said. "If she really loves you, she'd give you a second chance."
Jooheon nodded his head with a smile.
"Cheer up son." The old man continued on his way.
That night Jooheon booked himself a hotel and ticket to Orlando. He didn't get much sleep last night due to him packing and thinking about what to say to Bia. He set an alarm to wake him two hours before his flight.
"See you whenever." Changkyun said as Jooheon was loading the taxi.
"Thank for everything." Jooheon smiled.
"That's what friends are for." Changkyun smiled back.
Jooheon was mad nervous but after he got on the plane that all faded away.
Bia yawned and stretched as she got out her car. She decided to stop at her favorite coffee shop before heading to work. She walked in not even noticing Jooheon sitting at the table. He looked over at her the same time she looked over at him. It felt like they were the only two in the room. Bia's heart beat picked up. For the first time in five months she could feel her heart beat.
Am I dreaming? Bia thought.
